Joe and his team are the BEST!

Joe and the ginger babies team was the BEST EVER for our wedding. We had a dry wedding so food was really important to us so our guests were full and happy! We went all out and Joe happily accommodated and provided EVERYTHING we wanted and more. We talked many times throughout and had meetings and he was always so workable and reliable. Joe also catered our wedding shower. Everything was beautiful and delicious for both events. He also provided a brunch for morning of for the bridal and groom suites. It was amazing! We got so many compliments on the food. We didn’t have many leftovers! We actually didn’t have leftovers of most things… and there was plenty of food! Which I heard from most other couples that there’s always a ton of leftovers. Safe to say everyone loved the food! Not only that, we also got compliments on the service and servers that day too. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Everything flowed smoothly and my husband and I had no worries! We are so happy with our decision to book gingerbabies. Everything went perfectly. We would do it over again and would recommend them to everyone for any event! Thank you so much Joe!

Perfection

We hired Gingerbabies off of recommendations from family and friends and they didn't disappoint! We had the most wonderful experience with them. Our guests said it was the best food they had during a wedding and the service during was impeccable. I would highly recommend!

Excellent food and staff

Ginger Babies is honestly your one place to go for all events! We received used them at our wedding, dinner and dessert was absolutely delicious. We did chicken pesto with roasted potatoes. The staff is quick and friendly. My MOH used them for our engagement party as well. Great for all occasions! Highly recommend!

Beyond expectations!!

I used Ginger Babies for my wedding in June.
They were hands down unbelievable!!
Professional, kind, hardworking and down right fantastic.
I have to share one of my experiences with you.
When I got married my father had just passed away 7 months before. So my brother did the first dance with me. We did it to a slow, non traditional song sang by Ted Hawkins (one of my dads favorite singers), the song was “Long as I can see the Light”.
As you could imagine it was quite emotional, for everyone is the tent.
But as I was dancing I noticed that all of the staff had stopped working and stopped moving to witness a beautiful moment in my life. They did not have to stop, they did not have to pay attention, but they remained still until the end of the song, and then all clapped at the very end.

You don’t know how much I appreciate that small gesture of reverence in a night that was filled with happiness and joy!

Excellent food, custom menu

The food was excellent, Joe created a menu for me to exactly fit what I wanted, the service was great. My guests all loved the food, my favorite dish was the Mahi Mahi in a coconut basil sauce (it was delicious and creative).

Responsive, fantastic service, delicious food

My husband and I couldn't be happier with our choice of caterer for our wedding a few weeks ago. Joe and the staff at Ginger Babies went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was the best that it could possibly be. Joe worked with us personally to work out a menu to fit all of our guests varied dietary needs. The food was delicious and fresh (chicken was grilled on site!), perfect for an early summer wedding. Our guests raved about the food. We chose the buffet style and the staff graciously packaged up the leftovers for us to take home, which was an unexpected bonus! Joe was easily accessible throughout the entire wedding planning process and was extremely accommodating to all of our needs. We would recommend to anyone looking for a caterer in the York, PA area!

Delicious!!

Food was DELICIOUS!!! Everything we had was so amazing. Our guests kept raving about how much they loved the food! Their stuffed chicken breast is to die for! Joe worked with us every step of the way, even after we had to push our wedding back 8 months. He and his team were incredibly professional and sweet!! We did the buffet so we got to keep everything our guests did not eat. Overall a great experience!

Delicious food, wonderful enthusiasm

If we could give higher than five stars, we would for Joe and GingerBabies! We can't overstate just how glad we are we found Joe, from the delicious food to his energy and excitement and everything in between! Joe saved us after the caterer we had initially booked for our wedding declared bankruptcy. He was so accommodating and made the planning process, on a shortened timeline, so easy! Joe was willing to play with new foods to match our menu and it ended up tasting even better than our first caterer! On the day of, Joe and his team were so helpful with setting up our venue and making the night flow seamlessly, we can't imagine the day without him!

Best caterer in York, hands down

Joe and his team did an absolutely amazing job at our wedding! From the staff to the food it could not have been more perfect. If you hire Gingerbabies for your wedding, you will NOT be disappointed and are getting the best York has to offer!

The food was excellent and the servers were SUPER kind and showed so much manners. There was a guy, Seth, that I remember that let us use his knife for our cake since we FORGOT hahah! The politeness really made the whole experience wonderful.
