I had a very large, highly customized wedding with more than 200 guests, a significant vendor team, and countless moving pieces. This was not a traditional venue wedding—it was built entirely from scratch on my parents' ranch in Arizona. Every detail had to be brought in, from infrastructure and rentals to catering and décor. On top of that, our wedding day included multiple locations for getting ready, our church ceremony, portraits, and finally the reception, creating an incredibly complex logistical puzzle.
