We had the absolute pleasure of having Randy Lioz as our wedding officiant, and he was truly amazing! From the very beginning, Randy went above and beyond to make our ceremony feel personal, heartfelt, and completely us. He took the time to get to know us before the big day and even reached out to some of our family and friends to learn more about who we are as people. Hearing those thoughtful details woven into our ceremony was such a special and emotional moment — it made everything feel so genuine and unique to our story. Randy also shared a few versions of the ceremony in advance and encouraged us to collaborate and make edits, which meant so much to us. It really felt like a team effort, and we appreciated his flexibility and care in making sure everything reflected our personalities and values. On the day of the wedding, Randy was incredible — he delivered the ceremony beautifully in both English and Spanish, allowing all of our guests to feel included and connected. His charisma, warmth, and calm presence instantly put us at ease and made the entire experience unforgettable. We are so grateful to have had Randy as part of our day. We couldn’t have asked for a more thoughtful, genuine, and talented officiant!

My partner and I were SO stressed while planning our wedding. Dr. Matthews showed us how to show up for one another and be real but also have fun! We had an amazing experience with Bishop Lett! He was really quick to respond when we first reached out and always got back to use whenever we had questions. Everything leading up to the big day went off without a hitch, and he made the whole process easy for us. And, he's just a really nice guy and genuinely cares about people -- it really shows. Multiple guests raved about how moving and special our wedding ceremony was. Starlene provided beautiful words of wisdom that hit home for us and our families. Not to mention, our consultation session was basically a pre-marital counseling session! Starlene is kind, professional, and responsive. Hiring her was one of the best decisions that we made.

We love Rabbi Herzfeld. He gets a perfect rating. We actually didn't even know him before we started planning our wedding. But we knew we wanted an Orthodox rabbi who would do everything by the book yet also be open enough to accommodate our quirks. (We're not strictly Orthodox, we and our families practice Transcendental Meditation, the food in the evening wasn't kosher, we had mixed-gender seating, etc.) Rabbi Herzfeld is a fantastic young rabbi, really warm and easy to connect with. He knows a huge amount and was able to give our ceremony the depth we wanted it to have. He also was wonderful with our families and walked them through the whole process really effortlessly. None of them had even been to an Orthodox wedding before, much less participated in one. We really couldn't have asked for a better rabbi. We're definitely going to continue our relationship with him. He also refused to take any money, although my parents sent his synagogue a donation after the wedding.

DC Elopements made everything so quick and easy for us and took pretty much all the hard work out of it. All we had to do was get the marriage license and be there - they took care of the rest. Even our officiant, Kiana Hebron was amazing and so kind and made our ceremony so special. Major thanks to everyone on the team who was available to answer our questions even over the weekends and holidays. They do offer some services that may not be needed for the price like their courier service but depending on the season, I can see the value.

Rabbi Abby performed a BEAUTIFUL ceremony. In fact, when I was stressing out pre-ceremony, she grabbed my hand and we had a moment where we talked through it. She is wonderful. She is kind and considerate and really helped us to see the importance of the day religiously as well as secularly. Rabbi Abby really helped us to make our wedding our own, to honor our traditions and backgrounds and to see us for who we are and how much we mean to each other. I'm still getting calls & emails telling me ours was the most amazing ceremony people have ever been to!

Pastor Liebmann was great! Two weeks before our ceremony the Reverend we choose had to cancel due to a family emergency. All the officiants I contacted throughout the Pittsburgh Area were already booked until I contacted Louis at A Beautiful Affair of the Heart. He found Jeff Liebmann and Jeff made it a wonderful, touching and intimate ceremony! Many Thanks to Jeff and Louis!!

We can't say enough great things about Rabbi Tamara! She became very special to me and my husband and is someone we will always hope to have at our big life events. We met with her several times throughout our engagement and we always had the best conversations and enjoyed spending time with her. She did a lovely service for our wedding, and really felt like part of the family - which was important to us. She also spoke at our first son's bris, and we look forward to having her come to our second son's soon. I can't recommend her enough!
