From start to finish, our experience with the Farmington Polo Club was an absolute delight. Working with Rhonda made the planning process a breeze. There was SO much I didn’t know about weddings and luckily Rhonda and the rest of my vendors came to our rescue to answer questions, quickly and efficiently. Now for the day of.. OMG I don’t know where to start! The staff, the bartenders, the FOOD and the venue itself in all its newly renovated glory… absolutely amazing. Everyone who came to my wedding could NOT and has not stopped raving about the quality of the food and the service. I really could go on all day. I’m not someone who finds it easy to be pampered therefore I was trying to take care of myself all day, but the staff wouldn’t let me! Lol All of them made sure we were hydrated (which we NEEDED as it was almost 90 outside) and fed all night long. I joked with Zaimara, who was basically my attendent the whole wedding, that she was like my guardian angel all night. The staff was unmatched. What a perfect day. All this to say, if you’re thinking about the Polo Club— Book it. You will not be sorry.

We were so happy with our experience at Tunxis Country Club! The staff was so professional and the service was amazing. Camille was so helpful during the planning process, and the day-of went so smoothly. They were so flexible, professional, and attentive to our every need. The food was amazing and all of our guests commented on the amazing service. I would highly recommend Tunxis Country Club for your wedding venue!

We got married at the Farmington Gardens in May 2023 and it was the most amazing experience! If you are looking for an elegant, fun, 5 star service venue you really shouldn’t be looking anywhere else. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the venue and their staff at Farmington gardens! We were originally planning to do an outdoor ceremony however it heavily rained that day so we had our ceremony instead in the greenhouse and OMG was it magical! So many people reached out to say how beautiful the space was and that it felt like being in a movie. The staff within minutes changed it over to move seamlessly into our cocktail hour which I was very impressed with. We decided to skip the first course for the meal and instead did the antipasto platter at cocktail hour which was just incredible!! We had many compliments about it. The drinks were excellent and the bartenders were fantastic. Our waitress Kim who took care of me and my husband all night was amazing and so attentive, we were so grateful. Ashley, our wedding coordinator was the most amazing. She worked with us patiently and was extremely thorough. The day of she made sure everything went seamlessly and I honestly didn’t worry about a thing! Everything the day of went so smoothly because of her. Also if I can give you one piece of advice for this venue it would be GET THE VENETIAN TABLE! It was SO impressive, I’d never seen so many amazing desserts in my life!! The guests raved about it and were even able to take some home to enjoy the following day which was very nice. I really liked that we could make changes to our package at this venue to fit our specific needs, they were extremely accommodating to allow us to have everything that we wanted for the day. The staff at Farmington gardens were so professional, pleasant and fun it really added to the day when some of the wait staff came out to sing and dance the last song with all of us! My husband and I look at each other all the time and say wow we had such a great wedding and I really believe a large part of that was having our wedding at Farmington Gardens.

We had to quickly pivot our plans once Covid hit and found Hill-Stead for our elopement was perfect for a covid-friendly event. We worked with Jen and she was so helpful and accommodating. we couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our day - the fall foliage was beautiful. They have tables and chairs to use, so many beautiful photo spots, and really flexible indoor and outdoor spaces. They even have a room that can be used to get ready.

Monique helped us coordinate the perfect rehearsal dinner for our wedding in October. The space was perfect for a dinner with our families and then a welcome drinks event with our extended guest list. Monique was so responsive and collaborative throughout the process as our needs changed. The chef was incredibly careful and communicative with our guests’ allergies and the food was DELICIOUS. We can’t recommend the team at the Country Club of Farmington enough.

Very excited for our May 1st reception here! Such a beautiful venue and at an amazing price. Gorgeous commercial kitchen for caterers, large bathrooms, and very close to a hotel for out if town guest. So glad we found this little gem!
