I cannot say enough amazing things about Casey Chambers. Hiring her as our day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Casey was incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and organized. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she helped me think through so many details I never would have considered on my own, which gave me so much confidence going into the day.

On the wedding day itself, Casey was so collected and completely in control. Because of her, I truly did not worry about a single thing. Even when it started to rain before the ceremony, she made sure the rain plan was executed perfectly. She handled everything seamlessly from start to finish, including setup, coordinating vendors, keeping the timeline on track, teardown, and packing everything up at the end of the night. I was able to be fully present and enjoy every moment knowing that everything was taken care of. I really felt like I just showed up that morning and left that night without fully knowing everything that went into making our day so beautiful and that’s a testament to how incredible Casey is.

We are so thankful to have worked with Cassie for our day of coordination services. Our wedding was perfectly run. We have absolutely no complaints. Everything went so smoothly. It was quite frankly amazing. There was so many moving pieces, so many people to organize, and we had a more unique ceremony and venue that came with its own challenges. We were working with a shortened time period for set up, because our museum venue was still operating during the day. Our wedding also took place on different floors of the museum. Also, an additional challenge that Cassie handled with ease was that we don't live in Austin, so we can't thank her enough for her flexibility. It was easy meeting with her virtually, and she was understanding when my wife and I had connectivity issues, and we were still able to work with her effectively. She is friendly, thoughtful, patient, and detail orientated. We can't emphasize enough how much her attention to detail saved us. There are tons of things we didn't think of, and we appreciate how thorough she was in her questionnaires and during our meetings. As two queer women, we also felt safe working with her and Truly Together Events. It was a great experience working with her. She made it so easy, and we are so, so happy with how well everything went on our wedding. It was a smooth night, and it's all thanks to Cassie exceptional orchestration. Many people told us this was the best wedding they've ever been too, and a large part of that is thanks to Cassie. She worked so hard to make our wedding run like a well oiled machine and to make sure we were taken care of. Wedding planning is so stressful, but Cassie made us feel so much better, and we are grateful for how great the night was. Almost makes us want to go through it all again and plan another wedding!

Booking the full planning package with TTEC was one of the best decisions I made for my wedding! My planner was Melissa. We had our reception at a private estate, so the event had a lot of rentals and moving parts. Melissa was meticulous and communicative, managing contracts with numerous vendors and executing our vision flawlessly. I would absolutely recommend her and TTEC to anyone looking for event planning services.

I loved planning my daughter's wedding celebration, doing pretty much everything myself because Hannah lives far away and was happy to let me make all the decisions. But as I contemplated what needed to get done on the day of the party, I realized I wouldn't enjoy my guests and the festivities if I was still the one in charge. So we hired Casey, and I can't tell you what a great decision that was. Even though we hired her as "day-of", she did lots of advance work so she could understand just what we wanted. She took charge that day and I barely had to think about any details; I just floated through the day enjoying everything. She is amazing. Thank you Casey!

We hired Cassie for month-of coordination and we’re so glad we did! She is a mastermind of wedding logistics and helped us bring all our ideas to life. We chose to work with Melissa for month of/day of services for our big day. Prior to contacting her, I had contacted at least 7 different wedding coordinators and decided to go with Melissa/ Truly Together Event Co due to prices and a great initial conversation with Melissa who seemed to get our vision.

Melissa was our wedding planner and she was amazing! I'm pretty organized and can plan things but wedding planning is a full time job! We got our Venue and Photographer/Videographer booked at first and I started looking at Catering but this is where things got complicated and we decided we needed a wedding planner. Melissa was detail oriented, organized, and very easy to talk to! She wanted to make our vision come true. She was never condescending or judgmental. She was able to help us find the right vendor and to try to stay in our budget. She helped us save money in other things too because we just didn't know the language of the wedding industry contracts. Overall, we loved having Melissa! She kept our day of running smoothly! She helped us plan the wedding in Austin, we lived out in West Texas. Highly recommend!
