    A gorgeous boutique destination on the water

    This is a GORGEOUS boutique venue for a small-medium sized wedding. Our theme was "tropical harbor" so this was the perfect spot to capture the magic of Old Florida/Caribbean nautical with greenery, cobblestone walkway interiors and water views. The ceremony space hardly needs any decor, it is so well designed, so our florals only enhanced the natural beauty.

    There is plenty to do for guests in the picturesque town of Celebration, and if you're looking for water views during your ceremony and/or cocktail hour, this hotel is the perfect spot for you. The staff were incredibly communicative and helpful even during our many wedding changes (due to COVID). On the day, there was a host of staff on hand to attend to every detail. They were all so kind! Having worked with them for over a year, we finally had our special day and were thrilled to have had it at the Bohemian Hotel Celebration. Thank you Kayla, Michele and team!

    Our Dream Wedding Thanks to the Bohemian

    My husband and I celebrated our "Encore" wedding at the Bohemian Hotel in beautiful Celebration Florida on November 14, 2021. I can honestly say the day was more than we had imagined and we were thrilled with everything and everyone that we worked with at the Bohemian. We began planning in January of 2020 and had our first meeting at the Bohemian on March 16, 2020. We had visited a few other venues previously, but upon seeing the Bohemian and Celebration, as well as meeting with several of the Bohemian team, we were sold and signed a contract that week for November 14, 2020. To make a long story short, in the summer of 2020 we delayed until May 2021, and then in December of 2021, we delayed to November 14, 2022. Both times staff at the hotel were more than accommodating and made all the necessary changes seamlessly.
    I worked with several vendors that I found on wedding wire and others that were recommended by the Bohemian. The hotel provided a day of coordinator that was invaluable for the final months of planning and of course the wedding day itself.
    The Lakeside Terrace was a lovely venue for the ceremony. The hotel staff coordinated with our florist to make sure that the decorations were installed perfectly. After the ceremony, the wedding party, and all the guests went to the front of the hotel for group pictures while the hotel staff miraculously turned the Lakeside Terrace into a lounge area for the cocktail hour. We had the reception in the Plantation and Orange Grove Rooms room. We rented silver Chiavari chairs and decorative chargers but used the hotel's beautiful china, crystal, flatware, and linens that were included as part of the reception package. The Plantation room was perfect for the buffet lunch and cake cutting and the Orange Grove was awesome for all our dancing - and we really danced!! Everyone commented on how delicious all of the food was and bartenders did a great job keeping up with the guest's requests. Honestly, it was all perfect!!
    One of our favorite things was the few minutes the two of us had alone between the cocktail hour and being introduced at the start of the reception. My husband and I had our favorite beverage, a plate with one of each of the passed hors d'oeuvres from the cocktail hour, as well as a private attendant. The hotel staff suggested this and it was fantastic for us to have a few minutes alone to celebrate each other and finally be "Mr. and Mrs."
    We had family and friends attend from seven states, many of whom stayed at the Bohemian for the entire weekend. Everyone raved over the accommodations, food, and service throughout the weekend. Several commented that they want to return to the hotel for another vacation.
    My husband and I spent five nights at the hotel prior to the wedding day and by the time the big day arrived, we felt like the front desk, housekeeping, and food service staff were our friends and were as excited for us as we were. Even though we were thrilled to be going on our honeymoon, we wished we had one more night at the hotel just to unwind and bask in the glory of the weekend.
    I can not say enough good things about the entire process of planning and executing our dream wedding at the Bohemian. If you have the opportunity to plan your wedding at the Bohemian at Celebration - please do yourself, your family, and your guests a favor and do so - I promise you will not be disappointed and in fact, will be thrilled!!

Kayla was there for us every step of the way and helped make our Wedding Day special and memorable for us and our Guests. They assisted with room accommodations, food tastings and accommodations and even made it happen so that our best canine boy could be present for the wedding and weekend. We can鈥檛 thank them enough for their kindness, patience, attention to detail, and overall positive outlook throughout the entire process. They are the best!

This hotel is gorgeous and the wedding space is unique. The location is in the heart of downtown so access is perfect for locals or even people staying a the Bohemian. Guests can easily go eat or party in downtown as well as go to the Magic game, etc. The staff there is very friendly and professional and our staff is always delighted to provide the photo booth to brides at this venue. The have a small room for our open air photo booth and it just happens to become the fun room where guests hang out and take photos with one another. We only have amazing experiences at Bohemian and can recommend them to any of our friends and family.
