Omgsh, I cannot behind to express how lucky I am to have come across BTS on instagram. I had screenshots of their work prior to even being engaged lol that’s just how stunning everything is!!!! I loved everyone who was behind the team. They were incredibly kind and so easy to work with. All the girls were so sweet to me and made everything easy and enjoyable I just can’t say enough good things about them!!!! Thank you ladies for making our dream wedding come true!! I have been working hand in hand with the team at BTS for over 5 years. I've seen the true behind the scenes -- I've seen hard work, commitment, heart, creativity, hustle, and a true love for their work and their clients. They are polished, kind, committed, and truly amazing at their jobs. Trista is the most head strong, skilled, honest, and iconic planner I have had the pleasure of working for. She has given us incredible opportunities to execute her visions for her clients. She has managed stress kindly, pivoted when necessary (which happens in all events, period), and has orchestrated perfect wedding days for dozens and doznes of clients, many of which I have witnessed first hand as they enjoy their wedding day with so much joy! I look up to this team for their incredible poise and planning abilities. They juggle so much (as all planners do) but they put their clients first, they protect their vendors too, and they create magic. So happy to know them and work alongside them.

We had got our venue and catering done by BTS, and the entire experience was lovely. There was clear and open communication, they were extremely accommodating, and everyone was so kind. The food they sourced and prepared was so delicious and the catering staff was excellent.

BTS ladies were amazing! They made it easy through out the entire experience. They would respond in less than 24 hours with any questions my husband and I had. I created a Pinterest board of what I wanted in our Indian Wedding and they brought it to life. Through out our 2 day wedding filled with multiple events, they managed to organize everything without a single worry in my mind. There was no stress through out the year of planning our wedding all thanks to these beautiful talented ladies! Our guests still talk about our beautiful wedding and how well it was planned. Trista and Alex of BTS Event Management are wedding planner gods. After interviewing multiple wedding planners over the phone with no luck, I spoke with Trista. Her passion, expertise, humor, and confidence radiated over the phone. I knew I had to have BTS for my wedding. We worked with Trista and Alex for over a year planning our wedding. They were there during the whole planning process. They visited our venue multiple times which was in Nogales, AZ (3.5 hours south of PHX) we texted, emailed, and chatted on the phone - they were always there for me. The wedding was out of state at a family property. This meant we literally had to outsource everything. There was no detail forgotten by Trista and Alex- they thought of everything. The wedding was so seamless and perfect. Trista and Alex both have exquisite taste, which makes things so much easier. They truly understood and enhanced my wedding vision. My jaw dropped to the floor when I saw my reception. I still get chills thinking about the beauty of it. Above all Trista and Alex are so down to earth, I consider them to be more than my wedding planners, they turned into my friends. Our wedding wouldn’t have been what it was without them.
