We were told over and over again by many vendors and planners how amazing the food at JDK is! Let me tell you - they were right! The food was unbelievable and still has my guests talking about it! The buttermilk chicken breast was to die for. They also nailed my hors d'oeuvres preferences - grilled cheese bar and pierogi station! And the night was complete with our build-your-own ice cream station. The service was impeccable and the staff was all so kind. Even the bartenders were fantastic and did amazing jobs with our signature drinks and beyond. I will say that we went over budget with JDK but don't regret it one bit - we absolutely got the delicious food and quality service that we paid for.

JDK Group was incredible. My wedding looked better than I even imagined. They really listened and took it even a step further. My bouquet was INCREDIBLE, I'm having it preserved it was that good.

JDK is the reason my wedding was the best day of my life. I hired JDK's venue, catering, and florals team and they handled EVERYTHING. The venue (The Bond) was beautiful, the florals were stunning, and the food was unmatched. Lexi was our event producer and she was so lovely and excellent throughout the ENTIRE process (even before I hired the JDK team). She was so patient with me and provided thoughtful suggestions as we went on. Colton & Brooke's floral team enhanced the space, was cohesive, and EXACTLY what I was looking for. I was even taking photos and I took a photo with my bouquet and without, and my overall look was visibly elevated by the flowers. I gave them an idea of what I was looking for and they not only executed my vision but exceeded it. Overall, all of the JDK teams I worked with were so professional, efficient, and amazing at their jobs. I trusted their team and knew everything would be taken care of. I had 0 stress the day of the wedding because I knew I had the JDK behind me.

The flowers were fresh and just what i was looking for. The center pieces consisted of baby's breath and candles. Beyond beautiful. The food was amazing.

Let me start with Tara, she was the one who I mostly worked with through this entire wedding process. JDK was the 3rd catering tasting we had and boy did they knock it out of the park. Tara sat with us to go over each individual detail to make sure it was everything we wanted, and the service from the chef during our tasting was phenomenal. (We had one more tasting already set up after our JDK experience and wow we had high expectations, the decision wasn’t even a question to choose JDK. Tara reached out to me more than enough times throughout the last year to perfect everything. She is so kind, caring, helpful and really makes you feel like you’re leaving your wedding day in good hands. To the bartender and the kitchen crew, my guests cannot express enough how amazing the food and service was. They were kept fed, hydrated and happy. I would give Tara, and the entire JDK crew 200/100 stars. Thank you JDK!!

JDK Catering and Events exceeded all of our expectations for our wedding day. We cannot thank them enough for all the time and effort the whole team put in to make our day absolutely magical. Abby was always available to answer any and all of our questions throughout the planning process and helped us plan every part the day. She was with us every step from initially booking to the wedding day ensuring the day ran as smoothly as possible without any issues. Brooke and her team made our floral vision come to life exactly how we envisioned it. She was always so prompt with answering my emails and making any last minute changes that we wanted. The whole day was absolutely seamless and we have the JDK staff to thank for that. We will always recommend the JDK Group for any catering and event design needs!

The JDK Group was our best vendor decision we made during our wedding planning process. We have had so many of our guests tell us on our wedding day, and continue to reach out to us that our wedding was the best wedding they have been to. So much of these comments, were because of the JDK Group. We worked with Lexi, and she truly made our wedding perfect. She listened to what we wanted out of our day, what was most important to us, and what was not top priority. She revisited pieces that we brought up in our initial meeting later on in the process to ensure all of our details were taken care of. We worked hand in hand with JDK for both food and flowers. Lexi and Colton (with JDK florals) were able to have meetings together, which really helped us as we were traveling out of town. We gave them a few words, a few pinterest photos we liked, and some colors. We walked into our detail meeting (which was so helpful to have together with both catering and florals), and together they created the most beautiful place setting options that we could see in person. The cohesive design for both catering and florals was more helpful than I knew.Lexi stepped away from the process for maternity leave (congratulations Lexi!!). We started to work with Ashley from JDK, and Ashley never missed a beat. It felt like we never changed event specialists because of their communication. Ashley was so thorough and made us feel 100% confident and comfortable with the rest of the planning process. She took the details that we discussed with Lexi and made our wedding day happen. Our wedding day was perfect. Because of our planning process with JDK, we had full trust in their team. From arriving to the venue until we left on the bus, we had the best day. Shannon was the staff lead made our wedding day happen. The transitions from ceremony beverages as guests arrived, to cocktail hour, to dinner, to late night snacks all happened without us even thinking about it, because of Shannon. All the details that we had shared with Lexi and Ashley happened for our guests because of Shannon and her staff team. Sandy was the staff member who took care of my husband and me. She greeted us at the end of the aisle with our favorite beverages, communicated with us throughout the day to ensure we were taken care of, and even ensured our parents were happy. It was important to us that my grandparents didn’t need to visit the bar, and we communicated that with Lexi and her team. Not only did my grandparents never visit the bar, but Lexi and Ashley understood the importance and ensured that neither of our parents did either. The entire staff team was beyond wonderful.  The bartenders were provided by JDK. We wanted flavored Moscow mules, and my goodness were they delicious. The setup at cocktail hour and dinner was perfect, and we never saw a line at the bar.  When we booked vendors, we booked them for our wedding day. But we really booked them for the entire process leading up to the day. JDK was a vendor that checked in on us, listened to us, and one that we went to for overall wedding planning advice because of their expertise. Thank you to Lexi, Ashley and the entire JDK team for making our wedding perfect and one that we will continue to reminisce on forever. 

The JDK provided the food, florals and rentals for our wedding this weekend and exceeded every single expectation. The team (Tara, Colton, and everyone else) was a master of their craft. We hosted a 72-person wedding that featured a 5-course tasting menu centered around personalized menu that tasted like a Michelin Star restaurant. The service and team were professional, friendly and made the day so enjoyable by handling every detail. I cannot recommend JDK enough!

Brooke was amazing to work with. She took the time to understand my vision for a fall wedding and truly brought it to life in the most beautiful way possible. We chose to have our daughters wedding in our back yard. JDK created a beautiful meal for our guests. We have had so many friends and family reach out about how amazing and hot their meal was at he reception. Tara was great to work with, and we would use them again for any event. They made the process enjoyable for all of us.
