We had our wedding at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, and it was truly a dream come true from start to finish. For our ~75-person destination wedding, the venue, staff, and planning experience exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, we were blown away by the breathtaking grounds, the seamless organization, and the incredible people who made our day possible. The ceremony at Cypress Point was absolutely angelic. The soft white fabric overhead reflected the light beautifully, making for the most stunning photos, and the long walk around the water created a dramatic, unforgettable aisle moment. I especially appreciated that the pool and water activity areas were separate, which kept the ceremony space peaceful and private. Our reception at La Coquina was straight out of a fairytale. The space has so much character on its own, with flowing fountains, a perfect view of the sunset, and even visibility of Disney fireworks in the distance—it made the evening feel magical. The food was phenomenal, and our guests are still raving about it. The wait staff was just as impressive—swift, attentive, and so kind. Everything flowed beautifully, and we felt truly taken care of. And the cake—wow. As a bride, I initially had some reservations about using a venue-made cake instead of a specialty bakery, but that worry disappeared quickly. The cake they created was beyond what I dreamed of. I showed them a photo, and they somehow made it even better. Plus, the flavor options were amazing, and it tasted just as good as it looked (if not better!). A huge part of why our day was so flawless is thanks to the exceptional coordination between Hyatt’s on-site team and the amazing planning services through their partner, Just Marry! Working with Emylie Rose from Just Marry! was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, Emylie was warm, responsive, detail-oriented, and simply a joy to work with. Her attention to every detail, calm energy, and deep knowledge made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Our journey with Just Marry! actually began before we chose Hyatt—after meeting Mairead DeLuca at another venue, we were so impressed with the Just Marry! team that it became one of the reasons we ultimately chose the Grand Cypress. The partnership between Emylie and Hyatt’s incredible venue coordinator, Hannah Long, was the definition of a well-oiled machine. Watching them work together was like witnessing two people perfectly in sync, navigating everything behind the scenes with total ease and grace. Hannah deserves her own spotlight—she was the heart of the Hyatt wedding team. Incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and always five steps ahead, she made us feel like we were her only priority. She took care of every detail, answered every question (including the ones I didn’t know to ask), and made sure we felt celebrated at every turn. From sweet surprise goodies to handling uninvited guests and late arrivals with total professionalism, her calming presence made a world of difference. Both teams—Hyatt and Just Marry!—worked seamlessly to bring our vision to life. Emylie’s coordination on the day of the wedding was next-level. She managed timelines, soothed nerves, and even pulled out fans, water, and essentials as if by magic. She was like the best friend you didn’t know you needed—anticipating needs, keeping everything on track, and making sure my husband and I were able to be present and enjoy every moment. One of the most emotional moments of the day was seeing our reception room for the first time—I cried happy tears seeing our vision brought to life so perfectly. If you’re considering getting married at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, do it. Between the stunning venues, the top-tier service, and the powerhouse coordination between Hyatt and Just Marry!, you’ll be in the best hands. Our wedding day was not only beautiful—it was joyful, smooth, and unforgettable. We will forever be grateful.

I don't know where to begin to describe just how grateful we are to have found Keena, Kate and the rest of the staff at Wyndham Bonnet Creek for our daughter's wedding. Keena and Kate were amazing to work with. They were always pleasant and helpful during the entire process. They were constantly in touch and made the wedding so amazing. They were flexible and went out of their way to add personal touches to the day and our entire stay. The banquet staff and managers were unbelievably attentive to all the details of the evening. The after party was held at Bar 1521 and they were super attentive to our guests. Our guests were super excited to stay at the hotel and loved all the amenities. Their vendor suggested list is amazing! The day was flawless, absolutely perfect. Our guests are still sending pictures and talking about it!

The Dr. Phillips House is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! We fell in love as we were touring, The atmosphere is very laid back, but quaint, intimate and elegant. I was able to plan my April 2025 wedding for 85 people in about 8 months with little to NO STRESS or ANXIETY with the help of Lely, Juan and staff. We were very impressed with Lely and the staff. Lely is soo friendly, professional, and was completely hands-on for the entire event. The food was amazing! Hands down, this house is BEAUTIFUL and has everything you are looking for to plan a very nice, intimate wedding. It’s self-contained with all the necessary details taken care of in advance on site: the set-up, Millenia Catering, the open-bar, the linens, the hotel rooms, etc.....this venue knows what it's doing and will take care of you on your special day or event!! My Wedding day was the BEST EVER!!!

We had our wedding at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Universal Entrance, and it was absolutely amazing! Jessica and the entire team will go above and beyond to make your special day relaxed - The venue was beautiful, the event ran perfectly, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was seamless. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring — we couldn’t have asked for better service. All our guests loved the space and had an incredible time. Highly recommend this venue for anyone planning a wedding or special event!

We chose Renaissance Hotel Orlando Airport for our wedding reception venue. Laurel responded right away to my inquiry. I knew I wanted this venue even before our tour and tasting. This is because of the consistently superb service that Laurel provided. We know that Laurel loves what she does coz it’s reflected in how happy she is in assisting us. Laurel alleviated a lot of the stress from the planning and preparation. She is proactive and she walked the extra mile for us. All the wait staff was excellent. Our reception was everything we envisioned and more. We are so happy. I strongly recommend this venue.

We had a wonderful wedding reception at the Orlando Airport Marriott Lakeside. The service was impeccable, the food was delicious and everything went as planned. Our reception was held at Capri Ballroom which is extremely elegant. Our guests keep talking about how good the food was during the cocktail hour as well as the reception. They offer a package deal that it's hard to beat by any competitor. We had lovely accommodations in the luxurious presidential honeymoon suite. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Prior to coming to the Marriott, I had looked at other venues. However, I had a hard time hearing back from those other venues. I feel fortunate to have contacted the Orlando Airport Marriott Lakeside. The catering manager, Lillian Ruiz de Porras, replied to my email right away and called me to introduce herself. Lillian was amazing. She took care of every detail and made sure our wedding reception was everything we wanted. The entire team at the hotel was great. We are so happy to have chosen the Marriott.

We worked with Kennedy D, she and her team are incredible! The venue was beautiful, the Plaza was accommodating to our requests at every turn, even on the day of the wedding. The food options, execution, and flavor was beyond anything my wife and had imagined. Every moment and potential issue was met immediately and resolved so quickly. I can not RAVE about Kennedy or her team more! I would recommend this venue and team, to everyone!

My now wife and I chose the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace for our October 2018 wedding and we were not disappointed. This hotel situated only minutes from Disney Springs on the Walt Disney World Resort property, offers all the amenities one could ask for when planning a wedding. We looked at a variety of hotel ballroom spaces and they were rather traditional in setting. However, the Citron Ballroom at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is so unique and did not deceive, as it's exquisite art deco soffits and high ceilings, makes you feel like you are in a space reminiscent of the 1920s. The offerings provided to us were just as amazing. For a reasonable price, we were provided chiavari chairs, colored linen options, an open bar, a space for the bride to get ready in prior to ceremony, an abundant array of food options for the cocktail hour and reception, and the list goes on. Our Catering Sales Manager Aubrey was absolutely fantastic and deserves high kudos for assisting us in creating our dream wedding. She was such a pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions in a timely fashion and she even went out of her way to surprise us in securing the Presidential Suite for the night of our wedding. Since we had a lot of guests coming from out of town, we also decided to have the rehearsal dinner at the property as well. We chose venue 20Seven, an event space that overlooks the Walt Disney World Resort. The experience we had for this dinner was exceptional. We chose an Italian buffet featuring an abundance of offerings that did not disappoint the Italian families my wife and I have. The kitchen staff at this property should be commended, as the food was outstanding. Our wedding menu consisted of a Seasonal Roasted Pear Salad and Angus Braised Short Rib or Roasted Garlic Crusted Chicken. The meat was absolutely tender and the chicken did not lack flavor at all. The meal was so memorable that our guests are still talking about it! If you are looking for a place to have your wedding that offers an abundance of offerings that will not break your budget, then we highly recommend that you setup a site visit with Aubrey to see for yourself the wonder that is the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace.

Ms Lexie Knittel took care of EVERYTHING. We had a meeting with her to tour the venues and we knew immediately walking out of there that HRH was our place. Not just because we loved the location, but because we knew we were in good hands. It proved to be the best decision we made out of everything, and I truly couldn't be more thankful for HRH and all of their staff. Planning with Lexie proved to be seamless and stress free, and I felt as though she was personally invested in my big day. Booking with HRH also meant that I got the Just Marry! Team to help coordinate the ceremony. Not to sound like a broken record, but I was so blessed to work with that team. Danielle Palmer was on it! This woman literally became my best friend by the end of it all, and I trusted her every step of the way. Last but not least, I know the chefs and catering staff are essentially anonymous, but they were phenomenal. So kind and professional, and everything turned out SO well, especially the cake. All in all, Hard Rock really did give us our dream wedding. I'd do it a million times over if I could!
