It is very hard to find a waterfront location for a wedding, and it is even more difficult to find a nearly-perfect one. Until you come to The Osprey's at Belmont Bay. Located just outside of Fairfax County, near Occoquan, and on the wide and spectacular Belmont Bay (the confluence of the Occoquan and Potomac Rivers), it is a magnificent vista spread out before you. This site is done right, with a beautiful gazebo and paved area. Then the club house is just for your reception ... no other guests. It is a wonderful place to have a wedding, and I always love knowing I am going to the Osprey's to officiate a wedding. Makes my day, and it will make yours too!

Brooke and the staff at the Osprey are absolutely amazing! I watched as she transformed the Osprey's venue into a beautiful space. Osprey is one of the most beautiful waterfront venues I have ever seen. Brooke and I have been working together for the last four years and all I can say is WOW. She is not only an amazing director of events but she cares deeply about the success of every single event. Brooke will make sure that your event is nothing short of spectacular. I get excited every time I work at the Osprey because I know their team will do an amazing job to ensure a successful event!!
