Lena’s Events and Rentals is a wedding rental company located in Gilbert, Arizona. From large wedding receptions to intimate parties, baby showers, and birthday parties, Lena’s Events and Rentals provides an array of products that can be tailored to suit any special event in any location.

To make the planning process as stress-free as possible for every couple, we offer event planning, décor styling, and month-of coordination services.

Our rental department constantly adds new items to our inventory, which includes tables, chairs, arches, décor, china packages, lounge furniture, and much more. Phenomenal

I used Lena's for my wedding on January 21st 2023. I cannot say enough how amazing they were. I went with a theme of 1920's great Gatsby element to it and Lena's made my dream come to life from the flowers to the amazing furniture I was able to rent. They brought everything I asked and had it all set up so beautifully. I had a wedding with about 400 guests and it was a big venue to decorate and they did it with ease and mastered the vision I wanted. If I could give Lena's (especially Tony) a 10 star rating I would.

Sedona Wedding of Our Dreams

There aren't words that will do Lena and Athena justice. From start to finish they were simply amazing. It’s an understatement to say they went above and beyond- the event was gorgeous! Their staff were friendly and even went to extra mile to save the day (i forgot a few important decorations). Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Our wedding was magical. Truly.

Exceptional!

Choosing Lena’s Events for my wedding was the best decision! I was able to book my rentals, florals and catering all through them which was a huge convenience. My coordinator, Athena, made my experience everything it was. She was always timely about responding to my questions, and most importantly respected my budget. She helped me find the best options that fit our needs. She really worked hard for us and I will never forget that! I’m so grateful and couldn’t be happier with my experience!

Incredible florist

Lena's florals and rentals are the best in Arizona. Tony is incredibly helpful in so many ways! We were able to get all of our florals through Lena's and all of our rentals, including backdrops, centerpieces, chargers, and furniture. It made planning so easy knowing we Lenas was a great one-stop shop. I am so grateful for Tony and the team for making our day so magical!

Charger Rental for Wedding Reception

I rented gold chargers for my wedding reception from Lena's. I had looked all over for affordable rentals in the Phoenix area and Lena's had the best price! They were flexible with pickup and drop off and it was an easy transaction. Most of the chargers were in fine shape and they gave me extras to cover for the ones that were a little too used looking. Overall, I'd recommend them for charger rental.

Truly amazing

I cannot adequately express how incredibly grateful we are to Lena's Events and Rentals. They did all of our flowers for our wedding, as well as provided the rental decor and linens. The flowers were absolutely stunning (I'm writing this just days after my wedding I'm so excited about them - but I'll post pictures once they come in if I can) and were done for a FRACTION of what other florists quoted me. Lena and Athena are both SUPER attentive and responsive to any questions or issues you have and will communicate whatever way works best for you busy brides - email, calls, in person, anything. We hadn't initially planned on doing much for decor or needing linen rentals (our venue was supposed to supply them) and we didn't realize until a WEEK before our wedding that the linens the venue had weren't what they have in their showroom and were totally unacceptable. But with Lena on our side - no problem! She made sure we had everything we needed for our big day. Truly, I can't thank or recommend them enough.

We love working with Lena's

The Views At Superstition has relied on their services many times for special events like weddings and our annual big vendor nights. They have a huge inventory of products to pick from at reasonable prices. We recently opened a new outdoor venue and Lena's decorated the farm tables with exquisite china and candles! It was so beautiful!! We've had a working relationship for over 10 years with Lena. She's super sweet and very accommodating!

Definitely a must have vendor

I hired Lena’s Catering company due to the fact they offered rentals and food! Everything from a China package, linens, servers ect it was absolutely worth it!!

Athena was amazing and made sure she took care of me for the big day. Even with me panicking she took control and made sure everything turned out exactly as I pictured it. I couldn’t appreciate her enough for everything she did.
