  ZERO regrets with Beatriz!

  We are so grateful to have hired Beatriz for our wedding. She is thoughtful, efficient, creative and honest. Beatriz provided the best advice and gave us opinions based on her experience that allowed us to settle on ideas that would work best for our wedding. I truly felt relaxed on my wedding day (something I never imagined could actually happen) but she made sure I was. Our only regret is that our wedding is over and so are our meetings with Beatriz, we miss her already.

  Amazing Coordinator!

  Working with Beatriz was awesome! We actually didn’t meet in person until the week before the wedding because I am living abroad but she always fit me in to her schedule for zoom meetings to keep everything on track. Having her on the day of the wedding was the key to an exceptional day, she had everything taken care of and coordinated with all of the vendors on my behalf so I could enjoy the day. Her and her husband even helped tear everything down at the end of the night.

  Beatriz made our out-of-state wedding a dream!

  I can't say enough about how Beatriz helped make our wedding a dream come true! My wife and I live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and were planning a wedding in Jerome, Arizona with 40 of our closest family and friends and only a few months to make it all come together.
  
  Beatriz joined us about four months out from our day, and encouraged us to enjoy the process, to make it our own, and to not stress so much (very important for two stressed out brides). Because of her, my wife and I were able to spend the day enjoying our friends and family. When people say it goes by too quickly and you don't remember much--I can happily say that wasn't true for us. I was able to be present every moment because I knew Beatriz was on our side.
  
  I cannot recommend working with her enough. Our wedding was truly a fairytale, and we couldn't have done half of it without Beatriz!!

  Exceeded our expectations

  Beatriz went above and beyond for our Oct7th wedding as our planner, and day or coordinator. She was a God sent; we cannot praise her enough.

  We had the absolute pleasure of working with Beatriz for our wedding, and I cannot speak highly enough of her exceptional skills and qualities. From the very beginning of our wedding planning journey to the moment we said "I do," she proved herself to be the best investment we could make for our special day. I was also so excited to find someone who was bilingual and could communicate with my mom to help put her mind at ease. Beatriz helped us make decisions quickly, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.   Beatriz was my Spanish-speaking guardian angel, fairy godmother all wrapped up in 1

  Bear with me, this will be a long one but worth it. I've struggled to come up with the words to summarize what Beatriz has done for us. But if I had to summarize what Beatriz brings to your wedding in one word it would be Peace. If I could more words, it would be Professionalism, Expertise, and Bride (and Groom) advocate.
  When my husband and I started planning a wedding, I knew I needed a wedding coordinator. My husband did not understand why but he let me run with it. It was also very important to me that our coordinator spoke Spanish and understood how things run in a Mexican wedding. WeddingWire helped me find Beatriz and I am sooo thankful. From the beginning, her expertise was evident and I knew I was in good hands. I had many moving pieces, and a lot of vendors and Beatriz just made everything happen. We were having a bit of difficulty communicating our vision to our venue, and Beatriz just really advocated for what I wanted and needed. She had to wear many, many hats that day but she just really made our wedding run so smoothly and expertly. She made such an impression on everyone but more so on my husband who was just so thankful that we had hired her. We got to enjoy our wedding thanks to Beatriz. She prioritized us getting alone time and also making sure we ate... and ate... and ate again.   We originally were not going to hire a wedding planner, however, I am glad that we did! Beatriz was so helpful from the first time that I met her, she truly made me feel at ease. She communicated effectively and was always available when I needed anything. I truly appreciate all of her help throughout our planning and of course our big day!   Filipino Mexican wedding extravaganza

  My husband and I tied the knot on 2/4/23. We had a huge wedding of 262 guests. As anyone can imagine, there were SO many challenges in organizing and assembling our day. Four months from our wedding day, we realized a planner was necessary if we wanted to make it to the alter in one piece. Beatriz and her team were vital to our amazingly executed day. Not only did they handle our very diverse multilingual family, but they were our right hand through it all. I don’t know what we would have done without them. Beatriz will be your number one supporter and keep you in check from the minute you sign the contract. She is flexible, understanding and extremely helpful. She goes above and beyond for her clients providing advice and speaking with you weekly up until the day of. No subject is off limits for this team. They handle it all from decor, last minute improvisation, wardrobe malfunctions, cleaning your shoes after your photo shoot, people showing up that were not on your guest list, flowers, and family that drank too much. We can go on and on about how amazing Beatriz and her team are. If you are reading this review, this is your sign to partner with Beatriz. It will be the best decision you will make for your wedding. We are forever grateful to her. The only thing we regret is not having her as our planner from day one. A full wedding planning service is worth every penny and then some.

  I had such a great experience with Beatriz. She was punctual, helpful, and professional at all times. She made the wedding planning process so much easier for me. Beatriz also helped when my light up sign wasn’t working on wedding day. I hired Beatriz Events for Coordinator, florist, and Decorator. Very good pricing, so glad I found her.

  My Husband and I had a great experience working with Beatriz. She was meticulous, organized, friendly, professional, and very resourceful. She made sure to keep us in line and walked us through the entire wedding planning process. She really took the pressure off of us and made the process easy and enjoyable.   Great Wedding Planner to Work With

  I had an excellent experience with the wedding planner, Beatriz. She was extremely responsive and available for my needs.
  We had multiple in-person or zoom meetings – one of which she assisted me with the venue walkthrough, and helped me pick out the decor.
  finalize design. She assisted with complete wedding management and day-of execution for up to 12 hours as agreed upon for the day of my wedding. She helped me get ready by helping me with my dress and jewelry. She was very, very kind.
  She was able to work cohesively with multiple vendors, one of whom was a family member that was catering my wedding. She ensured to maintain the relationships with the vendors, and made my wedding go very smoothly. The cost to hire was realistic, and my husband and I liked how on top of our requests she was.   Beatriz made our Dream Wedding Come to Life!

  What can we can say about Beatriz… she is absolutely amazing to start. We first met with Beatriz a year in advance, and from that moment she was on top of everything. She sent us an extensive check list to follow and met with us throughout this process regularly, via zoom. She then made herself regularly available via text message always quick to answer any and all of our questions. When looking for a planner we were not interested in a “Yes” person but someone who would hold us accountable, especially within our budget. As a type A bride, during my planning and vetting process, Beatriz provided us her honest opinion on aesthetic, decor, vendors etc. For that we are so grateful for her. The day of our ceremony her and her husband really outdid themselves in making our vision and dreams come true, the entire day was seamless, if I dare say perfect! My husband and I were completely oblivious to anything other than what was in front of us, that is how on top of everything she was. If you’re an out of state couple or even in Arizona I would highly recommend working with Beatriz! Did I mention she even did our florals ?!? She’s a woman of many talents! And we are so grateful for her!

  What can we can say about Beatriz… she is absolutely amazing to start. We first met with Beatriz a year in advance, and from that moment she was on top of everything. She sent us an extensive check list to follow and met with us throughout this process regularly, via zoom. She then made herself regularly available via text message always quick to answer any and all of our questions. When looking for a planner we were not interested in a “Yes” person but someone who would hold us accountable, especially within our budget.   Beatriz was amazing from the beginning. She saw our vision and definitely delivered. We chose to have her as day of coordinator and day of she was on top of everything. She stuck with the timeline, she made sure I was on time for every special moment. We admired her work and personality so much we will miss working with her. I 100% recommend her! Be transparent and tell her exactly what you want and she takes care of the rest. I believe she undersells herself and deserves more.

  Beatriz was fantastic at day of coordinating for our wedding. She made sure every detail was checked, then rechecked to ensure our wedding day ran smooth. She was five star the entire time. Our day would not have been the same without her.
