We got married in May 2023 and absolutely loved working with Reedville Catering. Everything from the planning, to the flexibility on the menu, to the presentation and aesthetic - they completely nailed our vision. We didn't want to do a traditional sit-down or buffet dinner and worked with Reedville to do more of a food station, heavy hors d'oeuvres set-up for our cocktail party reception. Every single item they made was seriously delicious, not just 'good' - NW salmon cakes, goat cheese tartlets, teriyaki meatballs for passed apps, and the charcuterie presentation was beautiful. Sweet chili shrimp skewers, thai peanut chicken, asparagus risotto, arugula salad, plus two custom items we asked for: pork belly bao buns and fried chicken sliders. Everything was out of this world. When we asked to do pork belly bao buns, they didn't bat an eye or even ask any questions - and then absolutely nailed it. The amount of food was perfect. They also tended bar for us with 2 signatures and a full bar and everyone was happy and drunk the whole evening :) The team was super friendly and professional, and Jessica's responsiveness was lightning fast. We would work with them all over again and highly recommend to anyone.

The team at Reedville Catering is above and beyond fantastic! Throughout the planning process, Jessica Gardner would patiently answer all our millions of questions in a timely manner, even during peak wedding season! We started with a simple taco buffet and, over the course of planning, switched to a customized Mexican buffet menu with various changes and food restrictions. Jessica was accommodating throughout the whole process. On the day of our wedding, the food beat even our highest expectations and the staff was incredible. We asked for a private dinner in the groom’s suite and boy did they deliver! They put a bit of everything on those plates. It was like Thanksgiving Feast! They even brought us our special reserved drink from the bar. Everyone was so kind and made our day extra special.

We had our wedding in January, and had a plated service by Reedville. Up until the wedding, we worked with Jessica, who was very responsive, easy to work with, and informative. The catering team day-of was also amazing! We had servers, a chef, and bartender. When my mom was struggling to finish all the setup of the reception before the wedding, the catering team helped out, putting out all our desserts and setting out glasses we had purchased for the wedding. During the reception, the team started with passing out appetizers, even giving my husband and me a special plate of appetizers at our table. The whole team was so kind, and I had several guests telling me how much they enjoyed chatting with the bartender.
Last but not at all least, the food was amazing! We worked with Jessica and the team to have a main course that was personalized and not on their original catering menu. All the food tasted delicious, and was served beautifully!

Reedville was a total dream to work with! The food was fantastic — especially the salmon. We got so many compliments. The staff was also incredible. Everyone we worked with from planning to day-of was super friendly, reliable, and on top of it. Would book with them again in a heartbeat.

Wow! Where to begin! Everything from Reedville was perfect from service to quality of food! Food was our MAIN priority, and man did they deliver. Ask for Cam to be your lead on this. She handled so much for us and made the catering, delivery, and setup a breeze. We are pretty sure we did not lose our minds because she helped us remain calm the entire time, despite being mid pandemic. For appetizers we had the mini sope, salmon cake, and spinach and olive puff pastry. All were a major hit, with the sope and puff pastry definitely the favorites of the night. For dinner we had the pesto chicken, flank steak, cheddar mashed potatoes, brown sugar delicata squash, Oregon hazelnut signature salad and dinner rolls. Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. We had the chicken mostly for our guests as we don't typically eat it, let me tell you, we would eat their pesto chicken every single night - it is so good! Just about every single guest commented on how amazing the food was that night and the days following. We had several guests tell us they were trying to replicate the dishes at home. The one thing guests remember most at weddings is food, you will wow everyone and not regret booking with Reedville and especially with Cam!!

I got countless quotes. Reedville was by far the most affordable and responsive. I’m so glad they were able to cater my wedding. Cam was awesome. She was just so easy to talk with and knew her stuff. They were flexible with everything and the food was delicious. The salmon and pesto chicken was a hit! They gave us the option to bring our stuff ( napkins, table cloths, beer /wine) but we’re able to provide it if we didn’t. I see why they were on my venues preferred vendors list.
Having a wedding during covid was a bit chaotic but reedville made it a breeze and they took precautions very seriously. Which I appreciated for all of my guests.

We are very happy we went with Reedville Catering for our wedding! The food was delicious and we wish we would have had more leftovers to enjoy the next day! Throughout the whole experience, Cam and Shannon were easy to work with and were always available to answer questions we had leading up to the wedding day. They were also very flexible when we made changes to the menu. The event staff at the reception were also helpful and friendly and kept everyone well fed. We highly recommend Reedville Catering!

Reedville Catering provided the perfect catering experience for our wedding day! Cam was our point of contact and she was incredibly responsive and communicated well throughout the entire planning process. Our servers at the wedding were wonderful - the perfect balance of subtle and relaxed while very diligent with clearing tables. They were kind and easy to work with - everything came off without a problem! I'd happily work with and recommend Reedville to anyone in the future :)

Reedville catered our wedding of 75 people on 7/27/19. We were so happy with everything, start to finish. We worked with Cam and she was fantastic! We weren't sure if we wanted to provide our own alcohol, or have Reedville do it, and Cam was so flexible with us the whole time. She was constantly tweaking little things in their proposal and always promptly answered any questions I had.

The food is so good! I had multiple guest come up to me during the wedding and tell me, unsolicited, how good the food was. It was above and beyond many of our guests expectations of what kind of food they would be served at a wedding. My now husband wanted to order excess food on purpose just so he'd have more leftovers, I cannot emphasize how yummy everything was!

The day of staff of servers and bartenders were all fantastic as well. While taking pictures during our cocktail hour and away from our guests, all of the servers made sure to bring us the hors d'oeuvres and cocktail each which was super appreciated!

Overall I cannot recommend Reedville enough, they were fantastic!
