Formerly known as The Courtyard at Lake Lucerne, Dr. Phillips House is a stunning mansion with both warmth and grandeur and full of natural romantic charm. Built in 1893, the property became a cultural retreat to promote the arts and music. More than a century later, the home continues the tradition to entertain and host special occasions.

Nearlyweds can envision their day, walking down a garden brick aisle covered with flower petals as they approach the elegant gazebo to exchange vows. My wedding was the best wedding ever!
Hands down, this house is BEAUTIFUL and has everything you are looking for to plan a very nice, intimate wedding. It’s self-contained with all the necessary details taken care of in advance on site: the set-up, Millenia Catering, the open-bar, the linens, the hotel rooms, etc.....this venue knows what it's doing and will take care of you on your special day or event!! My Wedding day was the BEST EVER!!!
Beautiful venue!
The package we selected included tables and chairs, catering, a beer and wine bar, as well as the venue. It made it SO EASY to only have one contact for everything. But here’s the best part-
THE FOOD. IS. AMAZING. I’ve worked in catering for a very long time and never expect much from
Wedding food. I had so many people tell me that this was the best meal they had at a wedding pretty much ever. Seriously better than weddings I’ve attended at big name hotels and Disney.
They made it so easy and provided me a great backdrop for my wedding, as well as wonderful service!
