Scott’s Artisan is a full-service wedding catering company in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, specializing in wood-fired pizza. We use blends of organic flour and a sourdough culture to create a unique pizza that has extra flavor, digestibility, and a crisp texture. Our standard offering is a pizza buffet with handcrafted salads with our homemade dressings. In addition to pizza, we offer a full line of appetizers for cocktail hour, like charcuterie boards and bruschetta, to late-night snack options. We can cater for your entire event or just a portion.
