We initially tried to hire another wedding planner, but she was already booked.
However, that wedding planner recommended Tony…and it was truly the greatest thing we could have done for our wedding!
Tony was inspiring, smart, whitty, imaginative and a great communicator. Tony was easy to get in touch with, willing to talk whenever needed, and became a little pit bull when we had a hard time with any other vendor. Tony looked over and checked every contract, recommended services and vetted others we liked; Tony didn’t pressure us to upgrade items or services, which took pressure off of us. Tony did try to keep our budget, and came up with alternative ideas to our vision when things got too pricey. We went through numerous ideas to get the outcome we desired!
Tony ran the rehearsal, which was the equivalent of herding cats. I have to give big props for that! Then Tony’s with his assistant Arianna set the stage for a wonderful night and broke it all back down returning all the items we wanted to keep.
If we were to do this again, we would absolutely hire Tony all over again, but I think we would have hired him prior to booking a venue. He was definitely worth the money and his weight in gold!

Hiring Tony was the single greatest decision I have ever made. Besides being an incredibly talented and kind person, Tony is exceptional at what he does.

Tony reviewed my inspiration board during our initial meetings and immediately got to work to make my dreams a reality. Not only does he have impeccable taste and an incredible eye for design, Tony knows the best of the best vendors in the valley. From the start, I knew Tony was going to make our wedding perfect and he exceeded all expectations. He transformed my inspiration board into the most elevated and stunning wedding day. My jaw, and all of our guests jaws, literally dropped at how amazing the wedding looked from start to finish. We are still receiving compliments and the venue has told us on multiple occasions that they have never seen a more stunning wedding and it was all thanks to Tony. He personally built a massive Bougainvillea arch for our ceremony and I am still in awe. One of my favorite parts about working with Tony is how creative he was. I knew I could trust all of his suggestions and recommendations. Tony truly made the entire process seamless by taking care of every small detail and keeping us on track.

He has an incredible ability to navigate any issues that came up professionally and kindly and his attention to detail and timing ensured the day went perfectly. During the ceremony my husband and I were able to be present and immerse ourselves in the celebration because we knew that Tony and his assistants would take care of everything. If you want to be able to enjoy your event as if you were one of the guests do not hesitant and hire Tony.

Tony was amazing! He was absolutely the best choice for our wedding. He was attentive and on the ball from the very first conversation. He took initiative to connect with all of the other vendors and made everything as seamless as possible. We needed someone to help guide us and he was not shy about giving his opinion, which was most appreciated! Trust Tony, he will take great care of you on your special day.

I can't say enough about Tony but I will attempt to here. I am a South Asian bride, and as many know, our weddings are huge and last for days. Being a wedding planner for our kinds of weddings is not for the weak! Tony was up to the task and delivered more than I could ever imagine. I have people texting me and calling me months after our wedding to tell me how beautiful and seamless everything was.

We have a different culture, different expectations, a LOT of personalities and visions, but he easily put it all together and adapted to every situation. He found solutions instantly and always made me feel extremely comfortable.

From the very beginning, Tony was interested in my vision and bringing that to life. He never imposed his own views or directed me to go with a vendor until I was absolutely comfortable with. He communicated with my at times, very difficult family, with such grace and respect and was able to incorporate everyone's wishes without losing sight of the important details.

He checked in with me not only as a planner, but as a friend. He was flexible and worked with me as our plans always changed, or if my mom wanted something and I did not, we always were able to come to a great compromise with Tony's quick thinking. He is THE flower expert and he would work with me for hours going over what I envisioned exactly, adding his creative touch when needed.

If you are looking for someone who is creative, kind, caring, hardworking, talented and who goes above and beyond all while being extremely professional, go with Tony. He is incredible and I am so profoundly grateful that I selected him of all planners to make our dreams come to life.

He made not just one day amazing, but three days! I will be forever grateful to Tony for contributing to the best days of my life. Thank you, Tony!

We had our ideas, the perfect venue and perfect weather. What could make it better? TONY! He took one of the loveliest places in Phoenix (the Hermosa Inn) and make it jaw dropping incredible! We cannot describe the beauty that everyone is still talking about! He is a wonderful man and extremely talented!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tony as our two-day wedding planner and CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH (seriously hire him!!). Not only is Tony one of the sweetest people we’ve met, he was professional, organized, and on time. We described to him our vision for the wedding and he delivered, applying his expertise. One of Tony’s greatest strength was his ability to handle and adapt to any challenge that arose, especially when navigating uncharted waters that was a Sudanese wedding. One of the things that impressed us the most about Tony was his ability to listen. He took the time to understand our Sudanese culture, preferences, and uniqueness and he flawlessly translated it into an amazing two days. We really appreciated that he took the time to understand the culture in order to ensure that we were provided with an amazing second day. During both days, even our guests were mentioning his name; that is how much of an impact he made.

Speaking as the bride, I had the best wedding morning thanks to Tony. I was so relaxed that the makeup and hair artists were commenting on how they’ve never seen such a calm bride. The only reason I was calm was because I knew that Tony was working his magic downstairs and troubleshooting any problems that arose. I, personally, asked him to not tell me if anything went wrong and just handle it. He did just that! If you’re generally an anxious person like us, hiring Tony for piece of mind is sooo worth it!

In summary, working with Tony as our wedding planner was an indescribable experience (in the best ways possible). His professionalism, expertise, creativity, and dedication surpassed our highest expectations. We wholeheartedly recommend Tony to any couple (especially cultural) looking for a wedding planner who will turn their dreams into reality and stress free.
