Mike and his team cook each tender cut of meat Memphis-style, served with their nationally awarded sauces to finish. Their traditional dishes are complemented by a variety of Southern-inspired sides, including mac and cheese, coleslaw, potato salad, green beans, and more. Couples can choose up to two meats for their milestone celebrations from a choice of pulled pork, beef brisket, sausage, and chicken. There is also a selection of breads available, such as homemade cornbread and slider buns. The MoMoBBQCo team's signature sauces create an elevated dining experience, featuring Sweet Mo's BBQ, Tangy Texas, and Carolina Vinegar. Couples are invited to schedule tastings in order to curate their custom wedding menus.
