No exaggeration when I say that Beatriz was the best value add of my entire wedding. She goes the extra mile & does what it takes to get the job done. She wants what’s best for you as the bride & the couple. If it wasn’t for her I literally don’t know what I would have done on my wedding day. My bridal party loved her & her assistant was great too! Beatriz is very fair as far as market value compared to the level of service she is providing, not just on my wedding day but also leading up to. The quality of support, service, attention to detail & ability to navigate complex situations is top tier. That being said, you can tell she loves what she does. As someone in the event industry myself, it can sometimes is a thankless job. So many vendors asked me for reviews immediately after my wedding where I couldn’t even really soak in the moment / enjoy the remainder of my wedding weekend before being inundated with review requests. Beatriz never asked - which is just another testament to how much she truly loves what she does. My wedding may be over but in the future I plan on hiring her for more of my own events! I can’t recommend her more!

Beatriz was amazing from start to finish. We hired Beatriz as a day of coordinator a few months before our wedding and almost immediately after, she began working with us on what we were looking for on our day of and leading up to it. We planned our wedding within 5-6 months so naturally it was a bit stressful, but Beatriz was always there to answer any question and provide ideas and thoughts all the way up until the wedding day. Not only was Beatriz our day of/month of coordinator, we also rented our ceremony chairs from her AND she made my bouquet and the flowers, and the set up of the wedding decor was exactly as I imagined.On the wedding day, we didnt have to worry about a thing with Beatriz and her team and that made the day even better. We wouldn't have been able to have such a seamless and beautiful wedding day without her!

Beatriz put a plan in place from day one and then made sure we stayed on track. She helped us think through our special day and organize. She knows all the right people and vendors to ensure the event so very special without any hiccups! Her creative ideas enhance her services.

Beatriz did an excellent job of communicating with all my vendors I booked separately she made that part easy for me and the day of coordinating was also very helpful with her and her assistant everything went smoothly

Working with Beatriz was awesome! We actually didn’t meet in person until the week before the wedding because I am living abroad but she always fit me in to her schedule for zoom meetings to keep everything on track. Having her on the day of the wedding was the key to an exceptional day, she had everything taken care of and coordinated with all of the vendors on my behalf so I could enjoy the day. Her and her husband even helped tear everything down at the end of the night.

We are so grateful to have hired Beatriz for our wedding. She is thoughtful, efficient, creative and honest. Beatriz provided the best advice and gave us opinions based on her experience that allowed us to settle on ideas that would work best for our wedding. I truly felt relaxed on my wedding day (something I never imagined could actually happen) but she made sure I was. Our only regret is that our wedding is over and so are our meetings with Beatriz, we miss her already.

I can't say enough about how Beatriz helped make our wedding a dream come true! My wife and I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and were planning a wedding in Jerome, Arizona with 40 of our closest family and friends and only a few months to make it all come together.

Beatriz joined us about four months out from our day, and encouraged us to enjoy the process, to make it our own, and to not stress so much (very important for two stressed out brides). Because of her, my wife and I were able to spend the day enjoying our friends and family. When people say it goes by too quickly and you don't remember much--I can happily say that wasn't true for us. I was able to be present every moment because I knew Beatriz was on our side.

I cannot recommend working with her enough. Our wedding was truly a fairytale, and we couldn't have done half of it without Beatriz!!

What can we can say about Beatriz… she is absolutely amazing to start. We first met with Beatriz a year in advance, and from that moment she was on top of everything. She sent us an extensive check list to follow and met with us throughout this process regularly, via zoom. She then made herself regularly available via text message always quick to answer any and all of our questions. When looking for a planner we were not interested in a “Yes” person but someone who would hold us accountable, especially within our budget. As a type A bride, during my planning and vetting process, Beatriz provided us her honest opinion on aesthetic, decor, vendors etc. For that we are so grateful for her. The day of our ceremony her and her husband really outdid themselves in making our vision and dreams come true, the entire day was seamless, if I dare say perfect! My husband and I were completely oblivious to anything other than what was in front of us, that is how on top of everything she was. If you’re an out of state couple or even in Arizona I would highly recommend working with Beatriz! Did I mention she even did our florals ?!? She’s a woman of many talents! And we are so grateful for her!
