Best decision we made was hiring Ashley!

I cannot recommend Ashley enough for her exceptional work as our Day-of Wedding Coordinator. From the moment we hired her, we felt confident that our big day was in the best hands. She was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and calming in the midst of the whirlwind that is wedding planning.

On the wedding day, she was a seamless presence behind the scenes, making sure everything went off without a hitch. She communicated perfectly with all of our vendors, ensured our timeline was adhered to, and handled any last-minute issues with grace. Her attention to detail was unparalleled, and she even managed to keep me calm which was not easy.

Ashley was incredibly sweet, organized, and went above and beyond to make our large wedding run perfectly.

Ashley was absolutely incredible! She’s not only sweet and thoughtful but also incredibly helpful and organized. Our wedding had over 170 guests and countless moving parts, but Ashley handled everything with grace and ease. She went above and beyond countless times throughout the day, and even made sure all of our belongings were packed up at the end of the night while we boarded the shuttle with our guests. We truly can’t recommend her enough!

Patient and incredible focus on getting tasks done!

Ashley is wonder woman! She pulled off organizing a 200 person wedding in 60 days! We had a 3 day wedding affair and her team were incredible! Thorough patient and very skilled with keeping everyone on tack!

Ashley is incredible

My husband and I are immensely grateful to Ashley at Ivy & Vine Events. We were thrilled to have her as our Day of Coordinator and her calm and reassuring presence was invaluable. She saved the day by managing some unexpected mishaps in the hours leading up to the ceremony (and handled them so seamlessly that I wasn't even aware of them until days after!) Ashley went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and helped create the wedding day we had always dreamed of. We cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication. Thank you so much, Ashley!! We seriously could not have done it without you. I would HIGHLY recommend Ashley at Ivy & Vine to anyone looking for an event coordinator!

Amazing!

I honestly couldn't prase her enough! She was a God send. She made everything happen and I swear she can be in 7 places at once. She is able to calm you down and accomplish anything you ask. She seriously is amazing! I couldn't recommend her more!

So professional

Ashley was so helpful for my daughter's wedding. She took care of everything!! She took a huge weight off our shoulders and never complained about anything. It was like she was three people!! So organized, and took care of everything!! I would recommend her to any bride.

Perfection

We have started this review so many times and no words can describe just how amazing our wedding turned out. Ashley is hands down the BEST! We came to her after a terrible experience with another planner and she picked up all of the pieces to our puzzle. She’s an excellent planner, but also an amazing people reader. She had the ability to design our exact vision, while that vision was constantly changing due to inclement weather. There were several instances where she knew what we wanted before we did. I never dreamed a wedding planner would work half as hard as she did and we are forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our dream wedding come to life. You’re the real MVP.

Day of Coordinator was amazing

I had a small wedding at our in-law's house and had a timeline we wanted to make sure we were following without stressing myself out about. Ashley was so helpful in confirming the vendors, and coming in the day of and helping exactly where we needed! You can tell Ashley is very experienced, she came in the day of and knew exactly where she could help without me having to give her much guidance. I asked her to help make things look more formal and she immediately helped arrange flowers for the tables, moved tables around to create a better flow, touched up the decorations, etc. She also made sure I was in my dress when I needed to be for the photographer, made sure my wedding party was ready, made sure everyone flowed to the backyard when the ceremony was starting. She queued my bridesmaids to walk out at the perfect time while also playing the music! We started off the reception with the toast and she made sure our MOH and Best Men was prepared with the mic, when the food came, she quickly set it up in the kitchen with the caterer. I cannot say how helpful Ashley was and am so thankful we found her! She made our wedding day amazing with how well she facilitated the day!!

Amazing wedding day coordination

My husband and I loved working with Ashley. We hired her as our day of coordinator and she went above and beyond to ensure we had no worries the day of our wedding. She showed up for us countless time in unexpected ways in order to make our day flow seamlessly. Our wedding was beautiful and we know that it wouldn’t have been possibly without the help of Ivy & Vine events. Aside from being a great event planner/ coordinator, Ashley was such a joy to work with and was very personable. I would recommend these services to anyone who needs help event planning/coordinating.
