Premiere catered my son's wedding at Maple Leaf Events. At the end of the reception, my daughter remarked "you were relaxed and not worried about anything!". It was true, I enjoyed every special moment. It made me realize how expertly Premiere Catering carried out the catering plan designed by the bridal couple and Michael (Premiere owner). From the Champagne Welcome to the Cocktail Party to Dinner and Dancing, Premiere followed through on every detail. They are so low profile you don't even realize how smoothly everything is moving along. The Chef created outstanding entrees which were hot and beautifully displayed on the buffet. Many guests commented how much they enjoyed the food. The bartenders deserve a shout-out for the great drinks and personable service. Communication: excellent, Food: incredible, Staff: impeccable, Experience: Perfect!

We just celebrated our company’s 10th anniversary this past weekend and hosted a large celebration, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Premiere Catering.
From the very beginning, Michael was incredibly responsive and easy to reach, which immediately set Premiere apart from the other caterers we considered. After attending a tasting and being blown away by the food, we knew we had found the right choice. As our event approached, Michael remained consistent with communication and was especially helpful when coordinating rentals.
On the day of the event, we realized we were short on chairs, and Michael handled it immediately by ordering additional rental chairs—completely stress-free for us. During the event, Mitch, the chef, stayed on site and was absolutely fantastic. He had a great attitude, stayed on top of everything, and he and his staff handled the chaos of a large party with ease. We are so grateful for their flexibility and professionalism.
And the food—absolutely delicious. The brisket is to die for! We received rave reviews from our guests, and the catering was truly a highlight of the night. We also made specialty cocktails, and they were great. It was worth every penny, and we would highly recommend Premiere Catering for any event. If you want delicious food and great service, go with Premiere!

Michael is so quick to respond and always looking to solve and issues we had! Food was amazing as well, guests were blown away.

Michael at Premiere Catering defines professionalism. He made us feel special from our tasting to the actual day. We had foodies from Portland, San Francisco and Chicago in attendance and they all raved about the food. It was an absolutely perfect day.

Premiere Catering was one of the absolute highlights of our wedding. We’re both vegetarian and allergic to mushrooms, and we really wanted a completely vegetarian wedding that our guests would still get excited about. They completely nailed it!! The food was amazing, and we heard so many compliments from friends and family.

Also, John was truly the hero of the day: two days before the wedding, something totally unexpected came up that could’ve been an absolute disaster, and he handled it so calmly and graciously with an enormous pivot that most vendors would have freaked out about. He's such a star!!

Everything went off without a hitch, and we felt so supported from start to finish — they even made sure we got to eat! So, so grateful. I'd give them a million stars if I could!

Picking a caterer can be a really tough decision. We had quotes from 5 different vendors in the end, but Premiere Catering was just a step above the rest. We were so impressed by Michael's communication from the very start - less than a day usually to hear back about questions, and he always had a clear answer. This massively reduced our stress leading up to the big day, and Michael and his team were flexible and accomodating for all of our requests, even the last minute ones. Then the food!! We've had multiple guests tell us it was the best wedding food they had ever had. It looked amazing and tasted amazing. And the staff were so professional during the entire day, keeping us and our wedding coordinator up to speed on everything. We did a "back yard" wedding so it was a unique and challenging setting for them, but they surpassed expecation.

Best caterer I have ever worked with! They were a huge part of making our daughter’s wedding amazing! The presentation is artistic and beautiful. The service is outstanding-simply ask and they make it happen. They are incredibly responsive and make the process as stress free as possible. And, most importantly, the food is DELICIOUS!! We worked with them before when they catered another of our daughter’s wedding, which was also an amazing experience! It says a lot that so many of our relatives and friends commented on how thrilled they were that Premiere was catering because they remembered how wonderful the food was eleven years ago. They were not disappointed this time around! Our guests raved about everything-especially the mini grilled cheese and tomato soup appetizers, the cedar plank salmon and the Mac and cheese! There are not sufficient words to thank John and the staff for everything!!

Michael and the Premiere Catering staff were so amazing to work with. From our tasting appointment, to our site walk through and the big day, Premiere Catering executed everything perfectly with the upmost professionalism. All of the food was simply delicious, we received so many compliments and would recommend Michael and his team to anyone looking for an excellent caterer.

My daughter chose Premiere Catering for her wedding last month and could not have made a better choice. Not only was Michael extremely easy to work with but he was able to accomodate all of the dietary restrictions as well as "special" requests. Every guest raved at how delicious his preparations were from the hors d'oevures and dinner to the late night snack table. His personal attention to details and special accommodations went far and above anything we could have expected. Michael is truly exceptional and I highly recommend him and Premiere Catering.

Michael and John and their team are IMPECCABLE!!! My husband and I had our post wedding celebration here in Portland and Happy Valley. Michael made all of our dreams and visions come true. They were amazing to work with and so patient and accommodating to our requests (while we juggled our two toddlers while planning). Our friends and family were amazed by the delicious food as well as the GORGEOUS set up they provided. Michael handled everything from tastings and curating a menu to coordinating the rentals. Wish we could do it all over again. 100/10 would recommend Premiere Catering to anyone and everyone wishing for the perfect wedding. Thank you Michael from the bottom of our hearts!!!
