I found Bloom and Blueprint on tiktok of all places! My husband is Eritrean and we were looking for vendors who understood blending two cultures and families into one event. As I interviewed vendors, I was paired with Callie Tyo at Bloom. Immediately--She stood out above the rest. She was punctual, warm and extremely sharp. Out of three wedding vendors, she is the only person who stopped the meeting to find my husbands country on a map. She asked for a minute to read about Eretria, so she could follow along. A quick pinterest and google search and we were back, discussing all the possibilities of blending our two cultures into one. Her immediate attention to detail in the initial meeting blew me away. It was a true testament to her years of work in this industry.

She continued to provide top notch service, perfectly executing two 170 person events, back to back. When you are picking a wedding coordinator, you are asking them to open up their little black book of magical vendors and you hope that they have relationships with the best in the business. I would say Callie and her team have experience with the best in the US.

My wedding was spectacular. We worked heavily with Kate who leads design and allowed her to really lean into her craft. The team at bloom is a collection of brilliant artist, lead by a meticulously detailed leader--Erika. It is a match made in heaven. My photos speak for themselves, but I cannot recommend them enough. Most importantly, they will always hold a really special place in my heart for the endless compassion they showed me, while I went through a heartbreaking medical experience with my mother. At times, I was not the ideal client, but Callie knew the depths of my heartbreak and offered so much grace and compassion for which I will never forget. Her compassion has made me a better person and I am lucky to have gotten to know her over the last two years. She was a light in a very dark time, and perfectly executed my wedding vision when I was unable to see the forest through the trees.

Life will happen during this process. Work with a team that is excellent at their craft AND are wonderful people. You will be better because of it.

Bloom & Blueprint is hands down the best event company in the biz! They have done our wedding, son's birthdays and all the backdrops for our kidspace we own. The owner Kate is literally a dream to work with her and her team during stressful moments. Each event, I've shared my insp and they run with it and NAIL it. Compare to other vendors, they stay calm and creative and have ALWAYS been on time and organized. I've worked with many vendors around the valley and too many times I have worn their stress and truly feel B&BP takes that away and creates the most beautiful events

I've had the pleasure of working with the B+B team for 5+ years. I'll start by saying you won't find a more talented and creative floral company. Their dedicated to their work and the product they produce. Our florals always show up better than anticipated and for what budget was provided by us. I'm so thankful to have them as a forever floral partner. Fully would recommend them to any planner or bride-to-be who wants something unique and not ordinary!

Bloom and blueprint are incredible! They went above and beyond to make our wedding day the best day ever. They helped with making the day flow as best as possible and were so much fun to be around. Kate really has such a special way to design the day sooo perfectly to fit you as a couple. Can I give 6 stars?????? Bloom + Blueprint absolutely KILLED IT for our wedding florals!!!! They were so fun to work with and absolutely made my floral dreams come to life! When I saw the mockup and design doc, I was left speechless with how creative and artistic the florals were. My husband's favorite color is black, while mine is rainbow bright, so for him to be raving about the vibrant florals on our wedding day is saying something. I cried a little a week after my wedding when I finally had to say goodbye to my bouquet. She was truly the star of the show!!!! My expectations will be that my husband gets a recreation of it every year for our anniversary forever! The uniqueness of our cactus inspired ceremony setup was so cool! Looking at photos of it now leave me smiling as big as I did on my wedding day!
