Perfect Venue for our Perfect Wedding
Madison at the Mill is simply amazing. It was the perfect venue for our reception. Our guests are still raving about this unique hidden gem in Orange.Sent on 05/17/2019
Shalese was a dream to work with from beginning to end. The contracting process was seamless, and she and Robert were more than willing to work within our budget. Shalese was super responsive throughout the entire planning process, and worked flawlessly with our outside vendors.
We utilized Madison on the Hill for our bridal party photos - what a gorgeous tucked away location! The views are breathtaking (especially at sunset), and as a bonus it is so close to the main venue.
The Mill was an amazing spot for our reception. It is spacious, bright, airy, and so unique. Our guests loved dancing the night away under the beautiful chandeliers and built in lighting.
The bridal suite is another highlight - there was plenty of room for our big wedding party to spend the morning getting ready. It has lots of mirrors and tall stools which were great for the hair and makeup team. Shalese and her team stocked the mini fridge with bottled water and sodas for us, which was much appreciated. There’s also a Keurig and lots of coffee pod options. The lighting in this room is also amazing - our photographer was able to capture some great getting ready shots. As a bonus, there’s a private bathroom in the bridal suite! This was great for not only getting ready, but also for myself and the bridal party to have a private bathroom during the reception.
The team also owns a 2 bedroom / 2 bath AirBnB just a few minutes away from the Mill. We rented it for our immediate family for the wedding weekend. It’s gorgeous - huge bedrooms and bathroom, a spacious living room to spread out in, and a large fully stocked kitchen, with brand new appliances.
This team and venue is amazing - can not recommend Shalese & co and Madison at the Mill enough!

We heard back from them quickly & had a very nice tour, twice. Beautiful venue with a separate area for a wedding ceremony and the huge reception hall. Lots of bathrooms, 2 bars, nice bridal suite and small groomsmen room. We really love that it’s an upscale rustic feel. Not too fancy per my daughter, but really beautiful. Beautiful wood tables also. Holds 350, so we won’t be so limited on inviting all of our family and friends. 💕Sent on 06/20/2019

Dream Wedding Venue
I am not one who ever had a dream wedding. I never spent time in wedding magazines, or read blogs, or really even pinterested anything. And somehow, the only way I can describe Madison at the Mill is my dream wedding venue. It's in the middle of an industrial park in the middle of a town where you can't seem to escape panoramic, picturesque views, of the stunning Blue Ridge. You walk in and you are suddenly transformed. The space is completely understated elegance. It somehow manages to feel like home and like a movie set at the same time. Shalese, the venue manager, is an absolute joy to work with—wildly accommodating, lots of great advice, and the joyous presence you want to surround yourself with while planning a wedding. Everyone absolutely adored the venue. Jess and I could not have been luckier.Sent on 06/06/2019
