Karen was so good with helping us pick a choose what the best meal would be for our special day! The food was amazing!

We had a limited food budget. Karen took our interest seriously though and met with us in person to present several options for the price per head that we could afford. We were seriously impressed with her professional presentation with photos of menu items and decor she set up in previous receptions. We went from thinking we were limited to an appetizer reception to appetizer plus dinner, salad, and fresh baked breads. She threw in our cake plates and second set of utensils for free. Our guests enjoyed the food and I was particularly impressed with the chicken (not dry, forked apart!). Her salmon spread as an appetizer was a big hit. We fed 150 people for $1400.

Karen's food was wonderful. She was very flexible to work with and offered up several helpful suggestions. She could be a little hard to reach at times, but that was the only negative issue we had. She was a terrific value also.
