Book them!!!

We used Tasteful Occasions for our caterer and coordination for our wedding at Bluestone. Everything from start to finish with them was top notch. They laid out all the information that they needed from us up front so we weren’t bombarded at the end to meet the deadlines. They were great with communication about everything. Day of- everything was what we dreamed it would be. We got so many compliments on the food and desserts. HUGE shoutout to our coordinator Crystal- she was a huge help from start to finish throughout the planning process and the day of. She made sure everything was running smoothly and everything was perfect. We highly recommend using them for your caterer and coordinating needs. Thank you guys for everything!

Great service

Tasteful Occasions was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We were on a budget, paying for the wedding on our own and they were extremely helpful in moving around and rearranging our food and services to not only fit within our price range, but also get us the most bang for our buck. They were on time, organized, worked around our needs the day of the wedding despite the craziness of the day, and the food was great

Above and beyond for our daughter’s wedding.

We could not have asked for a better catering experience for our daughter’s wedding. From the very beginning, the team was professional, organized, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but knowing the catering was in such capable hands gave us complete peace of mind.

On the day of the wedding, everything ran seamlessly. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and received so many compliments from our guests. The staff was friendly, polished, and attentive—anticipating needs before we even had to ask. They truly went above and beyond to make sure not only the couple, but the entire family and all the guests were well taken care of.

What stood out most was the genuine care and pride they took in their work. They treated our daughter’s wedding as if it were their own, and that meant the world to us as parents. We are beyond grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional catering and service.

Couldn’t have asked for a better catering company

I would highly recommend Tasteful Occasions to anyone looking for incredible food, great prices and amazing staff. Everyone has been raving about how the food at our wedding was some of the best food they’ve had at a wedding. They seemed to have many budget friendly options as well and you seriously can’t beat the quality. We also used Crystal as our day of coordinator and she was fantastic through the whole planning process and the day of. She kept us on track with planning and was more than helpful whenever we had questions or needed help. Our wedding day wouldn’t have went so smoothly without her! Overjoyed beyond belief!

I was super nervous when it came to catering. I have a now husband who’s a huge foodie, many food critiques in the family, and myself I’m a picky eater with a sensitive stomach. From just the tasting Kim & Crystal eased me nerves! The food was amazing! Day of our lovely manager was next to us with what we needed before we did. We were able to actually enjoy dinner in peace which was their idea. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the appetizers! I was overjoyed and full that night and still smiling months later about the amazing service.

Amazing Catering for Weddings

Delicious wedding food

We hired Tasteful Occasions as our wedding caterer and cannot recommend them enough. From the initial call, we knew we were in great hands. We went through their (very large) menu and found our favorite foods to build our wedding menu. They quickly put everything together to give us a proposal. At our tasting, they had everything on our menu prepared for us to try and it was all DELICIOUS! Throughout wedding planning they have a google doc to fill out with lots of details in order to keep your wedding day running smoothly- I loved this!! On our wedding day, we had drinks at the ceremony for our guests (which was included and so thoughtful), butlered apps, a large charcuterie board of apps, and our main course was a dual plate of chicken and steak with veggies and potatoes. Our guests loved the meal! They also made sure our drinks were full all night! We literally felt so catered to! Loved everything about working with them!

Fantastic Caterers

Tasteful Occasions really worked with us to accommodate our non traditional schedule on our wedding day. They were always so sweet and quick to respond to all our questions. The food was delicious and we got a ton of compliments about the food from our guests! Highly recommend!!!

Everyone commented on the food and catering service! Couldn’t have had a better experience with this company from the start. I’d recommend really taking advantage of their planning resources from early on and using it with vendors to all be on the same page / especially if you have an outside planner/coordinator.

Best caterer ever

Best caterers!

We used Tasteful Occasions to cater our wedding, and they did a fantastic job! They were very timely with all of our communication, and sent detailed emails to ensure that we had everything we could possibly need for the wedding. Kim was absolutely wonderful! She made sure that everything went well during the planning process through the day of the event. There was a minor hiccup that she dealt with quickly for us, which was much appreciated. The food was delicious, and even after the event I had guests tell me how much they had enjoyed the meal. We were able to customize our menu to exactly what we wanted. I 100% recommend Tasteful Occasions for catering a wedding or any special event!

10/10 Recommend!

Tasteful Occasions catered our wedding on 9/24/23 and we cannot say enough good things about them. From the start, they were very responsive to our inquiries and remained available for our many questions along the way. We had a lovely tasting and got to try so many things which bolstered our confidence in them. The food at the wedding was even better. There are SO many selections and you can really customize your cocktail hour and dinner to your specifications. They will work with you on anything. Our guests kept saying how much they enjoyed the food, too. The staff itself is so friendly and really look care of my husband and I on our day; they made sure we had our food brought to us (even though we had a buffet), saved us a plate of cocktail hour food (since we were so busy), and brought us our signature drinks right after the ceremony. Kim even made recommendations on how I could make the best signature drink, and it truly was a hit! They really know what they are doing, and it's so evident they care about their clients also. The food experience is one of the biggest expenses you will have for your wedding and you do not want it to go poorly. With TOC you won't have to worry about that at all! We are so grateful to them for playing a large role in our beautiful wedding.

Highly recommend Tasteful Ocassions

I cannot recommend Tasteful Ocassions enough. They catered my daughter's wedding in June. 185 guests, plated dinner. We had so many compliments from guests on the food. The appetizers were fresh, hot and the servers went around frequently. The dinner was delicious, very ample portions, and again we got rave reviews. I was concerned if they could do a large group like ours for a plated dinner but everyone was served promptly and it was so well orchestrated. Crystal was fabulous to work with.

Catering for Home Party

Tasteful Occasions provided the food for my daughter’s wedding last November and they did such an outstanding job that I called on them to cater my husband’s 70th birthday party which we held at our home. The chef (Larry) showed up on time and was fully prepared to work with our timeline. After a leisurely cocktail hour with multiple hot h’orderves we moved on to a delicious salad followed by the main course with a filet mignon carving station and chicken Marsala for the non-beef eaters. All of the sides were hot and tasty and beautifully presented. Larry left my kitchen spotless and even asked for a broom to make sure the floor was left as he found it. I can highly recommend Strictly Catering…not only for weddings but also for special occasions at your home!

A fairytale come true with Tasteful Occasions!

It's honestly hard to find the words to convey how appreciative I am for the Tasteful Occasions team for all that they did to make our day as special and as wonderful as it was. They made our wedding in November the absolutely most picture perfect day... All of our food was INCREDIBLE!!! I can't even tell you how many compliments we received on dinner and all of the appetizers. They even blew it out of the water with our late night grilled cheese bar! Our guests are still raving!! I know how much time and work went into the entire event, and their entire team are so incredible and appreciated for all of their hard work. From the servers to the bartenders, everyone was so wonderful and sweet. They have truly built a fantastic team and made all of our food/drink dreams a reality! And even before the wedding... I can't thank them enough for their patience with me! I had tons of questions and changes I wanted to make throughout the planning process, but the team was always so positive and sweet, and I can't tell you how much that meant to me! They all definitely made the wedding planning process 100000x easier for me, and I will forever be thankful for them and their help every step of the way. Incredible Caterer!

Tasteful Occasions was an absolute dream to work with. From the very beginning they worked with us to craft up the perfect menu, gave us helpful advice, and were open and honest with us. They made sure we were taken care of from the minute we signed the contract up until the final moments of our wedding. Now on to the food! It was top-notch, delicious, beautifully displayed- all at a great value. We got so many compliments from our guests. The staff were so professional and treated us like a king and queen- always refilling out glasses, getting our food plates, and checking in on us. They also set up our dessert table which was absolutely gorgeous. We didn't have the most ideal weather but Tasteful Occasions truly made the day so special. Thank you for everything!

Highly Recommend!!!

We are so happy we chose Tasteful Occasions for our wedding! We utilized their catering, coordinator, and bartending services. This included a clean up and set up service. We did not have to lift a finger all day - Crystal, our coordinator, along with her team, took care of everything!! The staff was all very pleasant and attentive to our guests. The food is incredible and we had no issues setting up our tasting and menu choices. Crystal and Kim were easily accessible for any questions or concerns that came up along the planning process. The forms they provided to assist in planning were incredibly helpful and detailed, which ensured clear communication when it came to event timeline and decorations. Those reasons alone would be enough to make TOC a great choice for any wedding. But on top of all it, TOC cares about their customers. When food prices exploded during COVID, TOC reached out to us and let us know they would use the prices we agreed on when we signed our contract and absorb the extra cost. Again, we are SO happy we chose TOC for our wedding, and we highly recommend them!!!

Professional and Great Food!

I would highly recommend Tasteful Occasions! We had them cater our Nov 2021 wedding. Kim was so easy to work with throughout the preparation process - very responsive, transparent, and professional. On the day of, everything went so smoothly. We loved the food personally and received high praise from our guests too! All of the staff working our day were great, both the servers and bartenders! Very happy

My husband and I were very happy with TOC, from the very beginning they were very responsive with us and even to the end Kim the owner told us to call her whenever we had questions. We probably changed our minds on things 10 times and we never got any push back, they would send us an updated proposal a day later. I many times had so many questions for her she would just call me and explain everything. They have many options of food to chose from and are very flexible, they can do anything the couple wants. The tastings for both food and cake give you a nice idea of what kind of foods to pick. They also have a meeting with you a few months before the wedding to make sure your on track with things you don't even think about, such as napkin folds, amount tables needed, and many other things. Kim and her team have it all covered. We did not have to worry about renting linens and tables elsewhere. We also loved the bar package they provided, they not only have bartenders but also for an extra price they can provide any chasers and items needed for the bar. It was a fresh of breath air for us to only have one person to coordinate all these big things with!! We are so happy we chose TOC and we loved their food. Their appetizers for cocktail hour are amazing and were raved about along with the rest of the food. I wish we did not have such high nerves that day so we could have eaten more!

Amazing Experience!

Kim and her staff were exceptional at our wedding! They really went above and beyond to make our day the best day ever! Kim personally made sure my husband and I ate and were well taken care of during our reception, and what I loved most was that we were able to go upstairs, to where our reception was held, during cocktail hour, and Kim brought out a huge arrangement of food for just Noah and I to eat! It was perfect for my husband and I because neither of us really wanted to eat, but it was a perfect getaway just for a few minutes so that we could get something in our stomachs! During our reception, Kim checked on us many times throughout the night asking if we needed anything. All of our guests raved about the food(especially the bacon wrapped scallops) and how great the staff was!
Planning a wedding during a pandemic wasn't easy, but thankfully we had Kim, Crystal, and the others to help us through!
I highly recommend Tasteful Occasions for any event!

Delivered on What They Promised

From the planning stages to the Wedding Day, Tasteful Occasions made the process fun, seamless, and easy. They delivered on what they promised and the food and desserts for the Wedding were outstanding. Additionally, they stepped in and provided the bartending service late in the planning stage, when the original bartending service backed out. On the Wedding Day, they were attentive and available for any support that was needed by the wedding party. I would recommend Tasteful Occasions for anyone who is planning a wedding.

Searching for a caterer for your wedding is hard work. We wanted options and great food. Kim and her team went above and beyond what we could have asked for. When setting up the tasting everything was fresh and she was so helpful in following what we asked for. In March when everything was getting shut down we were nervous about our wedding in October 2020. Kim answered all of my questions, texted me, called me, emailed me, to make sure I was taken care of! We were going back and forth with so many things! We did a COVID wedding with less guests than originally planned. We even changed our venue 3 months before and Kims response was we can do it!! Without hesitation they went above and beyond serving the cocktail hour covered and just making everyone feel safe. Everything was fresh and cooked right on site! We got so many compliments about the food, the staff and bartenders! They even made sure our guests with special diets had a delicious meal other than what was served! We couldn't have asked for a better team to work with! Thank you Tasteful Occasions for everything! We hope to be at one of our events again and enjoy your lovely food!!

The absolute best

All we can say is WOW...and also thank you! You all made our day so easy and so stress free. Mickey was phenomenal, and brought all of my visions to life with the decorations!

And then there was the food....OMG. It was everything we had hoped for! The guests could not stop talking about the cocktail hour, the meal, and the service. Thank you for catering to all of our needs!

Phenomenal!

We just had our wedding yesterday and I couldn't wait to write about how excellent everything was because of Tasteful Occasions. We got SO many compliments on the food and cupcakes throughout the entire night, and Mickey & Kim were the coordinators from heaven. Also, it's a really good sign when your other venues ask who your caterer is during the planning process, and they say "Oh my goodness, wonderful choice!" when you tell them it's Tasteful Occasions. If you want to enjoy your wedding and not stress about the small details, look no further as to who to book. This company goes above and beyond in every way and we are forever thankful!!

Amazing wedding caterer!!

Tasteful Occasions did an AMAZING job with our wedding. Kim was extremely helpful in planning our wedding. We were impressed with the entire organized planning process throughout the year, and not to mention the food! We were originally going to book another caterer, but once we went to the private tasting (which was so nicely done) we were sold. Their food is beautifully presented and had exactly what we were looking for. On top of that, Kim helped us plan the entire year by checking in and organizing every detail. While planning a wedding during Covid-19 isn't ideal, Kim literally saved our day by talking through small changes with us and helping us find bartenders and alcohol service when our bartender from another company backed out the week before. TO's staff was EXCELLENT at the wedding. They all checked in with Luke and I to make sure our glasses were full, we were eating and that we were taking time to enjoy the appetizers. I couldn't be more pleased with choosing Tasteful Occasions. They are so professional, on top of every detail, and were so much fun to work with. Kim, Crystal, and everyone on the team, thank you so much for making our wedding an amazing experience!! Highly recommend!

Impressive in all

Mother of the Bride perspective: Kim was the best! She knows how to plan every detail - especially with every last minute change we needed to make with the virus restrictions and hurricane rains. She even came through with bartenders and alcohol service when another vendor "ghosted" us right before the wedding. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The team serving our guests was sooooo well trained and attentive. Every detail was perfect!!!!

Our covid wedding

Do yourself a favor and book with Tasteful Occasions right away! Kim and the whole crew were so easy to work with. They gladly accepted any changes or updates we wanted to make leading up to the day before our wedding! They made sure they had every little detail correct and wanted us to have a perfect day and the best menu. With less than 48 hours notice, my husband and I had to decide to move our entire wedding outdoors due to a restriction that was put into place last minute. Tasteful Occasions were so helpful with making these changes. We felt as ease knowing they were our catering vendor and knew they would pull this off no problem. Our wedding day was amazing and our food was amazing. We would love to work with them again in the future!

Blown Away

Stop searching - THIS is the caterer you want for your wedding. We were so impressed with how perfectly every part of our reception just flowed - the staff never missed a beat. Kudos to Crystal for running such a tight ship. The food was superb (everyone kept raving about how delicious it was), courses came out on time, drinks were always full, and all this during a pandemic! Tasteful Occasions was very accommodating when we had to pushback our wedding from June to August, and the staff couldn’t have been more professional when it came to following all CDC guidelines. They all wore masks and gloves to ensure everyone’s health and safety, and that was very important to us because we knew our guests were taking a risk just by being there. I really appreciated the very, very detailed timeline Kim helped me put together which literally goes through each minute of the day - you don’t realize how important that is until you actually do it. When you choose this vendor, you don’t just get a caterer, you also get an event planner, and they really know how to make sure your wedding is a success. You can tell they’ve done this many times before - that level of experience is very important. But simply having a good game plan isn’t enough, you also need the staff to execute it perfectly, and they absolutely blew it out of the park. I was able to completely relax and enjoy my day knowing everything was taken care of, which, for a control freak like me, can be really hard to do. I also have to give a shoutout to Lenny and Tiffany for keeping the alcohol flowing! They made every drink perfectly, and I can’t believe how quickly they cleaned everything up when the night was over. The staff who cleaned up everything inside our reception tent also worked at lightning speed and not a single thing was left behind. I would give this vendor 50 stars if I could! They will definitely be our first choice if we ever need something catered again.

Great value, great food, and extremely helpful!!

Kim was INCREDIBLE throughout the entire planning process, as well as during the big event! The food was great and we LOVED our dessert table! Kim was extremely helpful and responsive about every aspect of our wedding—she was truly a godsend in the chaos of wedding planning! Overall, hiring Tasteful Occasions was an amazing choice for us, definitely recommend!!! Most importantly, they made sure we were fed and went home with lots of goodies all wrapped up for us!

Delicous food

Amazing Service

If I could give 6 stars, I would have. Helped my wife and I plan our wedding and did an excellent job. Not only did they answer all our questions and guide us through the process, the final product was A+. Exceptional service, and the food was absolutely delicious. absolutely essential to planning our reception

Kim and the rest of the team at Tasteful Occasions was excellent. The food was delicious, and many guests commented on just how yummy it was. Beyond that, they are true professionals. You can tell they have a lot of experience and know exactly what they are doing. Kim was also our reception manager (a service included in their fees), and she was absolutely essential to planning and executing our reception. It simply would not have happened without her. We didn't have a wedding planner, and we didn't feel like we needed one because Kim was so on top of everything. She met with us and understood how we wanted the night to feel. Then she made it happen. She had excellent recommendations based on her insights and experience, but never steered away from our overall vision of the wedding. We had never planned a wedding before, and Kim helped us think of all of the things that you don't know to plan for. Highly recommend Kim and Tasteful Occasions!!!

Absolutely fantastic

I could not have imagined going through our wedding journey without Kim and Mickey by our side! From our first meeting and tasting, to our final goodbyes at the end of the wedding night, Tasteful Occasions was absolutely FANTASTIC. Kim worked tirelessly months before the wedding to help us plan our day. Her online detail forms were so easy to use and helped us tremendously while planning. Come the day of the wedding, Kim, Mickey and the entire Tasteful Occasions staff did it ALL. From décor set up, to ceremony coordinating, to bartending and food, they made our day so seamless and wonderful. EVERYONE absolutely loved our food. From the appetizers and the dinner buffet, to the milk and cookie and ice cream sundae bar and the late night pretzels, everything was absolutely perfect. Kim made sure to give me a big hug before my walk down the aisle and to assure me that everything was coming together! She was also constantly checking on me and Willy to see if we needed anything throughout the entire reception. Mickey, our day of coordinator, was just as wonderful. From months of planning, to the last dance, Mickey was with us. She put all of our minds at ease as she walked us through the rehearsal, and was with us every step of the way as we said “I do”. After the ceremony, she stayed by our side through the introductions, toasts and dances. We could always count on her to keep us smiling. Throughout the day and night, Mickey could always be found checking in on not only us, but our bridal party and parents to make sure that we were having a great time and to see if there was ANYTHING we needed. While the Tasteful Occasions team was cleaning up and carefully packing up everything for us, Mickey was making sure all of our guests got safely on the shuttle to our hotel. We didn’t have to lift a finger…they packed everything we needed to take with us into our parents’ cars at the end of the night. There was a moment during our reception that Willy and I had a chance to take everything in, just the two of us. All we kept saying was “thank god for Mickey and Kim”. This team is truly something special, and we could not have imagined anyone else in our corner on what was easily the best day of our lives.

Amazing food and people!

Tasteful Occasions was a wonderful group of people to work with! The food was outstanding, as were the cupcakes and cake! They were so attentive and always responsive in a timely manner when I needed assistance for anything! They were so nice and the staff the day of were so wonderful! Mickey was our Day of Coordinator and we can't say enough about her either! I trusted everything with her and she NEVER let me down!!! I can't thank the whole company enough! Amazing Experience!

We had such an incredible experience on our wedding day 5/11/19. We were seriously overwhelmed with the great service, delicious food, and friendly staff from Tasteful Occasions. Numerous people came up to us raving about how wonderful everyone was!! Our event manager, Laura, was honestly just perfect. She kept a smile the entire evening, assured us that if we needed anything at all to not hesitate to ask, and ran such a smooth event. Great Customer Service

Emailed them for a tasting. They emailed back the next day and that same weekend, we were invited to go for our tasting. The food was amazing! We were also told that if we liked something we tasted but wanted it changed/tweaked a little bit, they would accommodate us. We really only tweaked one thing but after the tasting, there was no doubt we were hiring them to cater our wedding.

Great wedding food!

We used Tasteful Occasions as the caterer for our wedding reception and cocktail hour. Everything was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully. Kim was so great to work with, she was very responsive and so helpful with small questions or if we needed suggestions or recommendations. Kim and her team made sure the bridal party got drinks and appetizers while getting photos taken, as well as myself and the groom when the bridal party then went to the cocktail hour. When we sat down at our sweetheart table they had appetizers already placed for each of is. Everything was delicious! We got so many compliments on how great the food was! I would definitely recommend using them for any type of catering!!

I am still dreaming about their food

Oh my goodness. When my venue had a list of about 5-6 caterers to use, me and my husband scheduled tastings with about three. From start to finish Tasteful Occassions was incredible. Not only is their customer service amazing, but their food is DELICIOUS. All night long my guests were telling me how amazing the mashed potatoes were (they were also my favorite). They were so attentive throughout the night making sure my husband and I were ok or needed a drink. They were so courteous to our guests as well. Their bartenders were AMAZING. So many guests kept saying how impressed they were that the bartenders remembered what everyone was drinking and would have it ready as soon as they saw them approaching the bar. The cherry on top was the cake they made. It was incredible. All in all, I would recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful!

The food was excellent. TO provided a very different menu created specifically for our occassion. We had a couple different themes going on and they provided great selections for each. Best food you will evere have at a wedding!

Tasteful Occasions is a very professional caterer with amazing food your guests will be raving about! We had an amazing spread for cocktail hour and the buffet for dinner. Our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was! I would recommend them to any couple who would like to be blown away by the food and service. They even had food provided for my husband and I and our entire wedding party during pictures to make sure everyone had something to eat. It was a perfect day and TO helped make it absolutely perfect!

Tasteful Occasions provided the food for our 50th Anniversary Celebration at Pine Ridge Farm. From the start we felt comfortable with Kim, as her suggestions and guidance were right on. Our menu was not the normal beef, potatoes, and salad which is easy to plan. With her help we planned the "station menu" which turned out to be a huge success. Everyone enjoyed the variety and the relaxed atmosphere which the stations created. The quality of the food was top notch and delicious. Their workers were courteous and helpful. Kim and her team were phenomenal at our event! Our event had 350 attendees as I was unaware of the magnitude that was needed for this big of an event. Kim had offered amazing support in planning, providing guidnce on resources, and being a voice in ideas for this event. It was a memorable night as a result of the efficiency Kim and her team provided for us. The food was fantastic and guests could not stop talking about it! AMAZING AND IMPECCABLE SERVICE AND PEOPLE! I couldn't imagine going with any other caterer for our wedding day! Kim and Mickey were so helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive! If you are looking for a caterer for your wedding that offers a delicious selection of food, friendly and professional service, and flexibility to meet the vision of your wedding day, look no further. My husband, our families, and our friends can't stop raving about Kim, Mickey and the Tasteful Occasions staff! As a vegetarian, I had a goal of creating different themed buffets for dinner to accommodate dietary needs. Other caterers were not able to accommodate this request at a reasonable cost, but Kim and Tasteful Occasions helped us put together a menu that was customized to exactly what we wanted (the fiesta and taco station being especially killer!). Not only was the food amazing, but Tasteful Occasions offers many other necessary services for your convenience, including a day of coordinator, cake and desert displays, linens, etc. Kim's guidance and expertise was extremely useful as she helped navigate every detail and made sure that nothing was overlooked. I couldn't praise Tasteful Occasions enough!

We just had our wedding this past weekend and we chose Tasteful Occasions for our catering service and they were AMAZING!!! All of our vendors worked great together and made our dreams come true! Tasteful Occasions were great with communication and very organized, it made our wedding planning go very smoothly and they were also able to provide a coordinator for us and she made sure my husband and I were taken care of all day, she was great! Also the food was SO GOOD, received many compliments from our guests, thank you for making our day PERFECT!!! :)

Kim and her team were amazing! They were so attentive to our wedding party, and especially my husband and My guests completely raved about the food and still are! Everyone especially loved the crab dip! The reception manager especially, and the rest of the team, was so great about helping out with the decorating and making sure all of our guests were well taken care of. I'd recommend them every time!!

DELICIOUS!!!!!! So happy we chose Tasteful Occasions for our wedding day! First off, the food is AMAZING! There are so many great options to choose from. We still have family and friends commenting on how magical the mashed potatoes were! I really enjoyed working with Kim and the Tasteful Occasions staff. Kim was so incredibly helpful, had great recommendations, and made sure everything ran smoothly! Kim, thank you for also making my family style dinner dream come true! I highly recommend using Tasteful Occasions for their bartending and for set up/clean up as well! They packed everything up for us at the end of the night so my family could continue celebrating and enjoying themselves. Highly recommend!! They are awesome!

YUM! I had such great feedback about the food at our reception. Many of our friends and family said it was some of the best food they have had at a wedding. And the service was superb. Kim and her team really took care of the entire bridal party. As soon as the ceremony was over she brought us drinks and appetizers, and several times throughout the evening Kim or one of her team members sought my new husband and I out to ensure we had something to eat and a drink in our hand. They also assisted in the set-up and tear-down of the centerpieces and decorations, which was extremely helpful. Overall, Tasteful Occasions was fabulous!

Above & Beyond!
Kim and her team were fantastic! Throughout the process Kim helped us make every decision leading to the day, even helping us plan the layout, procession from cocktail hour into dinner, and all of the events. All of our guests can't stop talking about the food, even the groomsmen (Montana cowboys) were impressed by the prime rib, who raise beef for a living and it is very hard to impress them. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing. Somehow Kim remembered that I liked horseradish on my steak and my wife did not. We walked right to our sweetheart table to two plates warm and waiting for us. Crystal made sure we didn't want for anything all night, both our mothers cannot stop talking about her helping them with everything. The night was spectacular and the staff made sure it went absolutely seamless. We could not ask for a better crew to take care of us and our guests. Would Highly recommend them to ANYONE! We even came away the next day wondering what we could hire them for again in the future! We just cant say enough good things about them. Thanks Kim and your awesome staff.

I really wish I could give Kim and her team more than 5 stars! They are truly an amazing company to work with, and have been since day one! Right from the start, Kim was super responsive, and make me feel like she genuinely wanted to work with us which makes such a huge difference! She was there for us throughout the whole process and really helped keep us on track through all of the planning stages. She was super organized, detail oriented, personable and really cared about making sure that our day was absolutely perfect.! We could not have asked for a better team to work with. Kim was also there the day of to make sure everything ran smoothly, and was amazing at checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our day of coordinator, Mickey was also absolutely fantastic. She made the day of run so seamlessly, that I honestly didn't have to worry about a single thing. She and Kim worked with me ahead of time on layouts, timeline, designs, décor, the whole nine yards so that on the big day I could just sit back, relax, and know that they had everything under control. They even brought a little tray of apps out to us while we were taking pictures after the ceremony since we hadn't had a chance to snag any! I truly can't praise this team enough for everything they did for us! PLUS, their food is absolutely FANTASTIC!!!! Everyone was raving about the food from the apps during cocktail hour to the dessert bar at the end of the night. Everything was absolutely delicious! They ran the plated service beautifully, the bartenders were outstanding, and our wedding cake blew my mind with how good it was. Amazing food, amazing service, and absolutely amazing team from start to finish! I highly recommend working with them!

We had a fantastic experience working with Tasteful Occasions, both as our caterer and as our day of coordinator. We worked with Kim for catering and she was fantastic, as was Mickey who was our day of coordinator. They were very thorough with questions leading up to the wedding, and on the day of everything went seamless. Also, the appetizers and main courses were all delicious. I would highly recommend.

Thank you so much for the fabulous food, service, and support during my daughter Katherine's wedding. Maria is outstanding and did a fabulous job keeping us on track and making sure that everything went smoothly. She is fantastic! All of your staff provided terrific service to our guests. Kim and her team always make our Women Of Grace events awesome with their great food and serve. Food for Thought was this past Friday and our ladies always feel grateful and satisfied. Like we have gone to a nice restaurant for affordable night out with our gal pals.

Kim catered our Library fundraiser, The Reds, Whites, and Brews for the 4th year. We would not use anyone else...!!!! they are the best around. We cannot say enough about this caterer! Kim was amazing to work with and made the whole process so easy through the planning process. The crew was super professional and incredibly helpful through the night. And now on to the food and cake. There are no words to describe how delicious the food and cake was! All everyone was talking about was how amazing the food was through the night and how delicious the cake was. These guys are incredible and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a caterer!

We had an outstanding experience with Tasteful Occasions. They provided the food for lunch and dinner of our large family reunion. I cannot praise Tasteful Occasions enough. Working with Kim during the majority of the process was easy and fun. She was super responsive, patient and helpful with any questions we had (and there were many!) On the day of our wedding she was quick to make sure we were being taken care of, if we wanted to get away for a few minutes of privacy or have a drink, an appetizer; Kim was right there when we needed her. Of course timing at a wedding never goes to plan and there was a bit of chaos but Kim and Mickey handled it all with professionalism and ease. I never had a chance to worry about anything because Mickey and Kim had it handled before I even thought about it! I had written a few notes and gone over the floor plan with both Mickey and Kim but seeing the final result of their decorating, of everything they did to make our wedding a reality, it brings tears to my eyes. There are pictures of Mickey helping my bridal team get ready, helping my husband get his boutonnière on. She came to the rescue with some serious double sided tape for one of my bridesmaids. I'm sure there are other stories i'm going to keep hearing about how Mickey and Kim made our day look flawless. I wish I could hug Kim and Mickey every time I look at my wedding photos because they kept us moving, they made everything look like my dreams and I cannot thank them enough. Hiring Mickey as our day of coordinator was such a blessing, we wouldn't have made it through without her or the rest of the Tasteful Occasions staff. They felt like family. I am so grateful for the sincere care they took in my wedding day. I wish I could hire them for my day to day! Delicious food, great service, amazing, friendly, super people!!!

We knew we wanted to book Tasteful Occasions shortly after our tasting with Kim -- the food was great and I really felt like we were getting an individual experience with Kim and her team. It was one of the best decisions that we made for our night. First, the food was fantastic -- we have a number of picky eaters and everyone was raving about how wonderful the food was. The appetizers were delicious and our family style meal had a little bit for everyone. We also used tasteful occasions for our desserts (YUM) and have to give a special shout out to our wedding cake -- we ended up going with a carrot cake and it was AMAZING. Both my father and I have tried just about every carrot cake made and this was one of the best. All of this aside -- the service was what really stood out to me the most. My mom is gluten free and after the wedding she made a point to say that Kim made sure that she always knew what she could eat and brought her food/drinks when she was out. Kim and her team did the same for my husband and me but I really appreciated that the same thought was put towards my parents or anyone who had a food allergy. Throughout the process Kim was timely in her responses and SO HELPFUL with any questions that I had -- especially when it came down to timeline, alcohol quantities, menu selections, you name it. It was also a huge help that they had worked at the venue we chose (Farm at Eagles Ridge) so they knew exactly where to put everything and what would work. I would book them again in an instant and have been recommending them to everyone.

Kim and her team certainly delivered! All our guests were talking about how amazing the food was. During Cocktail Hour we had passed Hors d'oeuvres. Our guests raved about them as soon as I joined Cocktail Hour. I highly recommend the Guacamole with Crab!! Her servers were making up the Hors d'oeuvres fresh and serving them to guests. There were plenty of Hors d'oeuvres and all guests got them (this was a worry of mine).
My wedding vision was for a progressive wedding. This is where there is no assign seating and in fact not enough seats for everyone. The goal is that everyone doesn't eat at the same time. Kim helped me to pull this off. It is not easy but we did it! There were rarely lines for food, no one was waiting for a seat and no one left hungry.
For dinner, we had interactive stations. We had a seafood station (get the lobster rolls...AMAZING), fiesta station (huge selection of toppings), pasta station (three types and all were great!) and brisket station (brisket was soo tender!). For a late night snack, we had flat bread pizzas.
We used Kim's bartenders and were not disappointed. Our guests knew them by name and loved them!
Kim's staff was very attentive! They made sure my fiancé and I had food and took care of all my random requests.
BEST DECISION!! BOOK Kim and her team!

I would like to give a huge thanks to Tasteful Occasions Catering! They really did so much more for our wedding than just catering. Kim helped me plan so many details from the menu to colors to timeline of events. She is very sweet, always organized and quickly available to my many questions. TOC offers a day of coordinator which I highly recommend! I thought I would be able to tackle all of the set-up/ clean-up with the help of my family and bridal party. However, my bridesmaids surprised me with the coordinator as a gift and I am so so grateful! Mickey made sure everything ran smoothly and took care of every last detail. I really would not have been able to enjoy the wedding without her! Maria and Mickey checked on Steve and I frequently throughout the wedding and made sure we had plenty to eat and drink throughout the night. Everything was fabulous! We truly enjoyed our wedding day thanks to TOC!!!

Kim and the team at Tasteful Occasions Catering did such an amazing job at April 2016 wedding! We had originally picked Tasteful Occasions Catering because of their packages. A lot of caterers charged extra per head for coffee, etc, and Kim's team had that all include in the final price. I never would have been able to pull off such a gorgeous wedding without Kim's help. She was so incredibly organized and provided me with a lot of forms that helped to keep me super organized as well! Kim was always very professional, from the tastings to the day of. Mickey was our day of coordinator, and she did a fantastic job keeping everything running smoothly. The food was so delicious and Kim and Mickey did an excellent job making sure the bridal party got plates and plates of appetizers and also making sure that my husband and I had time to eat. The food was delicious as well and the portions were HUGE! I don't even think I ate half of mine. A lot of our guests commented on how great the food was. We also got our cakes and dessert table through tasteful occasions. Although I didn't have time to try all of the desserts, our cake was so devious and it looked beautiful. My husband and I moved across the country 4 months prior to our wedding, and Kim was so accommodating to our needs with finishing planning a wedding from across the country. Kim went above and beyond her duties as a caterer, even volunteering to go talk to my other vendors in person when I was not able to. Thank you so much to Kim and the Tasteful Occasions team!

Our wedding would have not been as perfect as it was without the amazing staff at Tasteful Occasions. A big shout out to our coordinators, Kim and Mickey! Without these two fabulous ladies, our day would have not been flawless and simply amazing. Both of them were always two steps ahead of the day and never overlooked one detail. During the planning process, Kim was always readily available by phone or email to put me at ease and made sure our cocktail hour and reception was perfect! It was no easy task to coordinate and manage our very large bridal party and families, but Mickey handled it like a pro and felt like family by the end of the night. The rest of the staff from Tasteful Occasions were very friendly, professional and provided our guest with excellent service. The food and desserts were delicious and were raved about by all of our guest.

Many, many thanks to Tasteful Occasions and especially to Kim and Mickey. All of our interactions from the very beginning were pleasant and professional and they never steered us wrong! We knew from the taste testings that the food would be delicious and it was. We received many compliments throughout the afternoon. The cake and cupcakes were a big hit with everyone and the dessert table looked gorgeous. Special thanks and recognition to our day of coordinator, Mickey. All I can say is WOW! WOW! WOW! Kim and her staff went BEYOND our expectations with their incredible service. From the beginning, she was easy to work with, straight-forward and accommodating. The tasting was delicious and we were able to choose from their entire menu. On our wedding day, Kim made sure we were able to enjoy all of our food (including during cocktail hour when things were crazy), provided a non-stop drink service (seriously, as soon as my cup was empty she was there with another one!), and made our guests feel welcome and taken care of! She continually checked in on my husband and me to make sure we had everything we needed. Our guests could not get enough of how great the food was and how friendly the staff was! We were so thankful for all of it! The food is amazing and the service is even better! INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL!!!

If I could give one piece of advice to any bride looking for a caterer it would be this: Book Tasteful Occasions. You will not regret it, and your expectations will be exceeded.

My husband and I contacted maybe six caterers (our venue had an approved list) and met with three. Kim was the only caterer who saw the vision I had for our day, and helped me to craft a menu within our budget even before we booked her. At our tasting, she offered so many suggestions to make our meal perfect. Kim and her team were responsive to every e-mail and phone call, and no question was a stupid question. Her knowledge of wedding and event details is extensive, and she is thorough in making sure nothing is left out. On the day of our wedding, I had no worries because I knew Kim was on top if it, and everything ran smoothly. She met the bridal party when we arrived at the reception with a tray of drinks and appetizers and had plates ready for my husband and I at dinner (which was amazing, because I wouldn't have eaten!). She and her team set up our venue exactly how I had described, and helped to load decorations and gifts afterwards. But most importantly - her food is memorable. I really can't say that for any other wedding I have been to. Even six months after our wedding, we've had guests comment on the food, and some have asked for recipes to recreate the dishes. Hiring Tasteful Occasions proved to be one of the best decisions we've ever made.

We used Tasteful Occasions for our annual company holiday party. From the beginning, they could not have been more helpful. The food was wonderful and the staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The food choices are amazing - there is something for everyone. Everyone at the party raved about how good the food was. The prices are so reasonable also. We will definitely use them again next year. You can't go wrong with this company.

Kim at Tasteful Occasions is absolutely incredible. Jon and I would not have been able to get through the wedding planning process without her! From day one, she was responsive, responding to emails within hours, answering questions all of our ridiculous questions. She was incredibly flexible as we dealt with families with totally different tastes and made everything come together flawlessly. Kim always made herself available to me, even texting me the night before the wedding, again, answering my senseless questions and making me feel at ease. All of my family and friends were shocked at how calm I was, considering there was a hurricane coming through the area on our wedding weekend...but I kept telling them I had nothing to worry about because I knew Kim had everything under control. Mickey, our ceremony coordinator, was also wonderful! Spending time with me on the phone going over our unconventional wedding ceremony and offering advice. She even wrote up a rehearsal script for us since she was unable to attend our rehearsal. The food was wonderful, the bartenders were great, the servers were lovely...cannot say a bad thing about Tasteful Occasions! What can I say about Kim and her team... They are beyond amazing! Every single one of my guest complimented how amazing the food and her team was. Everyone felt taken care of and the professionalism was beyond our expectation. We picked a family style dinner, and Kim executed dinner service perfectly. It was exactly how I envisioned our wedding dinner! Kim also coordinated a surprise Bacon Bar for my groom that was a huge hit with everyone! Kim was always fast to respond to my emails and questions, having her as my day of coordinator was the best decision I made! She made sure as soon as the ceremony was over we had food and drinks in our hands. Our whole night was made flawless by her team, I was able to breathe, relax and really enjoy my night! I would recommend Kim to anyone looking for a caterer and will always keep her in mind when looking for someone. Thank you Tasteful Occasions for helping create our dream wedding!

We just got married this past Saturday in Gap, PA. Tasteful Occasions was our caterer, but they also set up our venue, provided an event coordinator (Maria), bar tender, and cleaned up for us. They were awesome! All of our guests raved about the great food from the mini Italian sandwiches during the cocktail hour to the main buffet. They give the bride and groom goodie bags to take home & everything is just as good reheated! We worked with Kim initially to schedule dates, food and details. She was very friendly, detail oriented and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

Maria was our coordinator the day of our wedding. She and her team were amazing making sure that Andrew and I were never out of food or beverages the entire night. And they kept all of the family fed and had fresh beverages during pictures too. Everyone was amazed by the level of service. The venue set-up looked awesome too! It was so nice not having to worry about setup and cleanup! They were very quick and efficient! A guest mentioned they thought they had 10-12 people there helping out and couldn't believe when I said I thought there were only 6. Several people mentioned that if they have an event that needs to be catered they would definitely give Tasteful Occasions a call.

After reading the reviews and speaking with Kim we decided to have Tasteful Occasions cater our wedding. Despite the difficulties of planning a wedding from Texas, they made it all work. The food was as amazing the day of as it was at the tasting – weeks later everyone is still raving about the food (especially the stuffed mushrooms). Where they really shined though was how they handled some unexpected issues (people who had lent us items decided to remove them that day - including tables, drink dispensers, candy jars, cake stand, etc) on our wedding day. Once Kim realized what was happening, she took charge and working with our venue (Historic Shady Lane) found a solution to every issue that presented itself. We were blissfully unaware to most of the issues and upon seeing everything we never would have even known there had been a problem in the first place. Every penny we spent was well worth it for the delicious food and peace of mind that everything was in good hands. We cannot say enough about how happy we are to have chosen Tasteful Occasions!

I was blown away by how amazing Kim and her team made my wedding day. When picking a caterer I was very concerned with cost but still wanted to keep some things that were important to me (like butlered appetizers). Kim spent lots of time with me to find a menu that would work best with my budget. After the tasting I knew I had made the right choice because my fiancé and I could not stop talking about how amazing everything she made us that day was! On the day of the wedding Kim went above and beyond by bringing my husband and I appetizers and wine while we were getting some pictures after the ceremony. She was so tentative all night long making sure we both had food, or a glass of water, or a drink in our hand. She also made an AMAZING mojito as my signature drink, I had multiple guests raving to me about it! All in all a perfect day and Kim and her team were a big part of making it that way :)

Tasteful Occasions provided a great service and quality in food..our cake was so beautiful and the cupcakes were very good. ..everyone seemed to love the food and the bartender was so friendly...Kim was a pleasure to work with and she worked well with me to get the costs to fit our budget... Kim and her team were wonderful to work with. My husband and I continue to say over and over again that Tasteful Occasions helped to make the wedding day perfect, exceeding even our highest expectations. From the first moment I met Kim, I was impressed by her competency, experience, and willingness to provide us with exactly the menu and type of day that we wanted. Kim was the perfect balance between providing us with practical suggestions and varied options while still honoring our ideas and making everything about what we wanted. Kim was so helpful via email and over the phone through countless conversations with my father and me. Wedding planning can be stressful but Kim helped to alleviate a lot of the pressure by being so organized and precise. The Tasteful Occasions team took our vision and made it even better and more magical than we could have even imagined. On the day of, the food and the cake were even better than the previous tastings we had done and our guests and families have been raving ever since. Additionally, Mickey was wonderful in assisting our needs and making us feel so special as the bride and groom, providing us with appetizers while we took pictures and drinks all through the night. I have nothing but positive remarks to make about working with Tasteful Occasions and am so happy that we chose to work with them to make our wedding day the best of our life.

We were very pleased with our experience with Tasteful Occasions. Working with Kim was an absolute pleasure! She was very patient while helping us to finalize all of the details. Communication was excellent throughout the process. I felt completely comfortable leaving the meal in Kim's capable hands. Everything came off without a hitch. The food was wonderful & beautifully presented. The service was great as well! I would highly recommend Tasteful Occasions Catering to others.

Kim and her team are phenomenal! The food is delicious and I still hear guests raving about the mac n cheese! Kim worked tirelessly to help me coordinate everything, and was so caring even when I was asking a zillion questions. Wedding planning is a huge project, but I can't think it could have been any easier than with having Kim to help me! Kim also set us up with a ceremony coordinator who knocked it out of the park (thanks Mickey!). Talk about going the extra mile, Kim and Mickey helped out when a few things went awry (as to be expected). We left a few signs at the hotel and they went back to pick them up for us. A few of our DIY projects came apart and they went to AC Moore to fix them. That kind of service makes hiring TOC worth every penny. We were in such great hands, and besides those super minor issues, the day was absolutely perfect. I am thrilled to pieces with the service and with how the food turned out. We took our leftovers home and boy were they yummy! I'd definitely recommend TOC for any event, but especially wedding planning as they take the headache out of it! I'm eternally grateful to Kim and her crew at TOC and will never forget everything they did to make our day so magical.

Kim, Maria and the entire staff at Tasteful Occasions were great to work with. We found a wedding spot in Northern Baltimore County. It was a great setting, but was set back in the woods on a private farm, and there was no running water. We met with Kim, told her about our venue and some of the limitations, and she and her team took care of nearly everything. We wanted a fun and laid-back reception with great food. We got all of that, and Tasteful Occasions made it very elegant. The food was excellent. We're still getting compliments from friends and family. They made everything seem easy, and took a ton of pressure off of us. We'd absolutely recommend Tasteful Occasions to anyone looking for wedding reception or a fun party. They are awesome.

Kim Hernadez & Tasteful Occasions exceeded our expectations! My daughter's wedding is the first wedding I have planned & Kim was prompt, knowledgeable & patient with answering all of my questions. We were impressed with the selection of delicious food at the tasting and were not disappointed at the reception. All the food was amazing & then they top it all off with excellent customer service! I could not have asked for a better experience with a caterer. Our guests were also impressed with both the food & the service. Kim was on-site & the entire event progressed so smoothly. I was able to have fun & enjoy the evening! She even made sure I got a personally delivered piece of pecan pie since she knew it was my favorite! Kudos!

Tasteful Occasions catered my children's First Communion party. (That wasn't an option for event choices and it made me choose something.) The food was delivered on time and the driver was professional. The food was so, so good. All of my guests raved about it. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to other people.
