I cannot recommend Ashley enough for her exceptional work as our Day-of Wedding Coordinator. From the moment we hired her, we felt confident that our big day was in the best hands. She was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and calming in the midst of the whirlwind that is wedding planning.
On the wedding day, she was a seamless presence behind the scenes, making sure everything went off without a hitch. She communicated perfectly with all of our vendors, ensured our timeline was adhered to, and handled any last-minute issues with grace. Her attention to detail was unparalleled, and she even managed to keep me calm which was not easy.
What stood out most was how she anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was assisting with the wedding party, making sure we were hydrated, or coordinating family photos, she was always one step ahead, ensuring that we could enjoy every moment without stress.

Ashley was absolutely incredible! She’s not only sweet and thoughtful but also incredibly helpful and organized. Our wedding had over 170 guests and countless moving parts, but Ashley handled everything with grace and ease. She went above and beyond countless times throughout the day, and even made sure all of our belongings were packed up at the end of the night while we boarded the shuttle with our guests. We truly can’t recommend her enough!

Ashley is wonder woman! She pulled off organizing a 200 person wedding in 60 days! We had a 3 day wedding affair and her team were incredible! Thorough patient and very skilled with keeping everyone on tack! -

My husband and I are immensely grateful to Ashley at Ivy & Vine Events. We were thrilled to have her as our Day of Coordinator and her calm and reassuring presence was invaluable. She saved the day by managing some unexpected mishaps in the hours leading up to the ceremony (and handled them so seamlessly that I wasn't even aware of them until days after!) Ashley went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and helped create the wedding day we had always dreamed of. We cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication. Thank you so much, Ashley!! We seriously could not have done it without you. I would HIGHLY recommend Ashley at Ivy & Vine to anyone looking for an event coordinator!

I honestly couldn't prase her enough! She was a God send. She made everything happen and I swear she can be in 7 places at once. She is able to calm you down and accomplish anything you ask. She seriously is amazing! I couldn't recommend her more! -

We have started this review so many times and no words can describe just how amazing our wedding turned out. Ashley is hands down the BEST! We came to her after a terrible experience with another planner and she picked up all of the pieces to our puzzle. She’s an excellent planner, but also an amazing people reader. She had the ability to design our exact vision, while that vision was constantly changing due to inclement weather. There were several instances where she knew what we wanted before we did. I never dreamed a wedding planner would work half as hard as she did and we are forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our dream wedding come to life. You’re the real MVP. -

Ashely was easy to book, easy to work with and was affordable. I booked her for day of coordinator for an intimate winter wedding. Cost was $800 for a quick rehearsal the day before our wedding, 8 hours day of wedding, and travel fee. Wedding and rehearsal was in Westfield, NC -

I cannot say enough positive things about Ivy & Vine. I was in a difficult position. While planning a small wedding, I was overstretched, so I made a last minute request for assistance with organizing my reception. Ivy & Design really stepped up with compassion and absolute professionalism! Ashley was responsive and so considerate to help me in my time of need. She worked with me to meet my exact needs. On the day of the wedding, what she created at my reception was beyond amazing, more than I had envisioned. We had so many compliments on the beautiful set up! This company will work hard to make your day special and stress-free! -

I love Ashley Cox! She is amazing at her job. With such short notice on being even sure we were going to go with a coordinator, we last minute went ahead and took a shot of getting her to help for our wedding. And I’m so glad we did, she was phenomenal! She had order happen from the start. Event Extraordinaire!
THANK YOU to Ashley with @ivyandvineevents for coordinating our beautiful gathering! She out did herself and let me tell ya….. I am PROBABLY the biggest pain in the rear client and she handled me with grace and love. (PS: make sure to tell your event planner of any and all changes to your event.... :) ) Every detail we requested was executed even better than we imagined!!! 🥰 Ashley does business events, parties, weddings, conferences, seminars, and so much more!! You name it, she does it - and she does it EXTREMELY WELL. Looking forward to utilizing Ashley for many more future events. -

The only person you really need to hire honestly!!
10/10 would recommend Ashley Cox, Ivy & Vine Events to ANYONE.
I pride myself in not being as much of a “bridezilla” as I thought I’d of been. Ashley helped create the day of my dreams. The coordination, the planning, the communication- all of it was phenomenal.
Not once did I have a single bit of stress on my big day.
Ashley kept reminding me “it’s YOUR day- we will run and rerun this rehersal as many times as YOU feel you need to”.
I enjoyed every aspect of my day- and every single ounce of organization Ashley had between my bridal party, family, and vendors was superb.
I cannot put into words how grateful I am for Ivy & Vine Events.
If you’re thinking about hiring someone to help take your own stress away- RUN, don’t walk, Ashley’s way. -

I have worked with Ashley at Ivy &Vine for several events. I am also a micromanager…after our first event (wedding), I dubbed her my go to and felt I had no need to micromanage anymore because she is AWESOME!. She has now has worked my wedding, bachelorette and three baby showers! Her attention to detail and classic spin on current party trends makes her work timeless & beautiful. She thinks of everything! She has amazing ideas to bring your next event to another level! I highly recommend Ivy & Vine - they never fail to impress both guests and hosts. -
