Nature Inn Wedding Workbook
The Nature Inn Wedding Workbook was created by our wedding coordinator to provide our wedding couples with a quality, detailed planning tool. This workbook has been designed to assist you with every step of planning your upcoming wedding at The Nature Inn. It will guide you through all of the to dos and provide helpful tips that we believe are important for every couple to know about when planning their wedding at The Nature Inn. Most of all, it will give you peace of mind that your big day will be nothing short of perfect!
If you are still unsure about booking your wedding at The Nature Inn, this workbook is a preview of exactly what you can expect when planning and hosting your wedding with us. It can truly provide you with all of the information needed to decide if our venue and wedding packages match your dream wedding. The workbook includes a planning checklist & timeline, reception diagrams, decisions needing made and helpful tips that cover every aspect of your dream wedding.
Each of our wedding couples will receive a printed version of the wedding workbook to assist them in planning their wedding every step along the way. Destination Weekend Wedding Package $11,995.00
Our most popular wedding package, the Destination Weekend Wedding Package, is designed for couples who are looking for an all-inclusive, weekend-long celebration with their family and friends during our peak wedding season. These wedding weekends fall between April and October and are hand selected over two years in advance by our wedding coordinator.
This package includes the inn facility rental from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning, vendor credits that assist in your chosen third party professional vendor services, a menu tasting for the couple and a dedicated wedding coordinator to help you through every step of the process! The package also features a fully catered weekend for up to 50, including your rehearsal dinner, breakfast each morning, a big day luncheon, late night pizza display and s’mores for around the fire pit.

Destination Weekday Wedding Package $10,500.00
Due to the high demand of our Destination Weekend Wedding Package, we have created the Destination Weekday Wedding Package for couples who want to host their dream wedding at the inn and are flexible about the day of the week that they marry & celebrate. This package still features a two-night celebration similar to the destination weekend wedding, but the wedding ceremony and reception would take place on a weekday between Monday and Thursday. These wedding packages are available during our peak wedding season, between April and October, and provide flexibility and cost savings when couples are selecting their ideal date.
This package includes the inn facility rental from your arrival afternoon through departure morning, a vendor credit towards your chosen professional DJ services, a menu tasting for the couple and a dedicated wedding coordinator to help you through every step of the process! The package also features a fully catered weekend for up to 50, including your rehearsal dinner, breakfast each morning, a big day luncheon, late night pizza display and s’mores for around the fire pit.

Destination Winter Weekend Wedding Package $8,995.00
The Destination Winter Weekend Wedding Package is designed for couples who are looking for an all-inclusive, weekend-long celebration with their family and friends outside of the traditional peak wedding season. These intimate, off peak wedding weekends fall between November and March, with the possibility of a stunning winter backdrop.
This package includes the inn facility rental from Friday afternoon through Sunday morning, an indoor ceremony with lake and mountain views, a menu tasting for the couple and a dedicated wedding coordinator to help you through every step of the process! The package also features a fully catered weekend for up to 50, including your rehearsal dinner, breakfast each morning, a big day luncheon and late night pizza display.

All-Inclusive Destination Wedding Packages & Transparent Pricing
We take pride in the transparency of our pricing structure with absolutely no hidden fees. We are aware that many wedding venues are not up front with the overall cost, making it difficult for couples to determine if they can stay within their budget or not. We decided to change that industry standard and make all of our pricing easily available to anyone interested in our venue. Our transparent pricing structure makes it simple for potential wedding couples to determine, to the penny, what their wedding at The Nature Inn will cost by using this simple equation:
Package Cost + (Reception Menu Cost x # of Guests) = Total Cost to Nature Inn
All charges, including tax & gratuity, have been calculated and are included in our all-inclusive pricing structure for every wedding package that we offer. Likewise, our reception pricing is based on the menu selected, service style, and actual number of guests attending and is a straightforward, all-inclusive price per person. Please note that wedding receptions that exceed 90 guests, or choose to have tented reception seating, will require additional equipment rentals with corresponding charges. Your event planner will be glad to provide you with a personalized quote.
Guest Accommodations & Booking Commitment
As a destination wedding venue, you and your guests will enjoy exclusive use of the entire lodge for your wedding gathering and celebration. By booking your wedding with us, you are committing that you and your guests will be booking all sixteen (16) of our overnight guest rooms for both nights of your destination wedding package.
Every destination wedding package that we offer includes a complimentary bridal suite for the wedding couple for both nights of their package. The wedding couples is responsible for assigning their guests to the remaining fifteen (15) guest rooms, which the guests will then book directly with the inn. A 15% lodging discount is provided for all wedding guests who stay at the inn.

Perfect Venue for the Best Day!!
Everything we could have wanted and MORE!
From our first inquiry, the wedding coordinator (Kashia) was extremely responsive and accommodating. Leading up to our wedding, Kashia ensured all details were in place. She assisted in finding the perfect spot to take photos and had an answer for any question that we had. Kashia is who all venue coordinators should strive to be.
Upon arriving at the inn, our guests were blown away by the fact that we had the entire inn to our party for both Friday and Saturday night. The ability to have a weekend long celebration was one of a kind. The package we selected included the rehearsal dinner, breakfast and lunch for guests staying at the inn on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday morning. Kashia was extremely accommodating and worked with us to allow additional guests staying off site at the local Marriott in Lock Haven to join for both Friday night dinner and Sunday morning breakfast. As all of our guests traveled far to be apart of our special day, it was important that we were able to include them in the full celebration.
Guests were also impressed by the beauty of the Nature Inn and the surrounding Bald Eagle State Park. We had many guests go fishing, kayaking, and hiking the morning of our event as the bridal party was getting ready! There are also golf courses 20 minutes away from the inn that guests enjoyed!
Not only was the Nature Inn accommodating, but the food was exceptional! My husband and I received compliments all weekend on how amazing the food served by the Nature Inn was. We chose the Filet Carving Station as our main entree for the reception and guests said it was some of the best steak they've ever had.
One great compliment that we received from our guests was the versatility of the reception. Inside in the lobby area was the dance floor (hire Alex from Mint DJ Events!), outside was a patio area where guests could eat and relax, and then further down is a fire place where guests could enjoy s'mores! There was something for everyone!
The staff at the Nature Inn was exceptional! Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful. The staff made all of our guests feel welcomed and comfortable. The staff set up the entire reception area, with the exception of a few details that we provided.
It was the most perfect wedding. My husband and I received many compliments saying this was the best wedding they had ever been to. I am extremely grateful to the Nature Inn and Kashia for all of their hard work that they put in to making the weekend more than I could have ever imagined.

Seamless spring wedding at the Nature Inn :)
Communication: The wedding coordinator, Kashia Quay, is fantastic to work with. She is attentive and communicative, answering our emails usually within hours. We were out of state during the wedding planning process, and she had multiple hour-long conversations with us to address all our questions and concerns as well as making suggestions to help our day run smoothly. Throughout these meetings, she was always organized and thorough and also so accommodating. She worked with our limited availability to get us into a tasting and made multiple last-minute changes regarding our rooming arrangements. In addition to her amazing aptitude, Kashia is also just a delight of a human!
Ease: Getting married here was surprisingly smooth! We have heard from many of our other friends getting married about the difficulties of coordinating vendor teams- rentals, catering, transportation, etc. At the Nature Inn, we loved that many of these items were covered by the venue. And what the Nature Inn didn’t do themselves, they helped us to find by recommending local and high-quality vendors. Not only did this make our vendor search easier, because the venue had worked with these vendors before, we experienced seamless integration on the wedding day.
Food and service: The food was fantastic! We loved all the different options. We opted to do the trending stations where we had soft pretzels, philly cheesesteaks, passed hors d’oeuvres (people raved about the mini beef wellingtons!), and salads. We also added in a cannoli station! It is worth highlighting that Kashia made this happen for us after we mentioned in passing we were interested in having cannolis during our tasting. This was so well done, we had two filling flavors and many toppings that the guests could make their own cannoli creation! Multiple people commented how great the food was and we thoroughly enjoyed it. They also were extremely accommodating with food restrictions for our guests.
Venue location: The Nature Inn is beautiful! The surrounding area is lovely and peaceful, allowing for great photo opportunities. We loved seeing all of the birds and our guests enjoyed exploring and hiking throughout the weekend. The Inn itself is lovely, the rooms are comfortable, and we appreciated the modern and sustainable architecture. We loved having the fire pit both nights and we LOVED having everyone on site.

Nothing short of spectacular
We had so much fun exploring the grounds before the big day, decorating the venue to our heart's content, and enjoying all of the delicious meals and treats throughout the weekend. We were so grateful to have an opportunity for quality time with family and friends who stayed on site. At the heart of all of our wedding planning was a desire to spend this time with those we love and whom we hadn't seen in a very long time, after a turbulent pandemic year. The Nature Inn couldn't have done a better job at making this happen.
