When I tell you that you will not regret hiring Kelli and her team to plan your big day, I mean it! I hired Kelli in early 2019 to help plan my November 2020 wedding meaning she stuck with me for over a year. While I originally only had the intention of booking her for day-of coordination, her personality and knowledge of the industry blew me away and I instantly knew I needed her around for more than that. Over the 1.5+ years, Kelli was there whenever curveballs came my way (the biggest of course being the COVID pandemic). Her and Sam were there to meet when I needed them and had a amazing eye for coordination and decoration. As I was not the kind of bride who had their wedding planned since they were in high school, their insight was much appreciated. I was able to put my trust in them, so much so that my bridesmaids said I was the most relaxed bride they had ever seen on their wedding day. Even my now husband told me the day after our wedding that hiring Kelli was the best decision I made while planning as it significantly lowered my Type-A stress level in the week leading up to the wedding. We developed such an amazing relationship that I miss deeply now that the planning is over. Do yourself a favor hire The Perfect Plan for your big day! -

Kelli and her team went above and beyond to make sure that our day was exactly as we imagined it. We had a lot of moving parts but Kelli made sure it all was effortless. She was always there when I had a question and she always had an answer or a solution. Living out of state and planning a wedding is a difficult task but having Kelli on our side made our lives so easy!! We are beyond thankful for her and what a huge impact she had on our wedding day. We can not say thank you enough! -

Kelli and here team were fabulous! They handled every detail that I requested and gave fantastic suggestions to make our wedding day go perfectly. She has so many connections to great vendors and our table settings (linens, candles, greenery) looked amazing! She worked long hours to make our reception venue look incredible and it took a lot of work! She problem-solved with us to get bartenders and service last minute and our drinks were awesome! Kelli and her team helped me stay calm in the weeks leading up to our big day (which is exactly what I wanted and needed). She had every detail planned out, including a timeline and communicated that to all of our vendors (photography, makeup, hair, officiant, chef, band, DJ---EVERYONE). She helped us organize transportation from hotel to ceremony and a fun way for the wedding party to get from ceremony to reception. She was everywhere and anywhere she needed to be to make our day perfect and our day was PERFECT! -

Day of coordination service that was so much more incredible than I could have imagined. We got to enjoy the wedding as participants instead of managing tons of moving parts. They worked with a lot of different vendors seamlessly. Had great advice and helped flag things that we needed to think about or come up with a plan for in advance. Truly the best choice of our wedding planning. -

Some people will tell you that you don't need a wedding planner - they're wrong. Even if you're a type A planner person (like myself), having an experienced planner like Kelli is invaluable. She will calm you down when something inevitably goes wrong. She can get vendors to respond even when they're ignoring you. She can recommend vendors when you're stuck and can't find anyone - she has a lot of connections. She can save you money with those connections too. And on top of that, she is super reasonably priced!! When it gets close to the wedding, she is in constant contact to iron out the final details. On our wedding day, she helped execute our plan masterfully, and we were able to enjoy the day SO MUCH MORE because we could 100% trust her to handle anything that came up. We would recommend Kelli to anyone and everyone! -

Kelli was amazing to work with, we clicked the very first conversation we had. She was there to listen to all my problems(even when they weren’t about the wedding). She did a beautiful job and was very easy to work with. -

Kelli was incredibly attentive from day 1. I was planning the wedding from long distance and wasn’t able to view the venue. Kelli sent me rental recommendations and tons of perfect ideas. She was a dream to work with and went above and beyond for us on the day of the wedding. I cannot recommend her enough - she made our wedding into the perfect day. Thanks Kelli! -

I highly recommend Kelli at The Perfect Plan! She and her team made our wedding day amazing. She is very friendly and down to earth, she just gets you!! My husband and I are busy people and needed help with small to big details leading up to our special day. Kelli was wonderful in helping us sort out what was best for us and helped all of our vendors come together. We mostly appreciated her quick response and ability to organize our vendors in order to have the best day. We couldn't be happier, we are so glad that a friend told us about The Perfect Plan. OMG, just hire her! Kelii was a literal angel. Sadly earlier this year I lost my dad to cancer and with less 6 months to the wedding, I was a mess. Kelli stepped in seamlessly; helped us find the rest of our vendor "dream team", answered emails, and took care of logistics when I was just not capable of handling it. Kelli was amazing and literally the best money we went for the entire wedding.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she was always there to help with a problem or be the person to calm my nerves. The week of the wedding she was our literal rock star and even went as far as to scale a 20-foot wall to get hops for my husband boutonniere. During the wedding festivities, she was working it and well above and beyond what her contract said her responsibilities were. Mike and I will forever be in her debt for everything that she did for us to make our day perfect. -

If there were any issues on our wedding day we had no idea, because Kelli was on top of everything. She took care of every detail and things ran very well. Her connections and business relationships allowed us to obtain quality services for great prices.

Christina Sent on 05/23/2018I have known Kelli for years and when we talked about her helping me plan my wedding, I KNEW she was the one to do it! Kelli's attention to detail, resourcefulness and connections to other vendors were absolutely invaluable. She kept everyone in order on the big day as well, which is not an easy task with a big bridal party. She even kept my nerves down when there was a passing storm and our ceremony was outdoors in just a few hours. I have not hesitated once to recommend her to any bride to be! -

Alice-Anne Sent on 07/17/2015I would like to send a GIANT thank you out to Tia and her team. I don’t know how I would have made it through our wedding day without her. When my husband and I decided to have a large wedding, Tia was the first person we hired. She met with us several times to go over timelines and she helped to set expectations in terms of normal wedding day activities and flow. Although I hired Tia to help as a day of coordinator, she went above and beyond and help with everything from vendor recommendations to pick up and drop off of rental items. She even provided cost saving tips which I really appreciated. On our wedding day, Tia delivered our bouquets to our hotel. She pinned us all with the boutonnieres and corsages. She made sure that the venue was decorated the way it was supposed to be. Tia took special precautions to ensure that my husband and I did not cross paths in the hours leading up to the wedding (which I very much appreciated). She even bustled my dress before the reception. I felt incredibly confident that Tia would “make it happen” and she did. I’m so glad we chose Tia to help us with our wedding. It was the perfect day and it was executed by the perfect wedding planner. Thank you Tia! -

Mandy Sent on 07/31/2018DO IT! Call Kelli right now!!! Hiring her was the best decision we made for our wedding. The last thing I wanted was for anyone to be stressed out over setting up/taking down rentals for the ceremony and/or the reception. We had our wedding at my parents' house so it was important to me that we had someone there to make sure everything went smoothly and that everything was cleaned up by the end of the night. Who wants to wake up to a trashed house/yard after a party?? To our surprise, everything was perfectly taken down and packed up before she left for the night. A couple of hours before the rehearsal, I almost had a breakdown when I saw the lights in the tent were done wrong. By the time I got back from having my nails done, someone was already fixing them. All thanks to Kelli! She makes stuff happen and you can count on her to be on your side. Several people have since told me that "your coordinator was incredible/impressive/awesome" and I agree. I am extremely picky and I would hire Kelli again in a heartbeat!!
