Ms Lexie Knittel took care of EVERYTHING. We had a meeting with her to tour the venues and we knew immediately walking out of there that HRH was our place. Not just because we loved the location, but because we knew we were in good hands. It proved to be the best decision we made out of everything, and I truly couldn't be more thankful for HRH and all of their staff. Planning with Lexie proved to be seamless and stress free, and I felt as though she was personally invested in my big day. Booking with HRH also meant that I got the Just Marry! Team to help coordinate the ceremony. Not to sound like a broken record, but I was so blessed to work with that team. Danielle Palmer was on it! This woman literally became my best friend by the end of it all, and I trusted her every step of the way. Last but not least, I know the chefs and catering staff are essentially anonymous, but they were phenomenal. So kind and professional, and everything turned out SO well, especially the cake. All in all, Hard Rock really did give us our dream wedding. I'd do it a million times over if I could!

We worked with Lexi at the Hard Rock Universal, and we cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and her ability to create magic! She was beyond helpful in finding vendors, getting ideas and putting down plans. We changed our mind so many times and even had a couple of last-minute changes that Lexi was more than accommodating. I cannot give Hard Rock, Lexi and the event staff enough credit. They blew our minds, went above and beyond, we are so thankful that we had a perfect wedding because of them. The venue was very flexible in spaces and things you could do to personalize it. If we got married again, we would always pick Hard Rock Universal.

We worked with Heather over at the Hard Rock Hotel for our wedding venue. She was great from the moment we walked in the doors, actually helping us vision our wedding. Any times along the way we had any question, she was more than helpful and always responded within 24 hours. We had a Sunday brunch wedding, and every single one of our guests had a blast. They all said it was one of the best weddings they've been to. We were more than pleased with choosing the Hard Rock as our venue, as our wedding was more than we could have dreamed it would be. The Hard Rock did a fantastic job taking our vision and making it a reality. I would tell anyone to choose this venue to host their wedding.

My wedding was beautiful, the food was great, the staff were wonderful. A few bumps along the way with the planning but on the day we had an amazing time.

We got married at the Hard Rock this year (2015) and stayed there for 8 nights and can honestly say it was THE BEST experience we have ever had. Right from when you arrive, all of the staff are so courteous and helpful, making our stay really something quite special. The room was spotless and newly renovated, large with fantastic decor that made you feel very at ease. The facilities at Hard Rock were second to none. The pool was amazing, the bars and restaurants were amazing, in fact I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel. I must also note our wedding organiser Heather who I can not praise highly enough. She took unbelievable care of us before our stay, during and after. She sorted out anything and everything with a professional attitude and manor. She is a real credit to Hard Rock and both of us can not thank her enough. We are going back to spend our first anniversary at Hard Rock as there is nothing that compares to it.

I am absolutely trilled that we had our wedding at the Hard Rock! I worked with Heather and she was a pleasure to work with. We planned out of town so communication was mostly done via email and all my questions were answered in a timely fashion. The grounds were beautiful and all the Hard Rock staff were accommodating from the minute we walked in the door till our departure. High five to the chef who did our cake! It turned out perfect and tasted incredible! I could have not asked for a better venue for our wedding, Thank you Hard Rock!

The team at the Hard Rock Hotel far surpassed any expectations I had. They were so accomidating and friendly despite all of the emails and phone calls. I would not trade the experience I had for anything. I had a beautiful ceremony and reception and the food was INCREDIBLE!!
