From beautifully curated charcuterie boards and grazing tables to interactive charcuterie bars and full-meal catering, we create thoughtful food moments your guests will genuinely remember.

Our signature mobile serving bar is one of our most loved offerings. It can be styled as a stunning charcuterie or cocktail-hour snack bar, transformed into a late-night snack bar to keep the celebration going, or used as a dry-hire bar with professional bartending support. We also offer interactive food stations such as taco bars, pasta bars, Mediterranean spreads, artisanal sandwich bars, lite desserts, refreshments and more—perfect for couples looking for something unique, flexible, and guest-friendly.

We provide a full-service catering experience, meaning our team handles setup, styling, ongoing replenishment, and cleanup so you can stay present and enjoy your day. While we do not offer plated or individually served meals, our service is designed to feel seamless, elevated, and intentionally managed from start to finish.

Our process is designed to be simple, collaborative, and stress-free. Once you connect with us, you’ll receive a short but in-depth catering survey that helps us gather the key details needed to build a thoughtful, accurate quote. From there, we schedule a call to walk through menu options, logistics, and the overall experience you want to create. When timing allows, we love meeting clients for coffee to further explore design details and bring your vision to life.

PNW Artisan Boards is run by husband-and-wife team Tyler and Jessica. Tyler brings over 20 years of restaurant experience as an Executive Chef and General Manager, while Jessica’s background in interior design and marketing ensures every setup is visually beautiful and intentionally styled. Together, we blend culinary expertise with design-driven execution to create food experiences that feel personal, polished, and joyful.We would be truly honored to be part of your wedding celebration and help bring your vision to life—one beautiful bite at a time.
