It’s so fun to use market style where guests go up to the tent and order what they want. Everyone raved about how good food was. Manager Grace was amazing to work with.

I coordinated a wedding this past weekend with Verde Cocina. Shauna and her team are so exceptional to work with. The Bride and Groom chose a taco bar...The food was incredible; everything was gluten free, which was so accommodating to many of the guests. I definitely recommended Verde Cocina's Catering and Events!

Wow, where do begin?? Buenos Dias Catering killed it! People are literally still talking about how amazing and delicious the food and drinks were and it's 4 months later! They really made it the best, the full package. I felt so taken care of through the process as well. Seemless. The layout buffet style really worked well for our wedding. We had everything, protein, veggies, salsa, tortillas, GUAC, chips, salad. The works. The service was tip notch as well. Coming from someone who works in the industry it's a tall order to fill. They were so perfect. Everyone of my guests wanted to be best friends with the bartenders. They added so much happiness to ordering a drink. They also suprised my husband and I with a bottle of Champs on the table with a big plate of food before we made our grand enterance. We actually got to sit down and eat and drink! I didn't stress once about anything. The tables were set, the food was served and the drinks flowed! My only complaint is to stop being so amazing.

Using Buenos Dias Catering was one of the best choices we made for quality food and service at our event. The catering manager was not only professional, but went the extra mile to ensure that our sustainable needs were met, all while being punctual and cheerful.
The taco/salad bar was a perfect option for a large crowd. There were a variety of healthy options and the food was very tasty.

I will certainly be using this vendor again.

Buenos Dias catered my wedding at Horning's Hideout, and did an amazing job! We love Verde Cocina, and wanted something tasty, but also healthy, for our wedding dinner. We had so many people rave about the food. And the vegetarians and vegans in attendance were thrilled--they actually had a real dinner to eat! I felt like the food fit the setting and our personalities so well; it was perfect!

Shauna Flynn, their catering manager, is amazing; so responsive, and seriously one of the sweetest people I have ever met! So pleasant and easy to work with from the get-go. Of all the things I was stressed out about, the food was not one of them. I highly recommend Buenos Dias Catering & Events!

The food was excellent and Shauna Flynn, the Catering Manager, was very helpful and accommodating.

Loved the food and loved how it was packaged up at the end of the night for all our guests. Very friendly and would want all our friends to use them. The only issue we ran into was we didn’t get the type of margarita we asked for. Maybe missed communication. Otherwise, service was great!
