With 38 sites to select from and room for up to 1,000 guests, you can choose those spaces which befit your wedding vision. Your ceremony can be held in one of a number of on-site locations depending on your wedding party size. Popular choices include the scenic Tropical White Sand Beach, the private West Courtyard, the open Crescent Terrace, and the expansive Swan Ballroom. Events featuring sizable groups can also be hosted at the Lakeside Terrace.

Your site fee includes event planning services, setup for your event, and the use of tables, chairs, and linens. Your wedding booking may also include on-site accommodation, catering services, bartending services, and the use of sound and lighting equipment. A dance floor, entertainment staging, and table centerpieces are ready in inventory for your use. This venue’s staff can aid you in booking adjacent rooms for your wedding party’s overnight stay. Perfect venue for our wedding! :)
Jennifer, Kristie, Taylor and the rest of the amazing Marriott team went above and beyond to make our special day absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better team to work with as they made all of the planning so easy and held our hand through the entire process. They were so patient with all of our questions and provided their expertise to help guide us when decision making! They also worked hand-in-hand with our wedding planner (Just Marry!) to ensure that no details, no matter how small, slipped through the cracks! Help from the incredible Marriott team didn’t stop after the planning was done, however, their wonderful staff (including Kristie and Taylor) were there from start to finish of our wedding day to ensure that everything went according to plan! They were even thoughtful enough to create a relaxing space for my husband and I to unwind and connect / talk together immediately after the ceremony — which was something that we really wanted to do!…it’s like they just knew us, we didn’t even have to ask!
We will forever be grateful for the amazing help, kindness, talent and generosity of Jennifer, Kristie, Taylor and the rest of their wonderful team!! They even helped make our stay at the Swan Reserve the night of the wedding extra magical and we will never forget their thoughtfulness!! In fact, their entire staff that we dealt with during our stay were absolutely lovely and we wouldn’t have wanted to have our special day anywhere else!!
I would greatly recommend this location and staff for any wedding or special event that you have!! :)
