Grandpa’s catered our wedding at River Mountain in Everett, PA and did a great job. Everyone agreed the bbq was delicious, they were easy to work with in the lead up to the wedding, and everything was set up and ready in time. Excellent bbq, great experience, would highly recommend!

Our wedding was just in May 2024. The catering service was excellent. The food was great. Everyone talked about the brisket and the sauces all night and even after the wedding. They were easy to work with and was fast to answer any questions and concerns. Very reasonably priced for catering. Highly recommend! This caterer has a restaurant called Grandpa's Loveshack. You can schedule a tasting with them and get to try everything in advance. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Our wedding was catered by Grandpa's. We got the ultimate party pack. The slow-roasted pork and BBQ pulled chicken was fall-apart-tender, and we got sauerkraut to go with it. This kind of food is good for catering because it gets better the longer you cook it. You can get as many kinds of BBQ sauce as you want. My personal favorite was the apple one. The mac and cheese and mashed potatoes had a slightly smoky flavor to them that went really well with the meats. Their antipasto and bruschetta appetizers were quite good as well. In the end, they packaged us up a bunch of food to go --- we had a lot of amazing leftovers.

That day it was raining and we were under a park pavilion. Grandpa's set up no problem. They had a tent to put over their buffet table, and their truck set-up was also covered. It looked like a fair when you went down to the pavilion with the tent and the truck. Everyone was courteous, professional, and flexible. They arrived with plenty of time to set up, were able to start dinner service a little earlier than expected, and the bartender was a delight.

They also cut our wedding cake so we didn't have to worry about that part. We got their homemade ice cream to go with it, which they make using a John Deere tractor. It actually is really fun to watch, and the ice cream tastes good.

Overall I would highly recommend Grandpa's.

I am an event planner and have used Grandpa's services on more than one occasion. Most recently, I hired them to cater my sister's wedding. During dinner she leaned over to me and said this was the best wedding food she had ever had! I had a lot on my plate as the Maid of Honor and event planner, but Grandpa's made the catering easy and one less thing I had to worry about. I trusted them with my sister's wedding and would not hesitate to recommend them again!

Their staff is prompt, friendly, and always professional. Their food is delicious and extremely well priced. Whether it be a business lunch, steak and lobster dinner, or catering for wedding, you can't get better than Grandpa's!

Grandpa's country catering was everything we could have wanted for our barn wedding. They were great to work with and answered questions quickly. The food was wonderful! We had a great sample of the menu, which all of their food was yummy. On the day of the wedding, the servers were so kind, respectful and accommodated us being behind schedule. There was so much food. It was definitely worth their price. There was even leftovers, which they cleaned up too. We would highly recommend them.

Food is AMAZING!! had so much left over we were giving it away and freezing some! Staff is awesome, they come up and congratulate you.

I believe we did run out of some of the appetizers which was something I mentioned to them I was afraid of. But overall the food was amazing.

After the first caterer we chose went out of business unexpectedly, we saw it as a blessing in disguise as it led us to Grandpa's! The food was excellent and pleased our guests and the staff was super friendly and helpful on our wedding day. From first contact to the day of our event, the entire process was seamless and easy!

We were recommended Grandpa's by our venue, and we could not have chosen a better or more laid back caterer! The value was amazing-we got so so so much food that us and our friends will be living off of for the next few months, lol! Seriously though, Rick and his team are the best!
