We used Tasteful Occasions for our caterer and coordination for our wedding at Bluestone. Everything from start to finish with them was top notch. They laid out all the information that they needed from us up front so we weren’t bombarded at the end to meet the deadlines. They were great with communication about everything. Day of- everything was what we dreamed it would be. We got so many compliments on the food and desserts. HUGE shoutout to our coordinator Crystal- she was a huge help from start to finish throughout the planning process and the day of. She made sure everything was running smoothly and everything was perfect. We highly recommend using them for your caterer and coordinating needs. Thank you guys for everything!

Choosing a wedding caterer can feel overwhelming, and my wife and I went through the same challenge while planning our wedding. From the moment we found Tasteful Occasions, we knew we were in good hands. Their team was communicative, organized, and genuinely invested in making sure we felt prepared and supported throughout the entire process.
The food was one of the highlights of our wedding, and our guests are still talking about it. From the honey mustard grilled chicken to the sundried tomato & spinach farfalle, every dish was flavorful, beautifully prepared, and far beyond the typical “wedding food.” The appetizers, desserts, and wedding cake were all equally impressive!

What really stood out was the staff’s professionalism and attentiveness on the wedding day itself. They consistently checked in to make sure our guests were taken care of, while also making sure my wife and I had everything we needed throughout the evening!

Tasteful Occasions were absolutely incredible to work with! Kim, Krista, and especially Crystal (our day of coordinator) were amazing from the start. Everyone was super commutative and helpful throughout the wedding process. Crystal jumped in to help at any point leading up to and during the actual wedding, she is a rockstar!! The food was also incredible, we are so happy that we chose TOC!!

Tasteful Occasions was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We were on a budget, paying for the wedding on our own and they were extremely helpful in moving around and rearranging our food and services to not only fit within our price range, but also get us the most bang for our buck. They were on time, organized, worked around our needs the day of the wedding despite the craziness of the day, and the food was great

They truly went above and beyond to make sure not only the couple, but the entire family and all the guests were well taken care of.

Everyone has been raving about how the food at our wedding was some of the best food they’ve had at a wedding. They seemed to have many budget friendly options as well and you seriously can’t beat the quality. We also used Crystal as our day of coordinator and she was fantastic through the whole planning process and the day of. She kept us on track with planning and was more than helpful whenever we had questions or needed help. Our wedding day wouldn’t have went so smoothly without her! Krista, Krystal and team did an excellent job from start to finish. They were very timely with responses and recommendations during the planning phase. The wedding day seemed to have gone very smooth with delicious food and great drinks served to all!

I was super nervous when it came to catering. I have a now husband who’s a huge foodie, many food critiques in the family, and myself I’m a picky eater with a sensitive stomach. From just the tasting Kim & Crystal eased me nerves! The food was amazing! Day of our lovely manager was next to us with what we needed before we did. We were able to actually enjoy dinner in peace which was their idea. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the appetizers! I was overjoyed and full that night and still smiling months later about the amazing service.
