We love Rabbi Herzfeld. He gets a perfect rating. We actually didn't even know him before we started planning our wedding. But we knew we wanted an Orthodox rabbi who would do everything by the book yet also be open enough to accommodate our quirks. (We're not strictly Orthodox, we and our families practice Transcendental Meditation, the food in the evening wasn't kosher, we had mixed-gender seating, etc.)

Rabbi Herzfeld is a fantastic young rabbi, really warm and easy to connect with. He knows a huge amount and was able to give our ceremony the depth we wanted it to have. He also was wonderful with our families and walked them through the whole process really effortlessly. None of them had even been to an Orthodox wedding before, much less participated in one. We really couldn't have asked for a better rabbi. We're definitely going to continue our relationship with him.

He also refused to take any money, although my parents sent his synagogue a donation after the wedding.
