No exaggeration when I say that Beatriz was the best value add of my entire wedding. She goes the extra mile & does what it takes to get the job done. She wants what’s best for you as the bride & the couple. If it wasn’t for her I literally don’t know what I would have done on my wedding day. My bridal party loved her & her assistant was great too! Beatriz is very fair as far as market value compared to the level of service she is providing, not just on my wedding day but also leading up to. The quality of support, service, attention to detail & ability to navigate complex situations is top tier. That being said, you can tell she loves what she does. As someone in the event industry myself, it can sometimes is a thankless job. So many vendors asked me for reviews immediately after my wedding where I couldn’t even really soak in the moment / enjoy the remainder of my wedding weekend before being inundated with review requests. Beatriz never asked - which is just another testament to how much she truly loves what she does. My wedding may be over but in the future I plan on hiring her for more of my own events! I can’t recommend her more! -

Beatriz was amazing from start to finish. We hired Beatriz as a day of coordinator a few months before our wedding and almost immediately after, she began working with us on what we were looking for on our day of and leading up to it. We planned our wedding within 5-6 months so naturally it was a bit stressful, but Beatriz was always there to answer any question and provide ideas and thoughts all the way up until the wedding day. Not only was Beatriz our day of/month of coordinator, we also rented our ceremony chairs from her AND she made my bouquet and the flowers, and the set up of the wedding decor was exactly as I imagined.On the wedding day, we didnt have to worry about a thing with Beatriz and her team and that made the day even better. We wouldn't have been able to have such a seamless and beautiful wedding day without her! -

Working with Beatriz was awesome! We actually didn’t meet in person until the week before the wedding because I am living abroad but she always fit me in to her schedule for zoom meetings to keep everything on track. Having her on the day of the wedding was the key to an exceptional day, she had everything taken care of and coordinated with all of the vendors on my behalf so I could enjoy the day. Her and her husband even helped tear everything down at the end of the night. -

Bear with me, this will be a long one but worth it. I've struggled to come up with the words to summarize what Beatriz has done for us. But if I had to summarize what Beatriz brings to your wedding in one word it would be Peace. If I could more words, it would be Professionalism, Expertise, and Bride (and Groom) advocate.
When my husband and I started planning a wedding, I knew I needed a wedding coordinator. My husband did not understand why but he let me run with it. It was also very important to me that our coordinator spoke Spanish and understood how things run in a Mexican wedding. WeddingWire helped me find Beatriz and I am sooo thankful. From the beginning, her expertise was evident and I knew I was in good hands. I had many moving pieces, and a lot of vendors and Beatriz just made everything happen. We were having a bit of difficulty communicating our vision to our venue, and Beatriz just really advocated for what I wanted and needed. She had to wear many, many hats that day but she just really made our wedding run so smoothly and expertly. She made such an impression on everyone but more so on my husband who was just so thankful that we had hired her. We got to enjoy our wedding thanks to Beatriz. She prioritized us getting alone time and also making sure we ate... and ate... and ate again. Honestly, Beatriz was truly a crucial part of us getting to really enjoy our wedding without stressing about the little things. Thank you Beatriz for everything you did and I'm so sorry it took me so long to write this review. -

Highly Recommend Beatriz!
We originally were not going to hire a wedding planner, however, I am glad that we did! Beatriz was so helpful from the first time that I met her, she truly made me feel at ease. She communicated effectively and was always available when I needed anything. I truly appreciate all of her help throughout our planning and of course our big day! She made our day very special and made us feel important which is something that I appreciated. I highly recommend Beatriz if you are looking for a caring, organized, and dedicated planner. -

My husband and I tied the knot on 2/4/23. We had a huge wedding of 262 guests. As anyone can imagine, there were SO many challenges in organizing and assembling our day. Four months from our wedding day, we realized a planner was necessary if we wanted to make it to the alter in one piece. Beatriz and her team were vital to our amazingly executed day. Not only did they handle our very diverse multilingual family, but they were our right hand through it all. I don’t know what we would have done without them. Beatriz will be your number one supporter and keep you in check from the minute you sign the contract. She is flexible, understanding and extremely helpful. She goes above and beyond for her clients providing advice and speaking with you weekly up until the day of. No subject is off limits for this team. They handle it all from decor, last minute improvisation, wardrobe malfunctions, cleaning your shoes after your photo shoot, people showing up that were not on your guest list, flowers, and family that drank too much. We can go on and on about how amazing Beatriz and her team are. If you are reading this review, this is your sign to partner with Beatriz. It will be the best decision you will make for your wedding. We are forever grateful to her. The only thing we regret is not having her as our planner from day one. A full wedding planning service is worth every penny and then some. -

Beatriz and her sister did a great job of ensuring the smooth flow of events on our wedding day. She responds to my emails and text messages promptly. She made sure everyone was on time. Her eye for good design also helped a lot with the wedding aesthetic ❤️ -

I had such a great experience with Beatriz. She was punctual, helpful, and professional at all times. She made the wedding planning process so much easier for me. Beatriz also helped when my light up sign wasn’t working on wedding day. I hired Beatriz Events for Coordinator, florist, and Decorator. Very good pricing, so glad I found her. -

Amazing Support
We hired Beatriz Events as our day of coordinator, and it was the best decision we could have made. She went above and beyond with creating a timeline and making sure all our vendors were up to date and on time for all the events. She stood up for us when the venue coordinator was being unreasonable. Our wedding day was everything we could imagine in part because of Beatriz Events. Beatriz was amazing from the beginning. She saw our vision and definitely delivered. We chose to have her as day of coordinator and day of she was on top of everything. She stuck with the timeline, she made sure I was on time for every special moment. We admired her work and personality so much we will miss working with her. I 100% recommend her! Be transparent and tell her exactly what you want and she takes care of the rest. I believe she undersells herself and deserves more. -
