We cannot say enough good things about Stone Mill Inn. From the moment we stepped onto the venue we knew it was a special place and it was perfect for us. We fell in love with the abbey ceremony space, the beautiful grounds, and the warm welcoming feeling we had being at the venue. From our coordinator, the owners Ken and Karen, the kitchen staff and everyone in between they are so kind, welcoming and helpful. For our planning meetings, SMI was very organized and helped plan out every last detail. They were very responsive to emails and all the questions we had. Corrine our day of coordinator made us feel so prepared for how the wedding day would look. She checked on us many times through the day and made us feel so taken care of. Ken and Karen always came out at our meetings and made us feel like family. Our guests not only raved about how good the food was (which it’s amazing!) but how attentive and nice the staff were throughout out the day. Jim was also so amazing and made sure we had drinks and his food came out at the right time. Can’t forget to mention that this is the prettiest venue I’ve seen!! The grounds are beyond beautiful every corner you look. Our guests were in awe of the venue and the of course the hydrangeas that lined the aisle. It is apparent how much SMI wants to give the best experience to their couples and how much they care to make it the most special day. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will always cherish our special day!

The Stone Mill Inn team in one word is AMAZING. They made sure I had the most perfect day and helped me through all the chaotic planning step by step. My Guest had an absolute blast, from exploring the beautiful grounds, relaxing by the beautiful fireplace area to the most amazingly delicious food for cocktail hour and dinner! We loved our experience with Stone Mill Inn. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and you could tell that they took pride in their work. Our assigned planner, Amber, was so wonderful to work with and made us feel important on our special day. One thing we underestimated but greatly appreciated in the end was how they only book one wedding per day which meant that we had everyone's full attention and the flexibility to adjust the location of our event on the property. This came in handy when we had to change the plan due to weather. In our searching we found that many venues don't have multiple options like that. Lastly, the food was incredible - best wedding food we have ever had. Our guests are still talking about the food. Thank you so much Stone Mill Inn for a memorable wedding day!

I truly cannot put into words how amazing Stone Mill Inn and their staff are. At our first meeting, the owner, Ken, sat down with us and made us feel at home. He is really involved and makes sure your day is absolutely perfect. He makes the late-night pizza, tends to the gardens, and is so invested in making SMI a beautiful venue. We really liked how their pricing model was so easy to understand, they don't upcharge you for anything, the tent lining, the chairs, the table cloths, it's all included in the price and it was just one flat fee. Our coordinator, Corinne, was so amazing, she not only made sure me and my husband felt comfortable, she was consistently checking in with our family throughout the day and made sure they had everything they needed. The food was absolutely amazing! I had pretty high expectations when we were interviewing vendors - every single one of them mentioned to us how good the food is! And they were so right! We received so many compliments on how yummy the food was and the generous portions! No one went home hungry! ​The tasting was so amazing, it was impossible to pick our dinner options. Their staff was so kind and attentive, and we really can't say enough of how amazing this venue was for us.

Stone Mill was a dream come true, start to finish. I felt it in my gut when we approached the Abbey, and we were right to trust that feeling. There are so many things about Stone Mill I could say, but the main thing that makes my heart happy was the guest experience. We knew they would take care of us as the couple, but there were multiple times during the reception I saw specific friends and family being catered to, new drinks being brought to them, people asked what appetizers they hadn’t tried (by the way, hands down the best wedding food we have ever had, people are still gushing about it!), even just having genuine conversations with people. It felt like each person at our wedding was special to the Stone Mill team; that they cared about these people not just because they were guests, they saw and treated these people as our loved ones, and an extension of us. You and your loved ones will be taken care of at Stone Mill Inn.

Erica was our coordinator and she was the sweetest. She was up to talk any detail, explain any idea we hadn’t explored yet, keep us excited on our tired and stressed days, and celebrate with us every win. Her focus on us having an easy and stress-free time on the wedding day allowed us to just completely let go and be present. We felt truly cared for and cheered for, and would recommend working with Erica and the Stone Mill Inn to anyone who wants their wedding experience to be more than being a client, but being part of a group who cares about you and your love.

The Stone Mill Inn was absolutely wonderful!!!! From the beginning we knew this was the place for us to become husband and wife! Their service was impeccable, from their menu tasting, to their accommodations of making my wedding vision come true - to the day of, I not once had to go to the bar for a drink, this place KNOWS SERVICE! Many of my guests complimented how wonderful the staff and team was, and how delicious all of the food was with their in-house catering!! Amber, our coordinator was an absolute dream - she worked closely with me in the weeks leading up to our wedding answering all of my questions and helping me prepare for our big day! This venue truly works as a team, and when communicating through email their responses were always timely and some even from the owner himself!! Ken greeted me on my wedding day and carried my dress in for me to the girls getting ready area, from the first contact of the day to our last - The Stone Mill Inn exceeded our expectations!!! Although our service and food was wonderful, I also will not miss commenting on the beautiful property and venue they have, there are so many beautiful options for ceremony and pictures!! I wanted to thank Amber and the entire team at the Stone Mill Inn for making my daughter’s wedding day perfect. Having planned three weddings in 14 months, I can say that the team at the Stone Mill Inn went above and beyond and made the mother-of-the-bride role exceptionally peaceful. They took care of EVERY detail, from the planning to the execution, so I could enjoy the day with my daughter and the rest of the guests. This was particularly impressive since I live in Florida and so much of the planning was remote.

The property was amazing! From the expertly manicured gardens and the chandeliers in the trees, to the spacious and elegant bridal suite and the beautifully arranged reception space, everything was perfect. And the food was 5-star-restaurant quality food. My father-in-law, who is a pastor and has been to countless weddings, said it was the best wedding food he had ever tasted. The grounds are absolutely breathtaking. Nestled in a quiet valley, the Stone Mill Inn is truly a hidden gem—peaceful, romantic, and full of charm. There are multiple gorgeous ceremony spots to choose from, and we went with the classic Abbey—it was STUNNING! Ken takes incredible pride in maintaining the property, and it shows in every detail: the perfectly manicured lawns, lush natural florals, charming archways, and elegant chandeliers along the walking path. It truly felt like stepping into my own real-life fairytale.
The staff was phenomenal from start to finish. Every single person was responsive, kind, and eager to help. As a Florida resident planning an out-of-state wedding, that support meant the world to me. A huge shoutout to Nicole—you were amazing! Thank you for keeping everything on track and making the entire day run so smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator in my corner!

The culinary experience exceeded anything we've encountered at a wedding. The hors d'oeuvres were exceptional. Servers circulated seamlessly, ensuring that barely fifteen seconds passed without a new dish appearing before us. Every dinner plate, side, and unique dietary need reflected the venue's commitment to excellence.

The property itself is breathtaking. Our guests were captivated by the scenic beauty and distinctive character of the grounds. Each corner of the estate showcases the meticulous care Ken, Karen, and their team pour into its maintenance. Every photograph captured felt like a scene from a fairytale, with the property's natural elegance providing an incomparable backdrop.

Corrine, our coordinator, was instrumental in bringing our vision to life. Beginning months before the wedding, she invested genuine time in understanding our story, personalities, and aspirations. During our visits, she listened intently to every idea, concern, and question, offering thoughtful guidance when we needed direction. On the big day, she orchestrated every element with remarkable composure – from managing our friends, family, and vendors during rehearsal to handling an unexpected vendor issue so discreetly that we remained blissfully unaware. Her ability to be seemingly everywhere at once was nothing short of remarkable.

Jim's dedication was equally impressive. From the moment we arrived Thursday for rehearsal, he worked tirelessly to ensure perfection. Whether attending to the groomsmen's refreshments, coordinating setup, or even helping navigate unexpected marriage license paperwork, his commitment never wavered. While many venues focus primarily on the bride, Jim ensured I received the same exceptional level of care and support throughout the entire experience.

Ken and Karen welcomed us into their home from our very first visit nearly two years ago, and that warmth permeated our entire wedding weekend. They are not passive owners but active participants, seamlessly moving between roles to guarantee everything proceeds flawlessly.

The entire staff – every server, bartender, and team member – demonstrated extraordinary kindness and professionalism. Their genuine passion for their work shone through in every interaction. We joked about an "eye in the sky" surveillance because the attentiveness was uncanny: empty glasses were refilled, food was replenished, and any minor mishap was addressed within seconds.

If there's one bittersweet aspect to this review, it's that we won't have the opportunity to marry at Stone Mill Inn again. We recommend this venue with the highest possible enthusiasm.
