Planning a wedding can be an overwhelming experience, especially when it involves a destination wedding at the Grand Canyon National Park. However, with the incredible support and expertise of Erika and Kate from Bloom + Blueprint, our wedding journey became an unforgettable and stress-free adventure!
From the very beginning, Erika and Kate impressed us with their professionalism and attention to detail. They listened attentively as we shared our abstract conceptual ideas for our wedding design, such as a "fifty shades of pink" theme, along with a desire for natural-looking decorations that would complement the breathtaking beauty of the national park. We were astounded by their ability to transform our vague concepts into a truly magical and enchanting wedding setting.
Throughout the entire planning process, Erika and Kate proved themselves to be responsible and dedicated wedding planners. Communication was a breeze, with prompt responses to our queries and regular updates on the progress of the arrangements. Their efficiency and organization skills were remarkable, as they flawlessly managed multiple tasks, including hotel bookings and arranging meals and gifts for our guests arriving from different places.
One of the most remarkable aspects of working with Erika and Kate was their ability to understand our vision and bring it to life. The wedding design they created surpassed our expectations in every way. The attention to detail was impeccable, and every element of the decor was thoughtfully curated to match our color scheme and concepts. It was evident that they put their hearts and souls into ensuring that every aspect of our wedding was perfect.
Not only did Erika and Kate excel in their design and planning skills, but they also demonstrated a genuine care for our happiness and well-being. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and make us feel valued as clients. Their friendly and warm personalities created a comfortable environment, and we felt like we were working with friends rather than just wedding planners.

We knew that we were going to need a planner for the wedding as we were also going to organizing 3 auxiliary celebrations. Bloom and Blueprint really went above and beyond for not only the florals and decor, but also the planning itself. We had the absolute honor to work with Casey and she truly was a cut above the rest. A fierce advocate, a hard worker, a great listener, and super organized to boot. The entire event rested on her shoulders and she performed better than I ever could have asked. People in my family who were skeptical about hiring a planner were absolutely won over by how instrumental Casey was to getting anything rolling. I truly cannot emphasize this enough, Casey is worth every penny. I repeat, every penny. Thank you Casey, you really are special to us and I'm so glad you could help make our special day that much better. -

This is the most exceptional team of people I have ever worked with. They made my event a literal dream and worked tirelessly to ensure the vision was executed to perfection. They thought of every detail and were able to course correct any issues that came along the way. There were even moments where vendors told us what we wanted wouldn’t be possible but they would find solutions to make it a reality. I would use them again for any future planning. -

10 out of 10 would recommend Bloom + Blueprint for your wedding planning & design needs! They brought our vision to life and made the process incredibly easy. Specifically ask for Casey to be your lead planner! She completely took the stress out of wedding planning, executed our vision to a T and within budget, and was an absolute gem to work with. We were able to be fully present and enjoy our wedding weekend because we knew she had everything handled. Casey stayed on top of things every step of the way, kept us organized, and we loved our regular check-ins with her. Casey, THANK YOU for everything! Bloom and Blueprint--Design and coordination expects. Second to none.
I found Bloom and Blueprint on tiktok of all places! My husband is Eritrean and we were looking for vendors who understood blending two cultures and families into one event. As I interviewed vendors, I was paired with Callie Tyo at Bloom. Immediately--She stood out above the rest. She was punctual, warm and extremely sharp. Out of three wedding vendors, she is the only person who stopped the meeting to find my husbands country on a map. She asked for a minute to read about Eretria, so she could follow along. A quick pinterest and google search and we were back, discussing all the possibilities of blending our two cultures into one. Her immediate attention to detail in the initial meeting blew me away. It was a true testament to her years of work in this industry.
She continued to provide top notch service, perfectly executing two 170 person events, back to back. When you are picking a wedding coordinator, you are asking them to open up their little black book of magical vendors and you hope that they have relationships with the best in the business. I would say Callie and her team have experience with the best in the US.
My wedding was spectacular. We worked heavily with Kate who leads design and allowed her to really lean into her craft. The team at bloom is a collection of brilliant artist, lead by a meticulously detailed leader--Erika. It is a match made in heaven. My photos speak for themselves, but I cannot recommend them enough. Most importantly, they will always hold a really special place in my heart for the endless compassion they showed me, while I went through a heartbreaking medical experience with my mother. At times, I was not the ideal client, but Callie knew the depths of my heartbreak and offered so much grace and compassion for which I will never forget. Her compassion has made me a better person and I am lucky to have gotten to know her over the last two years. She was a light in a very dark time, and perfectly executed my wedding vision when I was unable to see the forest through the trees.
Life will happen during this process. Work with a team that is excellent at their craft AND are wonderful people. You will be better because of it. -

I've had the pleasure of working with the B+B team for 5+ years. I'll start by saying you won't find a more talented and creative floral company. Their dedicated to their work and the product they produce. Our florals always show up better than anticipated and for what budget was provided by us. I'm so thankful to have them as a forever floral partner. Fully would recommend them to any planner or bride-to-be who wants something unique and not ordinary! -

The best vendors!
Bloom and blueprint are incredible! They went above and beyond to make our wedding day the best day ever. They helped with making the day flow as best as possible and were so much fun to be around. Kate really has such a special way to design the day sooo perfectly to fit you as a couple. Erika was a rockstar as she helped execute the whole day and making sure everyone felt comfort and where they needed to be. I couldn’t recommend this company anymore. They have so much heart and love and it shows through all their events! -

Can I give 6 stars?????? Bloom + Blueprint absolutely KILLED IT for our wedding florals!!!! They were so fun to work with and absolutely made my floral dreams come to life! When I saw the mockup and design doc, I was left speechless with how creative and artistic the florals were. My husband's favorite color is black, while mine is rainbow bright, so for him to be raving about the vibrant florals on our wedding day is saying something. I cried a little a week after my wedding when I finally had to say goodbye to my bouquet. She was truly the star of the show!!!! My expectations will be that my husband gets a recreation of it every year for our anniversary forever! The uniqueness of our cactus inspired ceremony setup was so cool! Looking at photos of it now leave me smiling as big as I did on my wedding day! Thank you Bloom + Blueprint for being so amazing to work with and for providing us wedding florals that were more than I could have ever dreamed of! -

Great experience & unique designs!!
Kate and her entire team from Bloom & Blueprint were amazing! We B&B through our wedding planning team. Throughout the entire process Kate was accommodating, responsive, creative, and very patient. At our in person mock up meeting, we spent almost 3 hours (!!) going through line by line each floral/decor element. Kate listened to my vision and my mother's requests and came up with creative solutions for each situation. They are also very flexible with price. The execution the weekend of the wedding was flawless. My favorite elements from B&B were - the garlands we used for the ceremony, the disco ball installations for our sangeet, that centerpieces/sweetheart table for our reception, and the baby's breath floral rope for my hair on the wedding day. I highly highly recommend them!! -

Hello Future Brides and Grooms! Congratulations on getting engaged! Matt and I just got married on New Year’s Day and we’re so happy that Bloom & Blueprint were a part of celebrating Our Decade of Love! Owner and Lead Designer Kate is such a gem! She’s a unicorn too! I’ve never met someone like her before! She might even be a mindreader because her design was better and more than I could have ever imagined! Not to sound dramatic, but Bloom and Blueprint seriously made our wedding look like a million-dollar wedding! I cannot recommend them enough! As I’m sure y’all know, wedding planning is STRESSFUL, but Kate made it fun! I look forward to hiring them again and I can’t wait to see what they come up with next! It's really hard to put into words how amazing and attentive Christina, Kate, and the rest of the team at Bloom + Blueprint were from start to finish. They made our day so incredibly special, and we owe a lot to them. If it weren't for them, our day wouldn't have come together without a hitch, for sure. It was such a special day, and we celebrated our intimate wedding in Saguaro National Park, and then had a reception nearby. The process was incredibly collaborative and Christina went above and beyond to make it happen. She connected us with vendors around the area for hotels, food (the tacos were THE BEST), rentals, and other items. She was incredibly communicative and spent a lot of time reaching out to folks and connecting the dots. It took a lot of the weight off our shoulders, and we're so thankful we had her. Meanwhile, Kate made sure the florals, design, and vision all came together. She was even printing some placards I had designed the day before for our wedding... Like, if that's not top-notch service, I don't know what is. Our wedding was beautiful, so beautiful. All thanks to Bloom + Blueprint.
Needless to say, we threw several twists and turns into our wedding planning process, and it took us a bit to align on what we really wanted for our day. Christina listened, offered great input and ideas, and stuck with us the whole way. When it came down to making our final selections and getting payments put down, she made that part of the process incredibly smooth, as well. We owe a lot to Christina and her team and we were so thankful to have them.
Aside from their service, they're just good people. I know we'll stay connected via social media and definitely be in touch over the years to come. They played such a huge role in making sure our day was what we wanted, and it truly was such a special day. Bloom + Blueprint has a really good thing going, and my wife and I highly recommend them. Vibrant Florals and Stress-free Coordination!
I hired B+B for florals and day of coordination and they were my favorite vendor! From my first meeting with Kate and Erika, it was obvious that they understood the wants and needs of modern brides. They are super transparent with pricing (even on their website!) and worked within my budget. They also needed very little input from me, which I appreciated because being a bride is a lot of work. I gave Kate a vague idea for my flowers--real fresh citrus and vibrant colors evocative of the Italian coast--and she completely nailed it. The flowers really elevated my decor, and all of my guests were raving about them. My day of coordinator, Brodie, was able to transfer my ceremony flowers to my sweetheart table. My favorite picture from the day shows me and my husband at that table surrounded by bright, beautiful flowers. Brodie was fantastic. The day was so emotional that I was in a haze and time moved so quickly. Brodie was on top of everything and I didn't have a single worry. Thank you so so much, B+B! -

Everything I had envisioned came to life! I had only provided pictures of what I had in mind for bouquets, centerpieces, flowers for the arbor, wedding sign, etc. and Bloom and BluePrint exceeded my expectations! The flowers were everything and more! They made the consultation so easy for us (being from California) and provided a quick quote. They were very responsive, even during busy wedding season. I cannot recommend this vendor enough! So so happy with everything! -

I knew I wanted to use B&B for florals from all the pictures I had seen. Their quality of work always stood out to me. What I did not know was how easy it would be! My budget would only allow for us to include Bridal Bouquet, Wedding Arbor and Sweetheart table and boy did they do an incredible job! I sent them my vision and then that was it. They checked on me a week before, confirmed delivery time and executed to perfection. We chose bold beautiful colors and they even matched up with the faux bridal bouquets I had purchased. I cannot say enough about this team and the peace of mind I had knowing they had everything handled. They are a company you can trust and I highly recommend every couple using Bloom & Blueprint for their BIG Day! -

Alison Sent on 03/12/2018I freaking LOVED working with Bloom & Blueprint! I worked with Kate and Erica (real life dream team) on our floral and they seriously blew us away. My hub and I went in for a consult without having any wedding colors or floral inspo, and they came up with exactly what we didn't know we wanted. They did my bridal bouquet, maids bouquets and bouts, as well as absolutely stunning table centerpieces and arch decor. We didn't have much room in our budget for floral, so expected to get something simple and pretty. Instead, we got floral and decor worth 10x what we paid!! The set up team arrived early and were done in a flash, leaving my venue looking stunning.
We also used B&B as our day-of coordination. THIS WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY AND MORE!!!!!!! Christina called us a month prior to the wedding to go over all the details, was on site for our rehearsal, and early on our wedding day. She took care of all the behind the scenes, leaving us (and family and bridal party) to actually ENJOY our wedding day!! She checked in with us early in the morning and a number of times throughout the day to ensure we were stress free - which due to her, we were :)
B&B is a team of bad ass, beautiful and inspirational women. They have insane creativity and the type of hearts you want with you on your wedding day, and during all the planning. <3 -

Devan Sent on 12/08/2017WOW! That's where I will begin... Bloom and Blueprint is WOW in every sense of the word. I hired the B&B squad for design/florals and month of coordination. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Although my wedding/reception was on the smaller, more intimate side, they made me feel special and important every step of the way. For starters, I had a vision for the design and overall color scheme (glowy, lush, romantic, deep purples) and Kate just got it. Her design proposal was so on point that I couldn't wait to see her plans in action on the big day. Here comes the WOW again... when I saw the final set-up on our wedding day, I was floored. It was so glowy, so dreamy, so PERFECT in EVERY SINGLE WAY, I had tears in my eyes. Seriously - Kate made my dream come true. She is a vision and creation goddess. Next, there was my AMAZING month of coordinator Christina Teske; this lady is an angel. She answered every insane email and all of my insane questions almost immediately, and let me tell you, there were A LOT of emails. She was always available for a phone call, a walk of the venue - basically anything that needed to get done or be seen, she was on it. Her patience level is off the charts! She took care of all the minutia down to the very last detail. Because Christina was so on top of her game, I was able to truly relax on my wedding day and enjoy the celebration of my marriage. On top of it all, I had a very special, coordinated, timely surprise planned for my husband for our ceremony and she made sure everything happened just as it was supposed to, without my husband ever finding out beforehand. Christina and her day of assistant were just marvelous, and they made our wedding completely flawless. There were ZERO hiccups. It was a dream, start to finish. I knew from my very first meeting with the B&B squad that they were the right ones to hire. They took my dreams and made them reality, and I couldn't be more grateful for their hard-work and overall AWESOMENESS!

Kate was amazing at communicating with me throughout the entire floral process, when I decided I wanted to change and add in some things to my centerpieces she had no problem! My bouquet was exactly what I wanted, and everything looked BEAUTIFUL, I cannot stop looking at my pictures. For coordination, our day could not have gone more perfectly. Erika was very easy to communicate with and was very personable when creating our timeline. We had Alexa + Kasie for our day of, and they were the best! Everything went picture-perfect, and they were there for us every step of the way, even bringing drinks to the groomsmen when they couldn’t wait. I could not be happier with my decision to use them, and would recommend them to everyone I know who is getting married!

Bloom and Blueprint is everything a bride could want in planner and design team! I met with Kate months before the wedding and came up with a killer vision board of how I wanted my wedding day to look. To say they exceeded my expectations and totally crushed it, doesn't even put into words how PERFECT my day was. Alexa, our planner was great too. She made sure everything was going according to plan and coordination with DJ and photographer was awesome. I will recommend this fabulous team to anyone and every bride out there. Natalie Sent on 10/20/2017Let me start by saying that Bloom + Blueprint is incredible. They are literally everything you could ever dream of in a wedding planner. I cannot say enough about Kate, Erika, Amanda, and the entire team of amazing, dedicated, passionate, and hardworking girls (+ guys too)! When I sat down to start planning my wedding, I had so many ideas and visions but no clue where to start. After the first meeting with Kate, I knew I had not only found a new friend, but someone whom I could absolutely trust to bring my dream wedding to life. Not only did she design and create everything I had imagined, but her expertise in florals was icing on the wedding cake (I mean, c’mon, she put a cactus, rose gold succulents, AND a fluorite crystal in my bouquet!!!) To make things even more wonderful, Erika flawlessly handled all of the logistics, timelines, and vendors and I legitimately didn’t have to worry about ANYTHING! ZERO STRESS! Annnnddd on the day of my wedding, Amanda was an angel... like the sweetest, most calm and collected day of coordinator I could have ever asked for - literally nothing went wrong (except for my husband showing up late *eye roll*) I honestly don’t know what I would have done without B+B. Over this past year, they have inspired me, taught me (DIY bride ftw!), and truly became my good friends. I must say, I never really understood the importance and value of wedding planners before I met these girls, but I’m beyond blessed and grateful that I did. Kristen Sent on 10/11/2017I seriously can't say enough good things about Bloom and Blueprint. I was recently married on September 22, 2017 at The Windmill Winery. From the beginning, Kate and Erika made my husband and I feel so comfortable in the planning process. Our initial consultation with them was casual and we just provided them with what our vision for the wedding was. With just answering their questions, they devised a proposal and it was absolutely stunning and exactly the vision we had. They were always responsive to every email, and I made so many changes throughout the year up to my wedding and they accommodated each and every request I made. When I walked in to our ceremony and reception venue, I was stunned. The floral and design was so beautiful and exactly what I had pictured it would be. Their prices are unbeatable with what they do and it makes it so nice that they provide all the decor for the tables so that the bride doesn't have to buy those too. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were gorgeous. I wish I could keep going on how amazing they were to work with. If you're looking for the best florist/design company, this is it. Don't look anywhere else. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to the whole Bloom and Blueprint team for making my wedding day so beautiful! I can't thank you all enough!

Jessica Sent on 04/07/2017Bloom + Blueprint can produce everything you've been dreaming of! I met with Kate to review my vision (I had a general theme, some flowers I liked via Pinterest, and a few additional details)...Kate saw my vision and sprinkled fairy dust on it to make it even more magical that I could have dreamed!!! Her incredible visionary creativity created an amazing arbor with an abstract linen and florals which was used for the outdoor ceremony then transferred inside to our reception ballroom! I didn't even know if that would be possible but they made it happen!! I also worked with Erika as our day of coordinator (She was amazing!!!!!! Seriously...I sent her details on all of our vendors, she attended the rehearsal to be fully prepared for the next day, she even met me at my HMU appointment to check on me on the wedding day to see what I needed! How cool is that?!). There were too many amazing things that Bloom + Blueprint did to make our day seamless that I can't even describe my love for them and their team. I'm obsessed to say the least! -

Caitlin Sent on 03/14/2017I was led to Bloom and Blueprint by my fantastic photographer, who seemed to get the vibe and type of wedding we were looking for and knew this might be a good fit. I met with Kate and Erika and instantly fell in love. I had spoken to other planners in the Valley and they all made me feel as though I was below their pay grade and that they only wanted to work on weddings that were on the more luxe end. I never got that impression from these ladies and they always made it apparent they were more than willing to accommodate any budget.
We ended up hiring them for partial planning, design and florals. I had an inkling of what I wanted for our big day, but had a hard time vocalizing exactly what it was we were hoping for or making it come to life. You see the boards on Pinterest and think "I want that!" but it's difficult to execute. Kate was able to take my confusing words and ideas and pinned ideas and turn them into reality. She came up with several ideas that helped really bring the concept together and make it a cohesive and beautiful day. And her florals are UNBELIEVABLE! I received so many compliments on her work! She and Erika were both very responsive throughout the process and recommended vendors where I needed them and were great about giving feedback on what I needed to be doing and when.
The wonderful Erika helped orchestrate the timing of the day and make sure everything and everyone knew when it was supposed to be happening. Her organizational skills are top notch! Our wedding ended up being on one of the coldest and rainiest days Arizona has seen in quite a bit. We had an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour planned and Erika was able to rearrange the format and still make our day perfect, rain or shine. She and the other Bloom and Blueprint ladies worked their tails off throughout the reception to make sure it all went off without a hitch!

Samantha Sent on 10/31/2017My husband and I got married this past weekend and we cannot be more thrilled with B+B. Erika and Kate were the most amazing vendors and I would highly recommend their company to make your wedding day LOOK and FEEL like a true fairy tale. Erika was our day of coordinator and the entire day went perfectly smooth. She coordinated with the photographer, videographer, makeup artists, and hair sylists to make my day COMPLETELY stress free. She spent the day with my bridesmaids and I, making sure that there was nothing that was left undone. We stayed on time while getting ready and the ceremony started exactly when it was supposed to! Erika made my day calm and organized. As for the florals and decor ... oh my gosh!! Our wedding guests could not stop raving about the classiness and elegance of our wedding. The centerpieces were exactly what I imagined ... big and beautiful. The bouquets were fantastic, the boutineires had the most beautiful roses that continued to bloom as the day went on. Our ceremony arbor was absolutely breathtaking and every small detail was addressed by Kate and her design team. We cannot thank Erika and Kate enough for their endless advice, great communication, and complete dedication to making our wedding day nothing short of PERFECT! We discovered Bloom & Blueprint on Gainey's list of preferred vendors and utilized their design and day-of coordination services. We could not be any happier with the result!
Not only did Erika handle all of the vendor communication and develop the master timeline the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, but she was also thoughtful enough to bring a steamer for my dress and veil the morning of my wedding to ensure my bridal look was perfect. Erika also joined the wedding party as we took some photos at the McDowell Preserve to ensure we were on schedule and kept our bouquets in water as traveled from stop-to-stop so they were fresh and beautiful. After the ceremony, another B&B team member, Christina, was able to join my husband and I as we took sunset photos and managed to take some herself, which she sent me later that evening. I was so happy to wake up to these the next morning! Christina also made sure I had a drink on-hand as we started the reception.
Regarding the floral design of our wedding, I had initially pinned some of Kate's work before we officially booked B&B and didn't even realize it. Kate absolutely captured my vision and then some. I would not change a thing about my wedding flowers as they turned out better than I could have ever imagined. My bouquet was my favorite part of my look! The team sent my mom home with my bouquet and a centerpiece, but since we're from out of town, I was sad to have to leave these items behind.
I can go on and on about the reasons why I would book B&B over and over again. If you are looking for a one-stop shop for planning/coordination and floral design, B&B is your team! We love you guys and owe our perfect, seamless wedding day to the fabulous group at B&B.

I do not write bad reviews ever, but I am still so disappointed with the floral design of Bloom & BluePrint for my wedding. I am constantly reminded of it when I look at our wedding photos and videos. They’re ruined because it just looks so bad and it’s a day I can never redo. When we met with the florist in person, we were told we’d have these floral panels that would cover at least half of the pillars' circumferance. We paid for 6 pillars to be covered, as well as fresh florals to be added into the faux ones. What we got were only 4 pillars “covered” maybe only 1/3 of the way, tons of visible chicken bands, and tons of lumps. We also paid for two corsages for our moms. All of our flowers were white roses. But yet, they gave them pink bud roses that were half dead and fell apart during the day. I’ve never in my life seen a corsage like that, even prom ones look better. We also paid for a mirrored customized welcome sign. It was never even put out until after our guests were there. So, no one saw it (we wanted them to know they had the right house, hence why we bought a sign). The florist we met with didn’t show up. They sent other people who did not know what they were doing, forgot half of what we paid for, told us they had no extra flowers for the cake, wouldn’t help anyone pin on their boutineers, etc. It was a chaotic nightmare and like I said, our pictures and video look absolutely horrible because of it. We were are so embarrassed to show anyone. And it wasn't cheap! We were partially refunded, but it was mainly for the things we paid for and didnt receive (plus the sign and corsages). But that doesn't fix our photos or videos. If I was able to go outside pre-ceremony I would have 100% cut those floral panels off because the bare pillars looked better. -
