Abby was amazing and we're so grateful to have had her as our coordinator! She was very professional and answered all of our questions. Abby is incredibly kind and patient, we had a lot of "We're not sure" responses to her questions and she always helped us find an answer! Leading up to the wedding Abby was very communicative and checked in frequently with how we were feeling, not just tasks. The day of the wedding was PERFECT! If anything went wrong, we didn't know about it! Her timeline was so detailed and organized, there is NO way we would have been able to have our perfect day without her. Our other vendors even commented on how professional, detailed and organized of a wedding coordinator she is. Abby was fun and easy to work with and we have no regrets about hiring her! -

From the very beginning of the planning process to the very last moments of the wedding day, Abby was nothing short of extraordinary. As the mother of the bride, who had the daunting task of planning this wedding from another state, I cannot express enough how much her presence meant to our entire family.
I had the opportunity to work closely with Abby throughout the entire planning process, often taking on details to help keep things off the bride’s plate. Abby was incredible to collaborate with—her communication was clear, consistent, and thoughtful every step of the way.
What meant the most to me personally was that Abby didn’t just take care of the bride—she took care of me, too. She made sure that as the mother of the bride, I was able to truly enjoy the day without stress or worry. I never once felt overwhelmed because I knew Abby had everything completely under control.
What truly stood out was her unwavering dedication, even under challenging circumstances. On a unexpected 105-degree day, Abby never once let the heat affect her professionalism or energy. She remained fully present and was focused on the Bride’s wellbeing making sure she stayed hydrated and not overheated, literally running behind her with a portable fan, ice cubes, and water.
Quite simply, Abby was the best! We feel incredibly lucky to have had her by our side, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a wedding planner who genuinely cares and delivers beyond expectations. -

Abby was amazing to work with! On my wedding day, I knew there was a schedule but I didn't even know what was on it, what time it was, or even where my phone was. My husband and I got to focus completely on enjoying our guests and the experience and Abby made it all run smoothly for us without us even realizing what was happening. I really appreciated that opportunity to just enjoy everything.
Abby was also so helpful for all of the planning process- she kept us organized and kept our budget on track. I definitely felt daunted by the wedding planning experience but Abby helped to make it feel easy. She really made a point to understand what I felt nervous about and helped me tackle each of those things and to understand what was most important to us and keep that front and center throughout the planning process. Her execution of every single detail truly brought my dream wedding to life. Abby was my wedding planner from start to finish. Not only did she save me a lot of stress throughout the whole process, when I called her panicking about moving our decor to our venue the day before she drove to my house and took them herself! She even helped us find a new ice cream vendor when ours cancelled on us a month before our event. It turned out even better than our original plan. Abby made everything so smooth and easy going, never allowed me to panic, kept us on our timeline the whole day of the event and all my bridesmaids and family loved having her around! She got our whole reception and all our decor set up. While still keeping us on time all morning! We’re so thankful for everything she did for us. -

Hiring Abby with Copper Blossom Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I found her online, but from our first call, I knew she was the one. She was fun, easy to talk to, and, as a fellow recovering theatre kid, instantly felt like my kind of person.
Abby is incredibly organized, proactive, and a fantastic communicator. I was finishing my PhD while planning our wedding (chaotic combo), and she kept me on track with a clear timeline and zero added stress. She helped with everything from design to vendors and logistics so seamlessly that if anything went wrong, I never knew. My vendors and family adored her, and she kept everyone calm and organized.
On the wedding day, she was pure magic. Not only did everything run smoothly, but she also made sure we actually enjoyed it. One moment that typifies Abby's style happened right after the ceremony: in a whirlwind of happy shock, I found someone had slipped my signature cocktail into my hand. That's Abby. I cannot express enough how essential Abby was as my day-of wedding coordinator. Abby was so on it from our very first screening call. It didn't hurt that her rates are extremely reasonable compared to the arm and leg that many industry people charge. She went above and beyond in more ways than I could count (including finding a friend to deliver our late-night Whataburger wedding order) We hired her to manage the moving parts for the rehearsal dinner in addition to the wedding itself, and having her there truly allowed us to live in the moment knowing that all of the behind-the-scenes details were being taken care of in a calm, cool, and collected manner. Not only did her services come with day-of-coordination but also taking over vendor conversations in the weeks leading up to the event itself. Abby means business and I love her for it. I'll never forget realizing that I didn't have my bouquet moments before we were set to walk down the aisle and when I tell you that Abby ran to find it...like she literally sprinted away. Thank you, Abby for helping us to create the unique, bohemian fairytale that was our wedding weekend. Couldn't recommend Copper Blossom Events enough. -

Chef’s Kiss Experience
Abby was fantastic to work with! She was our wedding coordinator within the last 30 days before our wedding and truly helped out so much. We met weekly to check in and ensure all tasks were done before the big day and if I was missing anything, she helped in that regard. Come the day of, she truly took everything off my plate, organized everything, recreated my vision, and stayed close with vendors to ensure everyone was where they needed to be. My family didn’t have to lift a finger to help with the love and support she provided and I could not have imagined our day without her help! -

If you do anything for your wedding, get yourself Copper Blossom. We were on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator and boy are we glad we did. They are easily the best decision we made that day - aside from getting married.
If you think wedding planning can be very overwhelming, you have no idea how busy the actual day will be and they were with us every step of the way. Every small dream or vision became reality, like the adorable champagne tower! Also, they seamlessly fit in with our family and were just a joy to have around on that special day.
We are so grateful for Copper Blossom because they certainly made the day more stress-free and magical. -

Abby the Great!!!
When we look back on our wedding there is so much that we are thankful for and Abby is at the top of our list. She handled EVERYTHING so we could truly sit back and enjoy the day. Her ability to handle unforeseen circumstances, build relationships with our family and other guests, and become a trusted partner with our other vendors allowed us to fully enjoy the best day of our lives. For example, she learned of, and got prompt medical care, for my mother who tripped and broke her ankle before we had even learned it had happened. It’s like she was everywhere, all at once. This is why we have told all of our friends who are engaged to give her a call. Even now, almost two months later my parents cannot stop singing her praises. Do your future self a favor and give Abby a call! -

Abby Fenzel, can't say more positive things about her as not only an awesome human, but her skills that killz being our wedding coordinator! Punctual, professional, & polite, Abby was a godsend for us. First off, for all you soon to be newlyweds, planning a wedding is STRESS, hell i think it even gave me gray hairs! With Abby's help, they certainly didn't come in earnest, as she was instrumental in coordinating all the minutia with planning a wedding, especially with the intricacies of renting a venue for said wedding. I can't recommend Abby enough! Our wedding turned out great and Abby was a critical part of the execution! -

Abby did the most incredible job helping me prepare for the wedding and making sure everything went smoothly the day of. She is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to weddings and is an excellent creative problem solver if things don’t go according to plan or if you need options. She will go above and beyond to make your day perfect. She is tenacious in ironing out every detail and she is very easy to communicate with. On the wedding day, I was extremely relaxed and could focus on the present moment because I knew Abby had everything under control and going well. Not only that, but she is very fun at the event itself. Abby is a wedding professional through and through, and hiring her to help plan your event will be the best decision you make in the planning process!
