Best Wedding Coordinators in the business

Kelli and her team made our whole planning process so easy and simple. Kelli knows so many vendors on a first name basis as great friends, which makes booking them super easy. They all love working with her. She was always a phone call away and ready to answer any questions or calm me down when all of a sudden the planning process overwhelmed me. Day off coordination was stress-free, I knew that I had absolutely nothing to worry about because Kelli would make the right call. She always has a plan B, C, or D because she is experienced and can think on her toes. Kelli and her team are the best in the business and I will recommend them to everyone that I know who is getting married.

One of our best wedding decisions, period!

Kelli and Sam were one of the best parts of our wedding planning experience and, more importantly, the actual day. From the moment they arrived on site that day, I truly did not worry about ANYTHING. These ladies have it down pat, and the whole thing went so smoothly.

In addition to our wedding day going off without a hitch, I truly valued Kelli and Sam's patience and wisdom during the planning process. They asked questions that we never would have thought of on my own, had great suggestions, and were always so gracious in answering our questions. We will forever be grateful for being introduced to The Perfect Plan team!

Simply the BEST!

I initially called Kelli to inquire about 'day of planner' services that were required by my venue. It took all of 2 mins to convince me that Kelli was my girl! She is so knowledgeable of the industry, vendors, venues, and the ever changing Covid regulations. She is a dream and made planning a wedding during Covid with lots of out of town guests enjoyable. She is one of the sweetest, nicest, get sh*t done people I have come to know. I consider her a friend at this point. My husband and I had the best weekend and day of our wedding and certainly could not have done it without Kelli and her team. HIRE THEM NOW!

Best decision ever.

When I tell you that you will not regret hiring Kelli and her team to plan your big day, I mean it! I hired Kelli in early 2019 to help plan my November 2020 wedding meaning she stuck with me for over a year. While I originally only had the intention of booking her for day-of coordination, her personality and knowledge of the industry blew me away and I instantly knew I needed her around for more than that. Over the 1.5+ years, Kelli was there whenever curveballs came my way (the biggest of course being the COVID pandemic). Her and Sam were there to meet when I needed them and had a amazing eye for coordination and decoration. As I was not the kind of bride who had their wedding planned since they were in high school, their insight was much appreciated. I was able to put my trust in them, so much so that my bridesmaids said I was the most relaxed bride they had ever seen on their wedding day. Even my now husband told me the day after our wedding that hiring Kelli was the best decision I made while planning as it significantly lowered my Type-A stress level in the week leading up to the wedding. We developed such an amazing relationship that I miss deeply now that the planning is over. Do yourself a favor hire The Perfect Plan for your big day!

Best decision we could have made

Kelli and her team went above and beyond to make sure that our day was exactly as we imagined it. We had a lot of moving parts but Kelli made sure it all was effortless. She was always there when I had a question and she always had an answer or a solution. Living out of state and planning a wedding is a difficult task but having Kelli on our side made our lives so easy!! We are beyond thankful for her and what a huge impact she had on our wedding day. We can not say thank you enough!

Amazing in every way!

Kelli and here team were fabulous! They handled every detail that I requested and gave fantastic suggestions to make our wedding day go perfectly. She has so many connections to great vendors and our table settings (linens, candles, greenery) looked amazing! She worked long hours to make our reception venue look incredible and it took a lot of work! She problem-solved with us to get bartenders and service last minute and our drinks were awesome! Kelli and her team helped me stay calm in the weeks leading up to our big day (which is exactly what I wanted and needed). She had every detail planned out, including a timeline and communicated that to all of our vendors (photography, makeup, hair, officiant, chef, band, DJ---EVERYONE). She helped us organize transportation from hotel to ceremony and a fun way for the wedding party to get from ceremony to reception. She was everywhere and anywhere she needed to be to make our day perfect and our day was PERFECT!

Could not have asked for better help and support.

Day of coordination service that was so much more incredible than I could have imagined. We got to enjoy the wedding as participants instead of managing tons of moving parts. They worked with a lot of different vendors seamlessly. Had great advice and helped flag things that we needed to think about or come up with a plan for in advance. Truly the best choice of our wedding planning.

Kelli and her team is worth their weight in gold

Some people will tell you that you don't need a wedding planner - they're wrong. Even if you're a type A planner person (like myself), having an experienced planner like Kelli is invaluable. She will calm you down when something inevitably goes wrong. She can get vendors to respond even when they're ignoring you. She can recommend vendors when you're stuck and can't find anyone - she has a lot of connections. She can save you money with those connections too. And on top of that, she is super reasonably priced!! When it gets close to the wedding, she is in constant contact to iron out the final details. On our wedding day, she helped execute our plan masterfully, and we were able to enjoy the day SO MUCH MORE because we could 100% trust her to handle anything that came up. We would recommend Kelli to anyone and everyone!

Amazing planner !!!

Kelli was incredibly attentive from day 1. I was planning the wedding from long distance and wasn’t able to view the venue. Kelli sent me rental recommendations and tons of perfect ideas. She was a dream to work with and went above and beyond for us on the day of the wedding. I cannot recommend her enough - she made our wedding into the perfect day. Thanks Kelli!
