Welcome, we’re glad you’re here! We're Sarah & Pat, a husband and wife team who have traveled the United States building our background in the catering and restaurant world. Back in 2013 when we first started Mountain Laurel, little did we know we'd be doing 150+ events in 2022!
Mountain Laurel Catering specializes in creating dishes to reflect our couples -- we take into account all of your requests to custom-tailor a menu. Chef Pat served as the Acting Executive Chef at Paws Up Resort in Montana and then moved to The Inn at Dos Brisas in Texas. From the start of his career, Chef Pat has always believed in sourcing the freshest local ingredients possible, hunting the best products at local farms, markets and orchards.
Our culinary and service team enjoy getting to know our couples and providing outstanding service throughout the process, from inquiry through wedding day. With over 50 years of combined talent on our team, Mountain Laurel Catering is ready to make your wedding as unique and unforgettable as the two of you.
