We just celebrated our company’s 10th anniversary this past weekend and hosted a large celebration, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience with Premiere Catering. From the very beginning, Michael was incredibly responsive and easy to reach, which immediately set Premiere apart from the other caterers we considered. After attending a tasting and being blown away by the food, we knew we had found the right choice. As our event approached, Michael remained consistent with communication and was especially helpful when coordinating rentals. On the day of the event, we realized we were short on chairs, and Michael handled it immediately by ordering additional rental chairs—completely stress-free for us. During the event, Mitch, the chef, stayed on site and was absolutely fantastic. He had a great attitude, stayed on top of everything, and he and his staff handled the chaos of a large party with ease. We are so grateful for their flexibility and professionalism. And the food—absolutely delicious. The brisket is to die for! We received rave reviews from our guests, and the catering was truly a highlight of the night. We also made specialty cocktails, and they were great. It was worth every penny, and we would highly recommend Premiere Catering for any event. If you want delicious food and great service, go with Premiere!

Capers did an amazing job for my March wedding, which we actually held at their HQ in NE Portland. They paid attention to all the little details that really matter. Lexie is fabulous to work with. She has an uncanny ability to understand what you want even if you don't give her specifics. She provided a beautiful venue, with flowers, music, champagne toast, appetizers, and a great meal for our guests. My husband and I were both extremely pleased with our event. Completely worry free.

Hoda’s Catering was absolutely incredible for our wedding! The food was a huge hit with all of our guests — people are still raving about the steak bite appetizers, the sea bass with mango, and those amazing potatoes. They were flexible with our cocktail choices and made the entire catering package so easy and enjoyable to use. From start to finish, Hoda and her entire family were warm, kind, and a joy to work with. Our tasting was such a fun experience, and it gave us so much confidence going into the big day. On the wedding day itself, the servers were professional and attentive, helping everything flow seamlessly. They offer excellent variety in their food options, and every dish was prepared beautifully. We truly loved working with them and can’t recommend Hoda’s Catering enough!!

I worked a wedding at Noble Ridge Tree Deck on 8/17/2024 and I had the pleasure of working with Javier and his team with As Good As It Gets. I want to express my sincere gratitude and high praise for Javier's character and work ethic, as well as the great service from the rest of their team. I was the DJ at the wedding and we had an intense storm hit, almost out of nowhere, and all of my equipment ended up getting wet despite being covered. We all had a really rough day. Javier saved me by wrapping up a bunch of my gear in plastic bags when I was dealing with my second sound system below the tree deck, and once I returned to my main area, he even helped me hand carry all of my things to my vehicle (in a t-shirt getting soaked in the rain) while everyone else hid in their cars or under shelter. I cannot express how much it meant to me. I've worked with Amy on another event series that I booked at the World Forestry Center and the food and service was wonderful. Can't recommend them more.

Easy to deal with and very helpful in the planning process. Excellent food and service at an affordable price! I wouldn't use anyone else.

We are so lucky that we chose Crave Catering to cater our September 2025 wedding!! One of the most important choices that we made in our planning process was catering. We had several dietary restrictions and allergies to consider for ourselves and our guests and Crave made it effortless and exciting to come up with alternatives. And the food was FANTASTIC! When choosing our menu, Crave gave us so many options, that choosing our menu became more exciting than stressful (unlike other catering companies we viewed prior to finding Crave). The food was incredible and everyone was able to dance on the dance floor without feeling weighed down by the meal (very important)! It was beyond our expectations and luckily we were sent home with leftovers so we got to enjoy it for a few more days. All of our guests continue to talk about how incredible the food was which is quite the compliment to Crave! I would HIGHLY recommend choosing Crave for your event or wedding. I promise, you won't regret it!

They catered our wedding (12/4) and everything was phenomenal. Food - heard from multiple people that it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. My niece said "this chicken is not good...it's GREAT". I was also impressed with how well the large portions for 70 people matched the small tasting we had for 2. The andouille pasta, bacon-wrapped dates, and mushroom risotto were huge hits. Bar - lines were never long, everything was the right temperature, and we were given sample drinks beforehand to make sure the mixes were all right. the bartender also helped me take a shot with my mom for the first time together! we asked for local beers to give our out of town guests a portland flavor, and got a variety of IPA's that completely fit the bill. Communication - so yes, we read the negative reviews recently and asked them about it. they were very honest and we got comfort in their answer - we had ZERO issues. Lisa was our main contact and also our bartender, so she was there with us all day and was very helpful with both suggesting rental items we didn't need and getting our scheduling down on the right timeline. an extra server was needed last minute to help with extra details at our venue but after a discussion this extra amount was not charged to us - which was a huge help as all the extra bills came in after the wedding. basically, everything was great and i would not have changed a thing!

This catering company is outstanding. Laura and her team were incredibly attentive before, during, and after our event. All of our wedding guests commented, multiple times, that this was some of the best food they ever had. The servers went above and beyond to ensure that everyone's glasses and plates were full and all needs were attended to. I cannot give enough stars to illustrate how incredible this company was for our 200 person event. It felt like a private dining experience for each guest.

Graze Craze helped me with my party in a pinch. They delivered several beautiful boards with little notice and all the guests were in awe! I can't wait to use them for my next event.
