The Preserve at Dundee

The Preserve at Dundee is an expansive wedding venue situated in Hanover, Virginia and located on 200-acres of gorgeous woodland and rolling hills. This private property allows couples to celebrate their big event in complete privacy! This site has been owned by the Barrett family since the 1990s - Having undergone refurbishment, this venue is ready to host modern celebrations that live long in the memory.

Facilities and Capacity

There are a plethora of outdoor event spaces at The Preserve in Dundee. Couples can celebrate under a large tent on the splendid grounds surrounding the property. Both ceremonies and receptions can take place within the marquee all year round. The tent provides shelter and a charming atmosphere as you and your guests sip cocktails and dance long into the evening. Open-air ceremonies and receptions can take place throughout the venue’s grounds during the summer months. Any of the property’s luscious lawns can be decorated and transformed with a variety of wedding items for intimate ceremonies. With views of everlasting woodland, you and your loved one can exchange vows before posing for post-ceremony photos that will be cherished forever. Other facilities include the outside swimming pool and brick smokehouse. The swimming pool allows you and your guests to sip beverages and mingle poolside before your reception begins. The historic brick smokehouse can be used for bar services. A staging area can be erected, and get ready to serve a range of drinks throughout your festivities.

Accommodations

Couples or their guests are welcome to use the Guest Cottage for overnight stays. The Guest Cottage is a quaint household located next to the Main Manor Home. This cottage can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.
