The Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen is a museum wedding venue located in Glen Allen, Virginia. Celebrating the best of the visual and performing arts, The Center now celebrates weddings of all kinds and other special events. The ballrooms, gallery and beautifully decorated gardens provide couples with a range of event spaces to transform and create the wedding they’ve always envisioned.
Facilities and Capacity
The Center provides 12 event spaces for both indoor and outdoor celebrations. For wedding ceremonies, receptions, engagement parties, and more, couples can host their entire event under one roof. For glamorous and extravagant wedding ceremonies and receptions, the 3,200 square-foot Cardinal Ballroom is ideal for large celebrations in a traditional setting. Featuring crystal chandeliers, a wall of windows, a dance floor, and a built-in screen for slideshows, the ballroom can be configured in a variety of ways to best suit each couple's preferred style and design. The ballroom has ample space for both seated guests and live entertainment. For couples seeking to make the most of the Virginian sunshine and the great outdoors, the Walkerton Tavern is the idyllic setting for intimate ceremonies in natural surroundings. Couples can make use of the venue’s lawn space and its charming pavilion. There is additional space for erecting tents for further celebrations that run into the night. Alternatively, the Weinstein Sculpture Gardens is a fully covered and elegantly landscaped garden space for all outdoor celebrations. The area can be configured in a number of ways and is ideal for ceremonies and receptions among gorgeous trees, plants, and flowers.
