Venue Spaces

King Mansion's newly renovated event spaces offer a variety of locations to celebrate your upcoming event. Begin your big day getting primped and pampered in the bright Wedding Suite Salon + Sitting Room that glows with an abundance of natural light and features a modern-style lounge, fireplace, full-length mirror, five hair/makeup stations, mini fridge, and several windows. The Lounge + Billiard Room boasts a swanky leather seating arrangement with a large flat-screen TV, a traditional pool table setup, and an adjoining kitchenette with a fridge, sink, and storage space. There are both indoor and outdoor ceremony options offering different photo backdrops to choose from.

After the momentous "I Do's" are cheered and celebrated at your ceremony, guests can then mix and mingle during cocktail hour, flowing inside and outside amongst the Mansion's varying first-floor rooms, outdoor piazza, Mezzanine, and open-air balconies. Then, when it is time for dinner and dancing, guests are guided into the new Conservatory Ballroom featuring full-length windowed walls, gorgeous stained concrete floors, stringed market lighting with three statement chandeliers, elegant modern sconces, an abundance of crown molding details, and smoky mirror accent wall - a setting unlike any other that your guests will be sure to rave about for years to come!
