I could say a million great things about Kate and her team. But to summarize - she brought our ridiculous idea to life. We dreamt of hosting our loved ones at our family ranch, which is a working cattle ranch. We hired her and had truly no idea how much work it was going to be. Kate designed and executed the event flawlessly. We received so much positive feedback from the level of detail and creativity behind the entire day to what great shape the property was in following the wedding. She juggled communication with me, my family and my fiancé’s family throughout the entire process and brought incredible vendors to the table. For an event in the middle of nowhere, guests literally asked us if this is normally a wedding venue due to how seamless everything appeared. There will never be adequate words to describe our gratitude for Wild Sky Events. I knew from our immediate phone call that Kate was the BEST choice we could have made for our wedding. Living in Houston, I completely relied on Kate for pretty much 100% of the wedding. Her ability to design and plan is absolutely incredible. Nothing can describe the feeling of seeing Kate's design plan come to life. Every single detail down to the most granular level was done with perfection. On the day of, Kate and her team made sure we had everything we could possibly need (literally, even an emergency wedding kit that included things you would have never thought of). I had multiple people from our wedding party, guests, family, and etc. tell me how amazing Kate was- the compliments were endless. I thought I could do this on my own as I’m maniacally organized and admittedly, a control freak. About 6 months prior to the wedding, I realized that I couldn’t do this on my own and I needed help…BAD!

Kate and Bridget to the rescue. With both of them, it was like having two fairy godmothers! Kate is a creative mastermind and Bridget is an operational genius. They could probably rule the world! Unlike a fairy godmother, WSE doesn’t have a magic wand. Instead, they put forth the work of 1,000 people, day in and day out to build a fairytale wedding that was out of this world!

WSE unburdened me of all the thousands of details that go into planning a wedding and broke everything down to make the process as easy as possible.

Though they have many clients, they make you feel like you are the only one they’re working with. They are not only professional, but genuine and kind. They don’t make you feel like you’re a customer, but a true friend. Our wedding party and guests even commented about how wonderful they were!

Kate, Bridget & Marta are the definition of perfection. From my first call with Kate we instantly hit it off and I could tell that she understood what I wanted for our wedding. I am a type A personality that loves organization and being on top of every single detail. Kate & Bridget ALWAYS responded to every single one of my emails quickly no matter how random or insignificant. They worked diligently to make sure that every single detail of the wedding was exactly what I had envisioned, and boy did it show. The day of the wedding this team was a godsend. Marta literally sewed my two piece dress together after a bit of a dress disaster and was completely calm the entire time. Due to rain the team enacted our plan B ceremony & I believe it was more beautiful than our Plan A would have been. From the dress issue to letting us sneak peek the reception venue to putting together a box of our desserts in our getaway car Wild Sky is completely thoughtful in every single thing they do. They know how to deal with any situation that could possibly come up and are calm and rational throughout it all. I couldn't recommend them more. Can’t recommend Kate and the team at Wild Sky Events highly enough! We had a destination wedding in Austin with family and guests flying in from across the globe. From day one everything was smooth, organized, and easy. We knew we wanted our wedding to be stylish, unique, and stress-free without sacrificing the budget. Kate and the team brought our vision to life and we couldn’t have been more thrilled! With so much event experience they had every detail covered, easy planning and payment systems, plus fantastic vendor recommendations. She really knows how to create your dream event while working the budget to get the most value. On top of all that Kate is absolutely lovely, chilled, easy to communicate with, and was happy to answer any of my questions/concerns.
As a very detail-oriented person I can find it hard to relinquish control; however, with Kate I could easily relax knowing I was in very capable hands. We had a fantastic wedding day – everything looked stunning, went smoothly, the guests had a great time, and we received many compliments. Hiring Kate Goddard and the WSE team was the best decision!

Kate was the perfect wedding coordinator for us. She was calm and organized throughout the process, even when I got stressed at times, she walked us through every step of the way. My parents are immigrants and I was the first person in my family to get married in America, so there were so many customs, details, and whatnot that we were just totally oblivious to. Kate was always on top of answering my questions and flexible with whatever was decided. It's also worth noting she is not afraid to share her past experiences and advice, which was spot on so many times. On top of all that, she has an artistic eye for detail that can't be beat. There were so many aspects to our wedding decor that we didn't think about or couldn't have possibly planned ahead of time that she put together the day of the wedding so beautifully. We had so many people tell us that our wedding was the most beautiful and fun that they'd ever been to! If you're getting ready to plan your wedding, call Kate and I promise she will make everything go so much more smoothly and stress-free.

I don't know how to rate perfection but 5 stars is not enough! Kate's ability to design and plan down to every detail was remarkable. The day of the wedding exceeded every expectation. Every guest told me that this was the most amazing wedding that they had been to. It was unique, beautiful, and magical. Kate took care of everything and kept the special event on schedule. As a mother, I did not have to worry about any facet as I knew Kate had it all handled and then some. Thanks Kate - you are now a special friend to our family forever.

Kate from Wild Sky Events is an exceptional wedding planner! We could not have made it without her. She is a true professional. I never had to leave a message, she always answered her phone, e-mails, and texts. When I talked to her about a concern I had she already had it covered. Everything was done in a timely manner; therefore, the wedding day was stress free for the entire wedding party and family. I was hesitant to hire a wedding coordinator, but after all is said and done, best money spent on the wedding hands down.
