5 stars for Kaitlyn and her team! She really made my magical day come to life. When we first started planning my wedding together, I had no idea where to start or even what my vision was. She really helped guide me and shape my vision and bring everything together in the most beautiful way. My big day was so seamless too. Our parents and guests even recognized it and commented on how smooth it all went. The vendors she recommended were also great. I am forever grateful to Kaitlyn and her team for helping to craft our perfect day and ensure everything moved along without any bumps. I would highly recommend choosing Riding Tandem!

In Awe Weddings delivered an absolutely flawless wedding at Royal Palms. Sandy planned and executed a day that was truly stunning - every detail felt intentional, elevated, and beautifully cohesive. The entire event flowed seamlessly, and the overall design was just gorgeous from start to finish. It was such a joy to capture a wedding that felt so thoughtfully put together. Sandy’s work speaks for itself, and I would love to work with her again.

We knew that we were going to need a planner for the wedding as we were also going to organizing 3 auxiliary celebrations. Bloom and Blueprint really went above and beyond for not only the florals and decor, but also the planning itself. We had the absolute honor to work with Casey and she truly was a cut above the rest. A fierce advocate, a hard worker, a great listener, and super organized to boot. The entire event rested on her shoulders and she performed better than I ever could have asked. People in my family who were skeptical about hiring a planner were absolutely won over by how instrumental Casey was to getting anything rolling. I truly cannot emphasize this enough, Casey is worth every penny. I repeat, every penny. Thank you Casey, you really are special to us and I'm so glad you could help make our special day that much better.

Working with Your Perfect Bridesmaid was an absolute game-changer for our wedding day. Guillermo, our coordinator, stayed in constant touch throughout the planning process and showed up on the day itself with flawless execution—he anticipated every detail we'd need, from ensuring our classic, elegant aesthetic came through in every setup to quietly handling the logistics so my husband and I could actually enjoy ourselves. He didn't just manage the timeline; he thought ahead to things we didn't even realize we'd want, like preparing a plate of hors d'oeuvres for us during cocktail hour, making sure we had a full dinner spread at our sweetheart table, and locating my misplaced bouquet without me realizing so that I could have it in time for my bouquet dedication. On top of that, he went the extra mile and packed to-go boxes of the different food we had from the wedding reception including large slices of our wedding cake and placed them in our hotel room/hotel room fridge so we could continue to enjoy it all even after the wedding! His communication was punctual and consistent from start to finish, which gave us the peace of mind to focus on what mattered. The level of care and attention to detail was truly above and beyond what we expected. I'd highly recommend Guillermo and Your Perfect Bridesmaid to any couple looking for someone who will bring their vision to life without the stress. He and the YPB team were absolutely impeccable!

Liene and Blue Orchid Designs provided Wedding Coordinating services on the day of my wedding. She did a FANTASTIC job. She was calm and professional and took care of several little snags that occurred throughout the day. We also had a pretty substantial chair crisis only hours before the wedding, she solved the problem and everything was beautiful; meanwhile I didn't even know there was an issue and I was able to enjoy my day! I would recommend Blue Orchid Designs to anyone. It's also noteworthy that I won her services in a contest and therefore did not pay anything, but I felt like I got the exact same quality of service than a full paying customer.

I can't imagine how my wedding would have turned out without Nicole at Perry Consulting! Nicole's caring attitude, patience, professionalism, attention to detail and her creativity made the wedding planning and my wedding day a very relaxed and wonderful experience. Nicole answers emails and returns phone calls promptly. I didn't experience any disappearing acts or flakey behavior with Nicole. She answered all of my questions during the wedding planning. I was quite impressed with her extensive knowledge of planning such a big event. Nicole offered many ways to save money and help me stay within my budget. In fact, she helped negotiate rates at our wedding and reception site. Her expertise and business saavy helped me save thousands of dollars on our food and bar costs. I was extremely pleased to offer my guests premium alcohol, delicious main meals, and a large chocolate fountain at a reasonable cost. Her attention to detail also saved me lots of money because the resort's catering dept. had several errors with pricing on my final contract...Nicole made sure each error and price was corrected before I signed the paperwork. THANK GOD!! Nicole ensured the florist, photographers, videographers, Dj, Clergy, and other vendors were on time for the wedding and delivered their services as stated in each agreement/contract. If you're looking for a planner that is caring, professional, flexible, experienced, honest, and reliable, use Perry Consultants for your special event! I love that fact that Nicole was very involved but not bossy and overbearing. She truly made me feel..."this was MY special day!" She certainly made it special...thank you Nicole! BTW, my guests raved about what a wonderful planner I had at my wedding and how she stayed the entire day until the last minute ensuring the night and special events went as planned.

Victoria with Weddings by Your Design did an amazing job with my wedding. She worked with me from start to finish on every last detail. I felt stress-free, happy and excited on my wedding day, without having to worry about the little details. My wedding was everything I could have asked for and so much more. It would not have been possible without Victoria!

From beginning to end Dionne and staff, helped in coordinating a small but intimate staycation wedding venue in Sedona. Handling everything long distance for the bride and groom (Military). She handled all accommodations including those for the dogs the bride and groom drove across country with, to be in the wedding! Everything went off smoothly and I've had nothing but Raves from everyone who attended. I highly recommend Dionne and her staff for your event!

Omgsh, I cannot behind to express how lucky I am to have come across BTS on instagram. I had screenshots of their work prior to even being engaged lol that’s just how stunning everything is!!!! I loved everyone who was behind the team. They were incredibly kind and so easy to work with. All the girls were so sweet to me and made everything easy and enjoyable I just can’t say enough good things about them!!!! Thank you ladies for making our dream wedding come true!! We don’t even have professional pictures back from the photographers but we have to attach something here to show their unreal work!!!

We used Justine as our "month of" coordinator for our wedding in April 2021, and it was hands down the best decision we made. We met with Justine early on and walked through our plans for the venue, preferences, and ideas. While we only hired her for the month of coordination, she was in touch with us through the year prior to our wedding helping us make decisions and reminding us of all of those small details that are easily forgotten. She reached out to us and our vendors for finalization just over a month before the big day to confirm everything and make sure we were ready to go. We were planning an Arizona wedding from the other side of the country and she made all of this so easy! We had some issues with one of our vendors that Justine went above and beyond to resolve and handled the entire frustrating situation with professionalism. When the big day came around I didn't have to worry about a thing. I enjoyed spending time with my friends and family while we got ready, and (as far as we know!) there were no issues on the day itself. She also put together all of our flower arrangements and they were beautiful. Justine was such a major help and having her as our coordinator meant I could fully enjoy my day without stressing about final details, coordinating vendors, and handling any last minute problems. I cannot recommend her and her services enough.
