Ristorante Di Pompello

We chose Pompello for our wedding in Corbett, and they did not disappoint. The food tasted amazing, and the quantity of food was perfect. Great value for the amount of food you receive, especially when compared to other wedding caterers. The Salmon was a hit amount our guests! Our buffet server went above and beyond and was highly professional. I will definitely be using them again for any future events I have in their area. Could not recommend them enough!

Pompello Catering was absolutely fantastic. They were very friendly and professional. They answered every question and request with attentiveness and care. The food was delicious—everyone raved about it for days after. The staff day-of were so helpful and kind. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the wonderful service we received. I cannot recommend this caterer enough!

I used Pompello for my August 2026 wedding at Bridal Veil Lakes. I have nothing but great things to say. Everyone loved the pasta buffet. The staff was professional and Heidi the catering director was above and beyond helpful. She is truly the type of person you would want to work with on such an important day. Their prices are much more reasonable than other places I was quoted, but that didn't mean it was compromised in any way. 100% recommend

Heidi and the team at Pompello are incredible. They were so professional and on top of it. Wedding planning can be really stressful but Heidi made working with them easy. On top of that, the food was AMAZING. Almost all of our guests went back for seconds, even. Definitely recommend working with them!

My husband and I hired Ristorante di Pompello to cater our wedding and we are so glad we did! We did our first tasting there and decided right away it was what we wanted to go with. The food was amazing and the prices were very reasonable. Heidi was so great to work with as well. She was very accommodating and helpful when we had to make changes here and there, which took so much stress off of us! All of our guests RAVED about the food. Who doesn't love pasta at a wedding? Everyone is still talking about it. We plan on making Ristorante di Pompello our go to catering company for future events, and we suggest you do too.

We used Ristorante Di Pompello for our wedding catering at The Locks, and they were absolutely amazing. From the beginning, they were flexible, organized, responsive, and so easy to work with. The food was delicious, and we received multiple compliments from guests about how good everything was.

One thing we really appreciated was how willing they were to cater at The Locks. Several other caterers were either unwilling to travel outside of Portland or charged a huge additional fee to do so, but Di Pompello was not only happy to work with us, their pricing was also completely reasonable. For what we received, the value was incredibly generous.

We did a pasta buffet and had two tastings at the restaurant to narrow down our menu choices, which made the planning process feel really easy and thoughtful. Heidi, the catering director, was phenomenal. She was friendly, responsive, and checked in with us multiple times to make sure we felt prepared and to answer any questions we had.

We got married on October 24th, 2025 and had Ristorante Di Pompello cater for us, and it was absolutely amazing! The process was extremely simple and straightforward. We did the tasting before we booked which was a lot of fun and helped us to determine which choices we wanted. Every single thing I have tasted from them is delicious! The contract is super easy to follow and the coordinator Heidi is very friendly and helpful when it comes to building your perfect menu.

Such nice and professional people. I didn't have to worry about them on the day of the wedding, because they had everything handled, and it turned out so perfect. The buffet is so good and works well for many different pallets and dietary restrictions which I really appreciated as well. If you are looking for some super yummy Italian food for your wedding, I would hands-down go with them they are great!

The food was delicious!! They worked with out dates. They were kind and patient with us. We highly recommend the lasagna!!

Really great option for a large wedding ! Very filling (didn't need to do apetizers for guests), affordable, easy to communicate with, and everything went perfectly! Very happy we chose to use them!
