With two dynamic event spaces and a breathtaking view of the Occoquan river, couples can host events of up to 146 people. Inside the venue you will see elegant chandeliers, high vaulted ceilings and a plethora of space that beckons you to dance the night away. Expansive floor-to-ceiling windows allow for natural light to fill each room, and you and your guests can step outside onto the extensive outdoor patio to watch the sunset behind their stunning willow tree.

Commitment Ceremony
Johana worked closely with several local caterers and helped us select Taste of Elegance, a woman-owned business from Fredericksburg. The coordination between Johana, Tracy Augstell, and Carey Barber of Taste of Elegance was excellent. They expertly managed the day’s timeline, handled several last-minute changes with grace and efficiency, and ensured everything ran seamlessly.
The venue itself was ideal for our event, offering a beautiful setting with a private dressing room, cocktail bar, dining area and a lovely two-level outdoor patio. The food from Taste of Elegance was delicious, and the overall customer service from both The Osprey team and Taste of Elegance far exceeded our expectations.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend The Osprey for anyone planning a special event.

I love working with Brooke's team at Osprey. They are professional, detailed, and make sure their couples have the perfect wedding day. As an officiant, I know that I can focus solely on my job because the Osprey staff will be on top of all the other details. You are in excellent hands at Osprey.
It is very hard to find a waterfront location for a wedding, and it is even more difficult to find a nearly-perfect one. Until you come to The Osprey's at Belmont Bay. Located just outside of Fairfax County, near Occoquan, and on the wide and spectacular Belmont Bay (the confluence of the Occoquan and Potomac Rivers), it is a magnificent vista spread out before you. This site is done right, with a beautiful gazebo and paved area. Then the club house is just for your reception ... no other guests. It is a wonderful place to have a wedding, and I always love knowing I am going to the Osprey's to officiate a wedding. Makes my day, and it will make yours too!
Brooke and the staff at the Osprey are absolutely amazing! I watched as she transformed the Osprey's venue into a beautiful space. Osprey is one of the most beautiful waterfront venues I have ever seen. Brooke and I have been working together for the last four years and all I can say is WOW. She is not only an amazing director of events but she cares deeply about the success of every single event. Brooke will make sure that your event is nothing short of spectacular. I get excited every time I work at the Osprey because I know their team will do an amazing job to ensure a successful event!!
