We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Melissa and the Truly Together Events team. From the very beginning, we knew her energy and personality were exactly what we were looking for in someone to collaborate with throughout the wedding planning process. She made us feel supported, excited, and genuinely cared for throughout the process.
Melissa was incredible when it came to helping us build our vendor team. Every recommendation she made—from our venue, catering, DJ, hair and makeup team, content creator, espresso bar, and even our vintage cars—was amazing. She clearly has such strong relationships in the industry and such a great eye for vendors who deliver.
One of the biggest things we appreciated was her organization throughout the entire process. She stayed on top of our budgets, contracts, timelines, and all of the moving pieces that come with wedding planning, which made everything feel seamless and manageable. We heard so many stories from other couples about how stressful wedding planning can be, butChris and I really didn’t experience that stress thanks to Melissa.
We also really appreciated her vision and ability to understand exactly the vibe we were going for. Every vendor she recommended felt aligned with our style, and because of that, our wedding had such a cohesive, intentional feel from start to finish.
On the wedding day itself, everything flowed so smoothly, and we were able to fully be present and enjoy the day because we trusted Melissa completely. This peace of mind was invaluable.

I loved planning my daughter's wedding celebration, doing pretty much everything myself because Hannah lives far away and was happy to let me make all the decisions. But as I contemplated what needed to get done on the day of the party, I realized I wouldn't enjoy my guests and the festivities if I was still the one in charge. So we hired Casey, and I can't tell you what a great decision that was. Even though we hired her as "day-of", she did lots of advance work so she could understand just what we wanted. She took charge that day and I barely had to think about any details; I just floated through the day enjoying everything. She is amazing. Thank you Casey! -

Cassie's wedding day services may just have been the BEST investment we made in our wedding! We can't thank her and the Truly Together team enough for working diligently behind the scenes, solving problems we never even knew about, and executing the best possible wedding day imaginable. Cassie was on top of every detail from start to finish, relieving me of much of the vendor management stress and venue stress. Working with Cassie was a dream, and we couldn't have chosen a more empathetic, Type-A, and skilled person to manage our wedding day. We chose to work with Melissa for month of/day of services for our big day. Prior to contacting her, I had contacted at least 7 different wedding coordinators and decided to go with Melissa/ Truly Together Event Co due to prices and a great initial conversation with Melissa who seemed to get our vision.
Throughout the planning process, Melissa was great. She was organized and very on top of communication which was important for someone like me who is also a Type A planner.

Melissa is the best!
Melissa was our wedding planner and she was amazing! I'm pretty organized and can plan things but wedding planning is a full time job! We got our Venue and Photographer/Videographer booked at first and I started looking at Catering but this is where things got complicated and we decided we needed a wedding planner. Melissa was detail oriented, organized, and very easy to talk to! She wanted to make our vision come true. She was never condescending or judgmental. She was able to help us find the right vendor and to try to stay in our budget. She helped us save money in other things too because we just didn't know the language of the wedding industry contracts. Overall, we loved having Melissa! She kept our day of running smoothly! She helped us plan the wedding in Austin, we lived out in West Texas. Highly recommend! -

We would not have been able to get through the few short months of planning our wedding without Truly Together Event Co. We worked with Melissa and she was amazing from beginning to end. She thought of EVERYTHING and was so great about guiding us through the whole wedding planning process. She was very responsive even before hiring, my husband had some questions and she was so sweet and helpful. We loved how warm and kind she was in our first meeting. She was so receptive to our ideas and was so encouraging when we weren't sure of things. Our wedding day went so smoothly and she worked well with all of our vendors. Our guests even commented on how on top of things she was. She was simply amazing to work with. I would give her ten stars if I could! -

Couldn't be happier
Hiring Truly Together Event Co. to help us plan our wedding was hands down the best decision I made in 2024. As someone with ADHD who gets easily overwhelmed by a million details, they made the whole process so much easier. Due to our small guest count, we opted for “wedding day management,” which included a detailed spreadsheet of everything we needed to do on our own before they took over. We were also able to add on “venue selection,” so we could get an expert’s opinion while choosing our venue (I had no idea where to start). We ended up with the perfect venue, and all their vendor recommendations were fantastic. Our caterer even agreed to reduce their minimum just because we were working with Truly Together—we wouldn’t have been able to book them otherwise! Samantha was kind, helpful, and professional. Our whole wedding day timeline went perfectly—we even had a few moments where we were ahead of schedule and I could take a breath! Most importantly, they ensured everything about our wedding reflected who we are as a couple—which is not conventional at all. Samantha wasn’t phased by any of our unique choices (blue dress, no officiant, no alcohol). Our wedding day was perfect, and we are forever grateful to this team for making it happen for us. -

We hired Melissa to be our wedding coordinator and couldn't be happier. All of the pre-wedding online meetings and resources gave us a great starting point to begin planning our wedding. I have never been involved in planning a wedding before my own, so I wouldn't have known where to start otherwise. The progress meetings were very helpful for keeping on track and moving things along. The venue walk-through made me realize a lot of things I hadn't thought about. Some good tweaks in our plans came out of the walk-through, thanks to Melissa's wealth of experience and lessons learned from tons of other weddings. The day of coordination was fantastic. The month of our wedding, my partner and I had just gone through a tough move out of our house into an apartment on top of all the wedding planning, and we were exhausted. I'm a project manager for my job, so I thought I had the stamina for this all of this, but by the morning of the wedding I was so burnt out that I wasn't capable of making one more decision or keeping track of anything at all. I had mush brain. Melissa and her assistant being there meant that I didn't have to worry about anything and I could be led along like a sheep in her pro hands. I didn't have to be at the venue at all the morning of the wedding so I was able to gather my nerves, relax and get ready with my girls. Everything at the venue was perfect when I showed up and we could focus on the important part- actually getting married. Melissa made sure we had food, drinks, water, everything we needed. She oversaw a room flip, all the timeline of events, and kept us updated about any changes or decisions, of which there were almost none. It just went perfectly smoothly, and if it didn't, I sure didn't notice or hear about it. Also, our elderly parents and family with young kids did not have the burden of staying until midnight to wait for vendors to pack out and to lock the venue. We returned to the venue the next day to cart our things away and do some final clean up, but most of it was already taken care of, which was so nice. Melissa is worth her weight in gold. Aside from being direct, professional, and SO on top of things (project manager traits which I really appreciate), Melissa was also kind, genuine, and made us feel special and cared for. If you don't want a wedding planner because you think you can do it all yourself, or want to save money... at the very least hire Truly Together as coordinators because we consider them the most essential vendor we had. -

We worked with Cassie, the owner of Truly Together Event Co. as our coordinator for our wedding and the only thing we would change is hiring Cassie sooner. She saved us numerous times throughout the planning process catching little details and saving us money. Cassie is incredibly professional and friendly, very prompt in her responses and easy to bounce ideas off of.
We elected to do the style & design package along with the coordination package to help us get a better visualization of our ideas and thoughts for the wedding. This ended up making things a lot easier with other vendors like the florist & bakery because we had a visual package to send them that displayed what we were going for.
During the last month leading up to the wedding Cassie relieved so much stress and work off of our plates and helped to keep us on an appropriate timeline being accountable for getting things finished. There is so much that goes into a wedding that we certainly would have missed without her. On the day of everything went insanely smoothly, we were shocked at how perfect everything came together. Driving away from the wedding we looked at each other and simply said we wouldn't have changed a thing and Cassie played the largest part in that being a reality.
She encouraged us to take a private dinner during part of the cocktail hour for some time to ourselves and to make sure we ate, I'm so appreciative as we would not have had time to eat otherwise and it was invaluable for us to have a quiet moment together after the ceremony. I love love to dance and at the reception every time I would start to think, "I should probably get some water" Cassie would pop up with a water for me. She truly took care of us throughout the entire night.
If you are looking for a coordinator I cannot emphasize enough how much I would recommend Cassie and Truly Together Event Co. Thank you so much Cassie!!! -

Working with Truly Together Event Co for our wedding coordination was truly amazing! From initial conversations with Cassie to figure out our needs, budget, and the best planner for us, to all the way through the planning process and day-of execution by Casey, they made it easy and it was such a relief to us having experts on our side. Casey and team really made sure we weren't worrying about anything on the day of our wedding and they were so trustworthy to get everything done and solve any issues without us even knowing about them. Plus, the flexibility to go above and beyond on our behalf in times of need. Highly, highly recommend Truly Together Event Co for any wedding or event coordinator, planning, and/or day-of needs!! I really do wish we would have used them for more help and planning. We loved them! -

The entire TTE team (and Melissa specifically) was absolutely amazing!!!! My wife and I booked them for Wedding Day Management initially thinking that we'd be mostly on our own leading up to the wedding and that they'd assist just on the wedding day really, but we could not have been more wrong!! In the months leading up to the wedding, Melissa met with us and emailed with us to make sure every detail of our wedding was in line with our vision. She asked our vendors questions I never would have thought to ask (but that reduced SO much anxiety), and I felt excited and confident on our wedding day knowing that we were in great hands with Melissa and the rest of the TTE team. Our wedding day was absolutely magical, and I truly believe that was due to Melissa's creativity, insight, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and overall amazingness!! We cannot thank y'all enough!!!! -

Fantastic event planner! The one piece of advice I received from anyone I asked when starting to plan our small wedding was "get a planner/day of coordinator". I'm SO happy that I did! Cassie was so communicative, as was Casey, our coordinator. Casey really made everything happen and was so kind and helpful, especially during the moments I felt overwhelmed. Truly Together Event Co - Wedding Planner, Cayce Donnelly
We were so impressed with Truly Together Event Co. We purchased their “Wedding Day Management” plan and chose Cayce Donnelly as our planner. Our wedding was on November 26, 2022 and they helped us get started as soon as we booked them in February. Their online portal is SO helpful and everything you need in terms of planning. I can’t emphasize how kind and patient Cayce is — she is truly amazing at what she does and has such a calm demeanor. She always quickly responded to my messages (and evening texts) and made us feel so comfortable. We had a lot on our timeline and she managed the day so seamlessly. My entire family and wedding party loved her! If you're looking for a planning company, you can't go wrong with this one :) -

Originally, almost all my friends who got married before me told me a wedding planner wasn't worth it. But let me tell you why you need a wedding planner, especially if you have a job, are studying / applying / have anything else going on in your life:
-She not only helped me get my dream wedding together by taking care of all the details tirelessly throughout the entire process
-She connected me with the best budget friendly vendors and not only that but she shared insights with me that really help make impactful decisions (for example: DJ's who actually mix their own tracks as opposed to by-hire DJ's who just show up on the day of and play whatever)
-People say the day of your wedding flies by and it sure does, but I can say I wasn't stressed about anything except not tripping on my own dress and saying my vows in person.
-I had a cultural element to my wedding that Cassie went above and beyond to cater to and include.v -

TLDR: Book Cassie now! You won't be disappointed. Hiring Truly Together was the best wedding decision we made, and 10000% worth every penny.
Why we love TT and Cassie so much:
Before the wedding: As two very Type A brides, we were so stoked to find a queer wedding planner who was fun but also detail oriented. We were awestruck at how together and on top of everything Cassie and her team were. She not only planned our wedding, and countless other couples, but she ALSO planned her own wedding between the time we signed with her and our wedding date, and not once did we feel like we weren't being prioritized. She was so thorough in her planning and working out our wedding details that we were able to rest easy knowing she had our back. She even managed our moms with such grace and ease (honestly if you weren't convinced before this, what else do I need to say?). My now wife didn't think we needed a wedding planner at the beginning, but since booking Cassie she has said countless times that she was wrong and that we did NEED Cassie and her team. Cassie negotiated with our venue when they were being difficult and created so many work arounds for things we were worried about. She also transformed our venue into our literal pinterest board!!!
On the day of: There was a 0% chance of rain on our wedding day, and only clear skies on the weather radar, however it started pouring just as our ceremony started (which was all outside). But Cassie and her team were ON IT. She was able to get umbrellas for the guests with babies, and me and my wife (which made for the sweetest pictures). I said that I was worried about my hair once it started raining and she spent my entire ceremony calling Hair and Make-Up teams that could come asap so I could still look pretty for the rest of the evening. There are countless more things that she did that made our day perfect- like giving me an extra pair of her own socks when I decided to do a random outfit change because my dress was soaking wet, but no need to go on, you get the picture. Thank you so much for making our wedding day so special, Cassie, we're so grateful for you! -

tldr 10/10 recommend. If you want a gorgeous wedding without the stress of planning it, call Cassie and team.
We used Cassie's full wedding planning services and I am so glad that we did, I was blown away by how intuitive and seamless the process was. My husband and I work long hours and did not have the energy to dedicate to planning the type of wedding we wanted (and also didn't have a lot of vision for what we wanted). Cassie charted out the process and held our hand each step of the way. She helped us figure out what we wanted to prioritize for our wedding day and she filled in all of the other details. She did all of the admin/leg work so we got to just focus on making the big fun decisions. and not get bogged down in the details. Vendors love working with her as well so sometimes you get discounts because she is your planner. She even provided recommendations for non-wedding day events like our after-party and rehearsal dinner.
The day of our wedding was PERFECT, in fact it was better than I could have imagined and Cassie* made that happen.

We cannot express how grateful we are to Cassie and her team -- hiring BBF was hands down the best decision we made (and the best money we spent) in the entire wedding planning process.
My now husband and I interviewed two other full-service wedding planners before meeting with Cassie -- what we quickly realized after speaking with her is that 'full service' does not mean the same thing across the profession. The first two planners had around 30 and five weddings under their belts respectively, while Cassie has to have done over 300 weddings by now. She had impressive answers to all of our questions and asked us questions about details we'd not even thought of. It was very clear from the beginning that she was incredibly well connected in the Austin wedding world and a seasoned, meticulous planner. The kicker? She charged a full $2,000 LESS for her services than the previous two planners we met with, both of whom were significantly less experienced.
Here's a robust (but not comprehensive) list of resources, services, and support Cassie and her assistant, Casey, provided: a detailed timeline and checklist of to-dos for the entire planning process, a vendor comparison tracker, a vendor tipping guide, thorough questionnaires for us to get a good picture of our relationship, our vision, our wedding party, and the culture we wanted to create on our wedding day, vendor proposals collection and contract reviews, vendor and venue communication and coordination, payment reminders, support and advice on personal concerns, quick responses to our many questions around details and logistics, catering tasting attendance, venue walkthroughs, rehearsal coordination and attendance, and as close to perfect day-of execution as I imagine you can get (which was our number one priority).
Other things we appreciated about working with Cassie: 1) She wasn't afraid to push back on us when we came to her with ideas that, from her hundreds of weddings worth of experience, she knew weren't ideal or wouldn't work logistically. 2) She was very mindful of our budget the entire way. In the beginning, we really had no idea how much a wedding like ours would cost or what our budget should be. Needless to say, the original number we gave her was way off. When we started asking for things that would have pushed us over that original budget, she pushed back. After we let her know that we had some wiggle room and didn't care about going over that first number, she adjusted her guidance and suggestions accordingly. 3) She was no nonsense when she needed to be. 4) She allowed us to be very hands on throughout planning. My husband and I are both detail-oriented people and type-A perfectionists (some would say picky), so we had a lot of notes, questions, and specific requests for just about everything, from florals and curating the perfect food and drink menus to the tiniest details around signage, linens, décor, etc. We thought that probably made us difficult/annoying clients, but Cassie told us we weren't even in her top 10 pickiest couples (I take that to mean we were #11 hehe). So I imagine she's worked with clients ranging from totally hands off to totally hands on -- she'll accommodate whatever involvement you want ... as long as you trust her 🙂 Which we 100% did!
The greatest gift Cassie and Casey gave us, our wedding party, and our families was the ability to be fully in the moment the entire night. They took care of everything so that all we had to do was celebrate each other and make once-in-a-lifetime memories with our loved ones. Oh, and they made sure to get a picture with us in the photo booth, too 🙂 -

We tried to plan our wedding for a few weeks... and quickly realized we needed help. After interviewing what felt like all the planners in Austin, I spoke with Cassie. Before we hired her, she shared nuggets of wisdom and problem-solving tips. I knew that's the kind of planner we needed!
Cassie and Patricia helped us find our perfect venue, vendors, and answered our millions of questions along the way. Our wedding day was completely stress-free because Cassie + Patricia managed every tiny detail from timing to passing me glasses of water on the dancefloor, to packing everything up in our getaway car! They told us about minor mishaps only after we got back from our honeymoon. We got TONS of compliments about them from the guests. Everyone was so glad to have their help and organization. 10/10 would hire again!! -

I am not kidding when I say that booking Cassie and Bride’s Best Friend (BBF) was the best and most important decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process! We live in Dallas and wanted to get married in Austin. My fiance and I originally wanted to plan the wedding ourselves and quickly realized we may have been in over our heads, especially with our busy schedules. We researched several other planners/coordinators and Bride’s Best Friend was 100% the best fit for us. We chose to do full-service planning since we hadn’t even booked a venue nor chosen a date. Cassie is one of the most organized humans I have ever met - she loves Google docs, colored sticky notes and checklists!!! We were blown away with how much thought is put into BBF’s planning process. My fiance and I separately filled out questionnaires related to budget, design, values and what items in the wedding were the most important to each of us. From there, we had a call to discuss and agree upon a budget and got to see a ranked list of what was the most important to us as a couple. Cassie would go back to those documents throughout the planning process and use the responses to help us make decisions. Cassie set up a wedding planning website for us that included our budget tracker, guest tracker, vendor contracts and so much more. Cassie handled the lion’s share of coordinating with vendors to get them under contract and scheduled. We even received discounts on some of our contracts since BBF is a preferred vendor. We really appreciated that Cassie was so open-minded whenever we had a “crazy” idea. Most of the time, it was a little crazy, but she would help us brainstorm and come up with a refined version that was better than our original idea! She has a knack for design and is extremely knowledgeable about what works and what doesn’t logistics-wise on wedding day. On our wedding day, the BBF team was INCREDIBLE! I don’t think one single thing went wrong, and even if something did, I’m sure they handled it before either we or our guests noticed. They made our rehearsal and wedding day stress-free. Our guests have repeatedly told me how smoothly they felt the day went which means a lot! Everyone knew where they were supposed to be, what even was coming up next and if they needed anything, the BBF team was there to help! If you are looking for ultra-organized, non-judgemental, badass humans to help you plan your wedding or event, then stop searching and call Bride’s Best Friend! -

I cannot recommend Bride's Best Friend enough!!! Cassie and her team are absolutely amazing! I knew from the first time I met her that she was knowledgeable and had an eye for the details, which proved to be so true.
Cassie keeps everything moving and helps prioritize time-sensitive tasks with such grace. She really listens to her clients and then gives great options based on their feedback. Because of her years of experience and relationship building work, she has a wide-reaching network of vendors and ideas to make your day extra special. For us, she gave the perfect balance of incorporating our ideas and opinions while also guiding us based on her experience. We trusted her to make our vision a reality and boy did it pay off! Cassie and her team made sure every detail was taken care of. I was expecting for something to go wrong, but in the end every tiny thing was perfect.
I was pleasantly surprised when our catering contact complimented Cassie in a joint meeting on what good questions she asks. She thinks of EVERYTHING, every little detail, how to avoid any issue, how to be sure everyone is taken care, and the other professionals you'll work with (and are there a lot!) will appreciate working with her as well.
In the end, her services allowed us to have a celebration that was beyond anything we could have pulled off on our own and allowed us to be present with family and friends because we could trust that everything was handled in the best way possible. We are so very grateful for the invaluable gift of beautiful moments and a day to remember fondly for years to come, all made possible by this lovely team! -

After COVID rescheduled our March date, our September wedding turned out so much better than our pre-pandemic plan! We found Cassie in the transition and she outperformed our previous (5-star rated) planner IN EVERY CATEGORY! Bottom line - she has it all. I encourage you to read on for the full scoop.
Two weeks out from our anticipated wedding day in March, and the first surge of COVID-19 put a halt to more than a year of planning. This was such a bitter pill to swallow and to make matters worse our original planner could not reschedule. THANK GOD we found Cassie! Having experience with both highly rated planners makes an objective evaluation of Cassie easy. She is so kind, personable, organized, and professional - and most importantly genuine. She was a true advocate, and never shortchanged even one of our desires! Our pandemic wedding had to be completely replanned, and she pulled off every detail all while keeping everyone safe, happy, and stress-free. What an incredible value she provided for the services she performed! Can I please give her 6 stars??? -

Choosing my wedding vendors was the hardest thing for me. I knew that I would either be the easiest bride or the most difficult bride being that I am in the wedding industry myself hahaha
We were referred to BBF through our venue, The Ivory Oak. We decided to go with Emily after our call with her. Emily was super handy with her attention to detail! I have drafted our wedding day timeline and she was sure to point out and make adjustments for the little details that I did not even think about!
I think the best part was how quick she was to reply to any communication. It kept me sane when I was going nuts! Strong communication is a number 1 in this industry and Emily knocked it out of the park!!
On the wedding day, she was so helpful getting everything together and kept things running! Although we ended up starting our ceremony late, she kept us calm and made quick adjustments to our timeline with the vendors to be able to accommodate shift.
Where Emily was, she owned it! She took things and ran with it! Yall...my feet hurt sooo badly after my ceremony that Emily gave me a ballerina foot massage for me to be able to walk again! Seriously I could barely walk after and she brought my feet back to life! -

Emily was such a joy to work with as our month of coordinator! She was highly professional and so kind to us as we went through the process. Going into the wedding day, I felt so at ease knowing she was going to keep everything on track and running smoothly. She put together a great schedule for day of, coordinated with our vendors and supported me throughout the entire process. She's super approachable, friendly, professional and knows the wedding world so well. I've raved about Cassie to everyone since we signed with her 11 months before our wedding date (Sept 2019). She is organized, she's been-there-and-done-that, and she is so calm. She's someone I was thrilled to have in my corner. And she has GREAT vendor recommendations and is familiar with many others. In fact, so many of the vendors we talked to said they were thrilled to work with Cassie again. It really made me feel like I made the right choice. :)
She took care of everything in the few weeks before the wedding. I barely had to check my inbox. Cassie was also available by text for any reassurance I needed (mostly weather-related). Day-of, Cassie let us know where she'd be and how to get in-touch, but she mostly stayed in the background. Every one who came in contact with her commented on how professional she was. She made our day what it was and I can't thank her enough! I really, really recommend her. We couldn't have done it without her. -

Cassie was recommenced to us by my co-worker who used BBF for the day of coordination. She raved about Cassie’s organization and persuaded me to hire a coordinator. We decided to do partial planning with Cassie since neither one of us knew how to plan a wedding. Cassie saved us over and over again with her list of vendors, wedding industry knowledge and just plain, common sense that we didn’t always have in planning our wedding. Every month, she kept us on track toward the goal of a beautiful and well-run day. She even helped us with the design element. Going into the day of the wedding, both of us knew that we were in extremely capable hands. Even when things went wrong, Cassie handled it all with ease and poise. We never felt stressed on the day of our wedding. She was the buffer and we could not be more grateful to her. She is amazing and you should hire her from the beginning. -

Best Thing I Spent Money on at My Wedding
I honestly cannot say enough good things about Cassie and Emily. Whenever people ask me how the wedding was, I always say "shockingly super chill" which is entirely due to the two of them. I never worried once on my entire wedding day about anything, and I was truly able to sit back and enjoy the day. They answered all my questions in an extremely timely manner (I don't think 24 hours went by without an email response to any question I had), asked me questions I had not thought about, and were generally the best thing I spent money on for my wedding. You may not think you need BBF, but you do. -

She is a INCREDIBLE and has absolutely mastered organization and professionalism. I had the unique opportunity to have two of my closest friends plan their weddings at the same time I was. I saw their journeys and the way they worked with their wedding planners and I can say that Cassie GOES WAYY ABOVE AND BEYOND. She has so much experience and it is so important to work with someone who has worked many out of the box weddings - your wedding will be unique and totally YOU. Cassie is also amazing at styling and details. I chose to do the full service package and it was the best decision - I can say I truly enjoyed my day and did not have to worry about the little things!! Cassie knocked it out of the park with our wedding! She really knows how to handle every part of her job. She is happy for you to tell her exactly what u want and then to make that vision happen. Which for parts of our wedding we knew exactly what we wanted like the DJ and the cake and cupcakes. But, where she also absolutely kicks butt at the parts where we had no idea what we wanted. Like centerpieces or a fun idea for table names (we ended up naming each table for a place we have traveled). She had so many fun ideas and she knew how to execute them on our budget. We live in Spokane Washington and had our wedding in Austin without ever going down in advance at all! It helped that we had family there to check a few things out. But the real reason where able to do all that was Cassie! She is an amazing planner and gives you a lot of help to guide you into not forgetting little things. We know she was worth every penny in the planning process, but then on the day of and the day prior at the rehearsal! It was perfect. She keeps everything running on time. And she stays out of the way while things go smoothly and only steps in to make things even better. We are so glad we chose Cassie. Also want to thank her assistants. They were great and so good at their jobs and courteous to us and our guests. Thank you to your entire team Cassie!! -

Cassie was absolutely instrumental in making our wedding a success! If you're looking for a coordinator or planner, go no further. My wife and I can assure you that she is the most outstanding person to whom you could entrust your special day. I feel so fortunate that we found her. She played a major role in making our wedding fun and completely stress-free. Several of our guests commented that she was the best coordinator they'd ever seen!
She went 100,000% above and beyond anything we would have expected from her service- and that's still underselling what she brings to the table. We started with an in-person meeting to put together an outline of the schedule and discuss potential vendors. (By the way, her vendor recommendations were also spot-on. She knows many DJs and florists in Austin, but took time to understand what we wanted out of each vendor and then sent us to the person that she felt would be the best match based on our style/taste.)
She stayed in touch with us throughout the process, including as a participant in all of our emails to catering, the DJ, the venue, and our florist. She also put together the layout of the reception area! Again, not enough words here to outline every single thing she did.
And finally, on the day of the wedding, everything went flawlessly. Cassie and her team knew exactly what to do to keep everything on schedule. And every step of the way, her team was great to be around!
No review could ever do her justice. I will remember her and what her team did for my wife and I for the rest of my life. Thank you for everything!! -

My advice: Book Cassie.
Words cannot describe how thankful I am for Cassie and all her help on our wedding day. The morning after our wedding, my husband and I actually were shocked at how smoothly and perfectly everything went. (None of those wedding nightmares I had been having happened.Yay!)
While it all looked so unbelievably perfect on my end, I am positive Cassie worked very hard to get it to that point. The best thing about everything was that on my wedding day, I nor our family had to worry about all the small and big things that need to happen to make a wedding run this way. We all enjoyed every minute thanks to her. Cassie contacted vendors, created minute by minutes, made sure everyone was in the right spot at the right time. She made recommendations that only a wedding veteran could make from DJ, when was the best time for Steven and I to actually eat, get away cars, etc. She set up event meetings and asked all the questions that I wouldn’t have even thought of.
We booked her for day of services, and honestly, booking Bride’s Best Friend is the number 1 event decision I made. I even had several guests coming up to me and letting me know they noticed how hard she worked on that day. Even now, when someone tells us they’re engaged, we congratulate them first and then immediately after recommend them to Cassie! Book her!

Let me cut to the chase- just hire Cassie. She was so great. We hired Cassie as our day-of coordinator, and it was maybe the best wedding-related decision we made (aside from actually getting married!). Our venue required a day-of coordinator, which originally annoyed me since I'm a planner by nature and thought I could do it myself. As soon as we met Cassie and signed the contract to hire her, I was relieved. She had great suggestions, was easy to communicate with and clearly knew what she was doing from day one. She offered helpful suggestions when we asked for her opinion, and thought of things that we had never considered. On the day of, she was incredible. Cassie and her team made sure everything went smoothly. The whole day was a whirlwind of family, friends, love and emotion, but I have no memory of worrying about any logistics that day because she took care of it. I highly recommend Brides Best Friend! -

Cassie was the day-of-coordinator for our April 2018 wedding and she did a fantastic job! Planning started well before the wedding day. She helped us finalize our timeline, suggested other great vendors to work with, and literally thought of every small detail imaginable. During the wedding, she was on top of everything - from fixing a couple of flowers in my bouquet to managing a few of our shuttles leaving earlier to even making sure desserts (in our flavor of choice) were set aside for us. Cassie was also a pleasure to work with. She was always very professional and knows the ins and outs of the wedding industry.
My wedding day would definitely not have been stress free without Cassie and I recommend her to anyone looking for a great and affordable wedding planner.
