Northwest Bagels offers authentic, handcrafted treats at weddings and special events across Oregon. They do things the traditional boiled and baked way, with a commitment to quality that ensures each bite is a treat for more than one sense. Every morning, we get up before dawn to boil and bake each bagel from scratch with fresh ingredients and mouthwatering flavors.
Hand-rolled, Boiled, Baked to Perfection
Attracted by the beauty of the landscape and the slower pace of life, Corey & Mike moved to Salem, Oregon; but upon arrival, they quickly realized something was missing. There were no bagels within a 50-mile radius. So Corey & Mike decided to rectify this at once, and within a matter of months, Northwest Bagels was born.

After several years in the industry catering, we pride ourselves on customizing our services to your big day and taste preferences. We serve intimate receptions or lavish affairs (experience with up to 700-person events).
