Our experience with The Barns at Wesleyan Hills was absolutely outstanding. From the beginning, the entire wedding team went above and beyond to make our day seamless and stress-free. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made all the difference throughout the planning process and on the big day itself. The food was exceptional—beautifully presented, full of flavor, and something our guests are still talking about. Everyone was attentive and kind, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we could fully enjoy each moment. We’re so grateful to the entire team at The Barns at Wesleyan Hills for creating such a memorable and flawless wedding experience. We truly couldn’t have imagined a better place to celebrate our day.

We had our wedding in August and we are still wishing we could go back in time to our perfect day. If you want a stunning venue with the most amazing staff, choose the Wadsworth Mansion. The second you pull onto the grounds you will feel like you have been transported to a timeless, magical fairytale. The elegance and beauty speaks volumes both inside the mansion and outside. Jessica was our wedding coordinator and she was amazing, professional, kind, and nothing but the best. Herself and the entire staff were exceptional. There was never a doubt or worry when it came to our wedding day. Thank you so much for making our day as perfect as we could ever have imagined it!

The CT wedding group were amazing from the first day we met them at the Pavilion on Crystal Lake to the big day. They helped with every small detail, and made the wedding planning process fun and as stress free as possible. The Pavilion on Crystal Lake is a beautiful venue, from the lake, ceremony location outdoor and great indoor space. We had to move our ceremony indoors and the team made it beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The food is amazing from cocktail hour all the way to dessert. The day of staff was amazing. We had Dimitri and Melissa as our coordinators and they were truly the dream team. Anything we needed they were already two steps ahead. The whole staff were amazing and ready to have a good time with us and our guests. Our family still talks about the staff, the food, and venue a month later. We could not have asked for a better team, venue and wedding day❤️

There were some staffing changes during our planning process which created some miscommunication and confusion. Once Nicole came on board as the Sales Manager, she worked seamlessly with Ashley, the banquet coordinator, and everything was amazing. The food was delicious, and everything was executed flawlessly. Highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about this venue so far. Everyone is extremely helpful and courteous. Everything is explained with deadlines to ensure that we get our homework done in a timely manner. There certainly is a ton to plan and coordinate planning a wedding!! The communication is spot on and also very helpful. Emails are answered promptly with great detail for accuracy.

I cannot possibly recommend CT Wedding Group enough! Last week my daughter was married at The Barns at Wesleyan Hills in Middletown and my husband and I are still receiving texts and phone calls about how fabulous the wedding was. Glowing comments about the ceremony, the décor, the cocktail hour, the entertainment, the staff and especially the food. The entire staff was outstanding and Mary, the Event Manager, thought of everything down to the tiniest detail to ensure sure my daughter’s wedding dream came true. Eddie, the Banquet Captain, ran everything perfectly. Since our guests continue to rave about it, I would like to also recognize Jeff, the Event Chef, for providing such amazing & delicious food choices. CT Wedding Group exceeded our every expectation!
