About
NOTICE: Due to military activation, March 27, 2014 will be my last ceremony until Oct. 1, 2014. I appreciate your interest in my services and I apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Very respectfully, Michael
I'm an ordained Wedding Officiant registered in the District of Columbia. I take great pride in being from and representing the gay community here in DC.
This an incredible time in our history! My partner and I are thrilled with the recent Supreme Court decision. As both proud members of the military, we eagerly and anxiously watched the fall of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell; the icing on the cake was the ruling on DOMA!
I’ll work with you to create a personalized and memorable wedding ceremony that is just right for the two of you--in your home, along the Potomac River or perhaps in front of the Washington Monument? And if you're undecided about the location for your ceremony, I have lots of suggestions in the D.C. area as well.
I’m very flexible and am comfortable in all settings... casual, formal, religious and non-denominational. I take my cues from you, which allows me to perform a very personal ceremony for each individual couple.
